As an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading on key organisational projects, driving deadlines and delivering excellence in our products and services. What you will do:

• Act as Project Manager across concurrent projects that span the work of RCUK.
• Drive consistent standards of project management across teams, including clinical, technical and engagement projects
• Champion RCUK established project management process and governance requirements with colleagues
• Advise on best practice and drive continuous process improvement.
• Maintain project documentation in collaboration with project teams.
• Report to Project Board.

• Maintain tight control of project budgets, working in collaboration with Finance, and taking responsibility for project spend.

The post is hybrid working and based in London.  The successful candidate is expected to attend the office a minimum of one day per week.

We are looking for ambitious and strategic Development Manager – Corporate and Philanthropy to lead the growth of our corporate fundraising, build high-value partnerships, and work with our network of senior supporters to unlock transformational opportunities.

The Role:

· Deliver high-level presentations and pitches to senior stakeholders across a range of industries.

· Work with the Director of Fundraising to identify and engage major donors and key contacts who can help unlock introductions and strategic support

· Manage Senior Officer who leads on existing mid-level corporate partnerships.

· Support the growth of the mid-level portfolio and ensure excellent stewardship and reporting for all corporate partners.

· Collaborate with marketing, communications, and service delivery teams to ensure partnerships are meaningful, on-brand, and mutually beneficial.

What we’re looking for:

· A track record of securing new business or corporate partnerships, ideally in a fundraising CSR setting

· Confident writing and presenting skills, with experience creating professional pitch decks and delivering high-level presentations

· A strategic thinker who can spot opportunities, plan a compelling approach, and close the deal

· Experience collaborating across teams (e.g. Marketing design, service delivery) to shape proposals and deliver joint objectives

· A strong relationship-builder with the credibility to work with senior executives, philanthropists and decision-makers

About the role

The purpose of the role is to lead the successful delivery of ELBA’s Evolve Project, delivering employer-supported volunteering projects that meet the needs of the communities of Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Haringey, and expectations of the corporate partners.

The role requires an ability to build close and collaborative relationships across the community sector, particularly with infrastructure organisations of the three boroughs, likewise the corporate partners. · Lead day-to-day development, planning and delivery of Evolve workshops and programmes

· Identify and build relationships with a range of community stakeholders, including charities, community groups, Councils, funders, social enterprises and grassroots organisations to understand community needs

The team is well-positioned to develop innovative funding propositions that support the future ambitions of both charities, working to achieve both in-year cornerstone grants and long-term, transformational funding. Corporate Partnerships have launched several exciting partnerships across both charities and the portfolio and team continues to grow.

How you will make a difference

Are you an excellent relationship manager looking for a new and exciting challenge? We are looking for an ambitious individual, who is passionate about making a difference to the lives of people affected by mental illness to join our small, growing Philanthropy team.

Philanthropy is developing income stream for Rethink Mental Illness and Mental Health UK. This role will support the Interim Head Trusts and Philanthropy to lay the foundations for the future of high value giving for both charities, helping carve out relationships and ideas that form the basis of our transformational giving. It’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced relationship builder who is inspired by the prospect of building a high impact philanthropy programme.

We're looking for a Philanthropy Manager to join our ambitious fundraising team. In this role you will deliver excellent relationship management (prospecting, cultivation and stewardship) for a growing portfolio of high net worth prospects and major donors to help the team achieve ambitious and growing financial targets. You will also support our special events programme by contributing to the development of events for high value supporters.
