You’ll bring a therapeutic lens to help shape a pioneering new school engagement project, developed in partnership with local primary and secondary schools and youth clubs. Project Overview
The Inspiration Academy will support Years 6-8 to engage with education, strengthen attainment and wellbeing, develop leadership skills, and build a sense of belonging. It is part of a new Belonging Partnership which represents a unique opportunity over 3 years to make a difference to young people during one of the most challenging periods of their lives. The partnership will enable us to track progress and share practice, with multiple perspectives available to assess how young people have benefited, including teachers and parents/carers. We know how rare such opportunities are and we are therefore hugely excited about it.
DreamArts’ contribution to the partnership is the Inspiration Academy, designed to reach 150 pupils in 5 primary schools annually. Of these, 30 young people identified as at-risk of disengagement receive tailored group-based support as they transition to Pimlico Academy.
Year 6 students from partner primaries will choose and explore a meaningful issue and lead a creative campaign for their school community. Those at risk of disengagement will work alongside peers, taking on positive roles that reshape their self-perception.
A week-long summer intensive will equip at-risk students with a ‘toolkit’ to navigate the academic, social, and emotional challenges of secondary school. Once at Pimlico Academy, they’ll train as Inspiration Ambassadors, delivering workshops to future cohorts.
Additionally, Family Express will provide parents/carers with a creative space to explore challenges alongside their children and other families, strengthening relationships and resilience. Through these opportunities, young people will be supported to build a sense of belonging within their schools and within their wider community.
Responsibilities
The Project Therapist will work alongside the Project Lead and provide a group-based creative therapeutic approach to the planning and co-delivery of the Inspiration Academy. You will help identify mental health and educational needs and co-develop strategies for reducing barriers to participation so that young people can:
· Explore who they are
· Build positive relationships with peers and adults
· Improve their sense of belonging within their school community

The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity.
Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. We aim to reduce the negative
impact food waste has on the environment by working with the food industry to rescue high quality surplus produce, that
would otherwise have gone to waste. This food is sorted at one of our four depots or turned into meals in Felix’s Kitchen. Purpose of the Job
To be the driving force and manager of this new operation, Felix Bakes, designed to help us rescue more surplus food and turn it into high value baked goods. The baked goods will be provided to our brand-new West London Depot, based on the same trading estate and then delivered to some of the 1,200 Community Organisations we support across London.
Focused on seasonal produce gluts such as carrots, courgettes, potatoes you will be able to demonstrate your creative flair helping to ensure this produce does not go to waste and adds excitement to the regular food orders prepared for our community organisations to offer to people in need across London.
As a brand-new operation you will get the opportunity to put your stamp on it and shape its development.
You will be supported by the wider Felix Production teams in Felix’s Kitchen and Felix Food Factory. The Factory will also process and/or freeze seasonal produce to create easier to use ingredients for you.
As manager you will have overall responsibility for the day to day running. It is a hands-on role with most of the working day spent in the kitchen and running the bakery unit. At the beginning of the operation, you will be the only permanent employee there, but this team will expand to add an additional junior baker once fully operational. On the same estate you will also have support from our West London depot team. As a volunteer lead organisation, you will have volunteers working alongside you to support the operation.
We are launching this operation in partnership with Deliveroo, who have gifted us the use of this space. The Felix Bakes Kitchen is a unit within a wider “dark” kitchen site.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Be the lead manager of this new operation
- Volunteer and staff management
- Support in the creation and delivery of all required H&S, Food Safety and HACCAP plans
- Working with all internal stakeholders across the departments at The Felix Project to maximise the output and impact of Felix Bakes
- Reporting on and delivering against Felix Bakes stated KPI’s and development goals

This is a brand new and unique operation and requires someone with some experience in baking or professional kitchens and an openness to creating and delivering on a new project.

Whilst previous experience and knowledge within baking is important, we are open to someone who wants to grow into the role and be able to develop themselves and their knowledge whilst we create this new operation.

Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and effective Autistic Lived Experience Trainer to support us to deliver an exciting new programme of work. We have been commissioned by an NHS organisation to deliver and support the roll out of autism-informed care training to all staff working in their mental health inpatient settings. This programme of work will run for 9 months, and will include the delivery of various half day and full day autism-informed training sessions both in-person and online. We will also be working closely with Experts by Experience to become skilled and confident in delivery of this training to support the organisational sustainability of this knowledge. The programme of work will also embed an evaluation of the training to demonstrate learning and impact.
The Autistic Lived Experience Trainer will be working closely alongside our Lived Experience Lead to deliver all aspects of the programme, with support from our wider staff team.
Role Description
- Co-facilitate training sessions both online and in-person to staff from various professions and in various roles across mental health in-patient settings.
- Deliver pre-prepared content and facilitate reflective conversations.
- Monitor feedback and adjust content and delivery as necessary.
- Collect and analyse feedback data, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Support Experts by Experience to become confident with delivery of content.

Background and summary of the job
The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.
It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.
The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. We strive to offer a high-quality and affordable Psychotherapy and Counselling service to the community and to offer our trainees an experience underpinned by our values.
The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service Administrator will work with the Clinical Services Manager and one other Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the service and support in its continuing development.
Role purpose
Enquiries
- Dealing with phone and email enquiries including potential MCPCS clients, existing clients, trainee therapists and placement providers, etc.
- Emailing Assessment Application Forms, assessing suitability of enquirer for service – asking for additional help when required from the Clinical Services Manager.
Administration
- Providing strong administrative support to the Clinical Services Manager.
- Providing regular detailed data information to the Clinical Services Manager, including reports from Access Database and future Charitylog data systems about functionality of service.
- Inputting and updating student data spreadsheets and client spreadsheets relating to client session fees, providing reports and liaising with students, finance team and clients to ensure all session fees are up to date and reporting on any missed payments weekly.
- Administer MCPCS processes and procedures for instance by designing forms and records formats, ensuring they are available to students, supervisors and clients. Ensuring the service has paperwork available to operate effectively: Assessment packs; Allocation packs; student forms.
- Inputting data from paper records and managing electronic records. Keeping data management up to date and archiving files as and when appropriate.
- Assisting Clinical Services Manager and other senior leadership in overseeing MCPCS, with additional tasks as and when requested.

This is a great opportunity to join us as the new Chief Finance Officer. As the Depaul Group continues to experience growth and increases its impact, you’ll lead the effective financial and governance support provided by DPI to its subsidiaries. You’ll be the leading interface between the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Trustees and other corporate bodies and subsidiaries.
