This exciting new role will fulfil a key function for CCT, as we enter a new five-year strategy. One of the main themes of this strategy is creativity - supporting creative new uses for our sites. To do so effectively will require the post-holder to lead a team charged with building on the success of our Regeneration and Enterprise activities, of recent years, and ensuring the learning from these is applied in the development of future initiatives and partnerships. With hundreds of churches and almost as many creative and enterprising ideas, the job of scrutinising these and working out how we can identify and support the most promising is a challenging and exciting task.
We are looking for a confident and credible leader, with the ability to inspire trust and work collaboratively to bring a strong commercial focus to the Trust’s work, ensuring that initiatives and partnerships are robustly and effectively developed and managed. You will be working closely with colleagues across the Trust to help embed an enterprising culture where ideas are encouraged and their viability assessed openly, robustly, and collaboratively.
The role will support the delivery of existing Regeneration and Enterprise initiatives and partnerships across our estate, in addition to supporting new initiatives and partnership opportunities that we implement. You will lead our internal processes and reporting, to identify and scrutinise the most promising of these opportunities, identified by the wider team. You will bring your expertise, and the resources of your team, to bear in assisting in the development, scrutiny and delivery of these, reviewing and monitoring their commercial performance.
This role will play a key role in capitalising on the successes of the Trust’s longstanding Regeneration programme, which has undertaken pioneering Regeneration projects which have addressed some of our most pressing conservation needs, had wide-ranging wider impacts, and developed new operating models for some of the churches in our care. In addition, it encompasses the work undertaken to develop new commercial income opportunities. Examples are our groundbreaking Champing™ initiative, as well as others such as filming, and other commercial partnerships, including for example those involved in the Van Gogh Immersive Experience, at our church at All Saint’s (Leicester).

The role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to play a crucial role in delivering first class marketing strategies to drive satisfaction, increase revenue and develop lasting engagement for Art Fund's membership (The National Art Pass). - Ensuring the delivery and smooth running of marketing automation membership journeys to support all areas of the membership cycle from onboarding and renewals right the way through to lapsed and win-back programmes
- Developing assets and experiences that add-value to our diverse membership, creating engaging communications that showcase what’s on at museums across the UK
- Coordinating membership e-comms and digital services including defining customer journeys, writing copy and forward planning of email content and regular reporting on results
- Collaborating with internal teams such as the Design, Content and external agencies / suppliers to create marketing assets that reflect Art Fund’s brand identity
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer retention, loyalty program management and CRM. Your role will involve using data, audience insights to drive marketing strategies as well as close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive the best possible membership experience. About the Role
As Assistant Adjudicator (AA), you will work as part of the Adjudication Team, who are responsible for the review and resolution of complex and/or entrenched student complaints.
The Adjudication Team is a collaborative casework environment. Assistant Adjudicators work at pace to see cases through to conclusion by either writing and issuing clear, concise, accurate and well-reasoned decisions (Complaint Outcomes) or by negotiating settlements.
Your cases will typically be complex with a higher level of risk or the potential to have a greater impact on the student, the provider and/or on the organisation. The information and electronic files you work with will typically involve large amounts of written documentation.
You will be expected to provide excellent customer service and as well as progressing cases in a timely way, you will have a targeted number of cases to review and close each month.
About You
You will be skilled at evaluating large amounts of written information as well as exercising your judgment to reach well-reasoned decisions and to resolve complaints. You will have the skills and flexibility to manage a varied and demanding caseload and will be able to clearly and persuasively explain your decision in writing and/or by telephone or video calls.

The Purpose of the Role
The External Relations (ER) department includes private fundraising, marketing & communications and advocacy. ER’s goal is to mobilize external audiences to raise funding to meet core organization needs deliver programs that support our clients to recover and gain control of their lives; influence policy changes to improve outcomes for our clients; and build and grow our global brand.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a vital role in supporting ER to advance our ambitious global strategy. The FP&A team (1) is a strategic finance partner to leadership and ER teams (2) leads revenue modelling and budget development (3) provide insights and analysis to support decision making on funding decisions and critical initiatives. ER’s FP&A team sits within the Business Operations and Analytics unit, the backbone of the ER department which provides best-in-class strategy, financial planning, analytics, and operational support. The FP&A Senior Analyst will also be an integral part of IRC’s broader Finance organization. The Senior Analyst, FP&A, will be assigned a portfolio of ER teams. Treasures Foundation provides housing and support for women recovering from addiction, trauma, and involvement with the criminal justice system. We help women rebuild their lives through safe housing, access to essential services, and programmes focused on rehabilitation and long-term recovery. We are now seeking an experienced Waking Night Keyworker to oversee all aspects of our first stage housing during the night, based at our Newham, East London homes from 10pm to 8am. The main role is to support the residents in daily living activities of an evening and morning and be available for support throughout the night. Key Responsibilities
The Waking Night Keyworker will report directly to the Specialist Support Manager and will play a critical role in maintaining the effective running of Treasures Foundation’s supported housing. The core responsibilities include:
Beneficiary support
· Support beneficiaries in the evening, communicating with them about their day or any difficulties that have arisen for them
·Take a holistic approach to support beneficiary needs, seeking and highlighting opportunities for change at the individual’s and project level
· Remain awake for the entirety of the shift, aside from a two hour break, ensuring you are available for beneficiaries to approach if needed
· Interact with the beneficiaries in the morning

Purpose of the role
Use our data to deliver actionable insights for teams to better achieve our mission both internally and externally.
The type of person we’re looking for:
You will enjoy working with numbers and with people. You will be excited by using data to derive insights and have some experience of using large datasets to inform other stakeholders. Intellectually curious, you will enjoy both working independently to conduct analysis and working with others to access data and share actionable insights.
We have access to a unique dataset within the kinship care space, and we want to use these data to better drive change – including how we develop and deliver our services, how we influence policy and practice informed by evidence, and how we use the experiences of kinship families to drive positive change.
You may want to work remotely or spend 1-2 days in our London office to spend time with colleagues.
Key responsibilities:

Data management: Bring together data securely from multiple sources such as Salesforce, Form Assembly, Engaging Networks and spreadsheets – helping to ensure it is clean and easy to work from.

Data analysis and reporting: Conduct statistical analysis on datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service improvement, policy formation and evidence building. Present findings through reports, dashboards, and visualisations.

Performance tracking: Assist in tracking and evaluating the success of charity programmes by working with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing practical actionable recommendations for improvement.

Data quality and integrity: Help ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of data across systems. Support colleagues through implementing best practices that lead to improved data quality whilst maintaining data privacy and security standards.

Data-driven insights: Provide helpful insights that support everyday decision-making across the charity, ensuring that internal actions are based on reliable data and external campaigning is based on robust evidence,

Data visualisation: Develop simple dashboards, charts and visualisations to communicate complex information in a clear, easily understandable way for non-technical stakeholders and the public where relevant.

Essential knowledge, abilities, skills and experience include:

BSc or equivalent practical experience in data analysis or a related field

Your role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. This work includes:

Support our Development Manager to create and deliver impactful and innovative fundraising strategies including our public appeals, challenge events and local fundraising campaigns.

Developing and implementing communications strategies to promote CWNN’s work, managing our social media platforms and external comms to ensure they reflect our strategic goals and values.

Producing our e-newsletter, with support from the Development team, to ensure CWNN’s key work, impact, news and campaigns are effectively promoted to our supporter base.

Create engaging digital content for our website and social media including written copy, video and graphics.
