Core Purpose
The Corporate Partnerships Executive plays a vital role in managing and growing corporate relationships to maximise income and engagement. The role involves stewardship of existing partnerships, delivering corporate assets and communications, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams to create partnership assets, support fundraising activities, and drive engagement across corporate supporters.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Partnership Management

• Manage a portfolio of five-figure partnerships and act as the primary point of contact for smaller corporate accounts, including our UK partnerships through Make-A-Wish International.
• Provide support for larger strategic partnerships that will include but not limited to: developing bespoke fundraising initiatives and newsletters, coordinating charity champion networks, tracking income, attending partner meetings and assisting with bespoke partner events and promotions to ensure all fundraising and communications activities remain on track to achieve income targets.

Stewardship & Administration

• Ensure timely thanking of partners through certificates, letters, and recognition initiatives.
• Coordinate with the volunteer team to identify, promote, and track volunteering opportunities for corporate partners.
• Represent corporate partnerships on internal working groups, ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives.
• Provide administrative support to the wider corporate partnerships team
• Ensure the corporate website is kept up to date with relevant partnership information and opportunities.

Corporate Communications & Financial Processes

• Support corporate financial processes, including invoicing, reporting, and data management.
• Assist with Gift-in-Kind (GIK) donations and tracking.

Internal Collaboration & Compliance

• Work collaboratively across teams to align corporate partnerships with wider fundraising and engagement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and ethical fundraising standards.
• Support internal initiatives, including volunteering opportunities and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

As Clerk to the Board of Governors

Provide procedural, regulatory, and governance advice to the Board of Governors. Responsibilities include:

• provide administrative support to the governing body, for example: co-ordinating calendar of dates for governing body meetings and preparing agendas, taking notes at meetings for the preparation of minutes and ensuring that all decisions are recorded accurately and objectively, including timescales for actions

• Support the implementation and effective use of New Governance Software and lead the shift to using Generative AI for note taking at meetings. Update and maintain a database of Governance information, ensuring secure handling of confidential data and information in compliance with College Policy and the General Data Protection Regulations.

• support the development and performance of governors in their role, for example: updating them on changes in legislation and policy, informing them of appropriate training and helping them understand their duties

• offer advice to governors and the college on the correct governance procedures and how to improve governance

• Work with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to ensure a high level of governor engagement by ensuring an up-to-date calendar of opportunities, appropriate communications and effective tracking and gathering of feedback

As Governance and Performance Manager

• Support the College’s internal governance function, providing administrative support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking notes/minutes. Lead the shift to using Generative AI for note taking at meetings and in systems and Processes to improve efficiency.

• Work with the Executive Leadership Team and wider leadership team to co-ordinate regular strategy updates and report on progress against strategic goals and agreed KPIs.

• Input into, and support with the co-ordination of the College’s Wider Leadership Forum and All-Staff sessions.

• Update and Maintain the College’s Risk Register and Master Policy Schedule.

• Assist with co-ordinating internal audit reviews in accordance with approved internal audit plan.

• Receive and co-ordinate timely responses to Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.

• Be a collaborative, enthusiastic member of the College’s wider leadership team, working closely with Staff and Governors to help deliver our ambitious strategy.

• Undertaking other duties commensurate with the role as directed by the Chair or Director of Finance and Compliance.

Purpose of the post

The Business Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of AHS. This position focuses on the practical delivery and coordination of operations including implementing processes, maintaining systems, and supporting teams to work efficiently to deliver a longitudinal study. Acting as a central point for administration, the postholder will help keep our operations organised, identify and escalate issues as they arise, and ensure that processes and activities run seamlessly across our remote organisation.

About Adolescent Health Study

The Adolescent Health Study (AHS) is an ambitious new UKRI-funded initiative to establish a prospective, longitudinal population study that will generate a globally leading open science data platform and research resource. AHS aims to recruit at least 100,000 young people from across the UK and to follow their mental and physical health and wellbeing over at least 10 years. It plans to collect data through questions and measures; to obtain bio-samples for a wide range of genomic and other high-throughput assays; and to capture linked data relevant to health and wellbeing from participants’ health, education and other administrative records. There will be a strong emphasis on engaging with and involving young people, schools, parents and other relevant stakeholders in the design and delivery of the study, as well as on including young people that represent as wide as possible a range of backgrounds, experiences and characteristics. AHS will focus on enabling a wide range of research, including studies of the critical biological and social developments that occur during the transition from childhood to adulthood and the determinants of both mental and physical health and wellbeing in adolescents and young adults.

Main responsibilities

 Operational Delivery and Implementation

· Provide hands-on support to teams and managers in rolling out new tools, systems and operational processes that are critical for the success of the longitudinal study

· Support the smooth, day-to-day running of business operations, ensuring tasks and processes are completed efficiently

· Identify operational issues or bottlenecks, propose practical solutions where appropriate, and escalate matters to the Business Manager

Administration and Systems Management

· Maintain and update shared digital platforms, databases and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

· Manage administrative functions such as task tracking in a fully virtual environment

· Provide day-to-day administrative support including preparing, filing, archiving and retrieving documents

· Manage AHS central inbox(es) and escalate matters to the Business Manager as appropriate

Team Coordination and Support

· Coordinate meetings and workshops, including scheduling and logistics, for AHS team members and external parties as required

People and HR Administration

· Support HR processes including onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining staff and contractor records

Knowledge, skills and experience Essential criteria

· Experience of working in a health and/or data research environment

· Qualified to A level or vocational qualifications, or equivalent, plus some experience in a relevant role

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software

· Able to manage information electronically through databases and spreadsheets

· Excellent organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to prioritise and, at times under pressure, produce accurate work to deadlines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions

The Role

The Fundraising Manager will lead on the delivery of a sustainable and diverse fundraising strategy. The main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and delivering a fundraising strategy and annual income plan.
• Growing sustainable income across all fundraising streams, predominantly Community, Individual Giving, Corporate partnerships and Events.
• Building, nurturing and stewarding supporter relationships.
• Overseeing and executing fundraising marketing and communications strategies.

The Person

We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious individual with a proven track record of delivering fundraising income and a knowledge of a variety of income streams. You should also have an understanding of fundraising regulations, GDPR, and a keenness to keep abreast of fundraising best practice.

Additionally, you should be excellent at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You must be organised, driven and resilient, and able to multitask effectively in this varied and interesting role. We are also looking for candidates who are creative with the ability to write compelling communications including social content, campaigns and proposals.

Job description 
The purpose of this role is to provide essential, tailored casework support for residents living in Ella’s’ safe house accommodation. The main responsibilities of this role are:

● Provide one-to-one support for safe house residents This includes ensuring that survivors understand their rights and that these are met, coaching survivors to identify and work towards their personal goals, supporting survivors to access appropriate services/treatment providers and ultimately be supported into independence.
● Manage social work students, placements and interns.
● Maintain and develop borough related relationships.

We are looking for a passionate individual who has strong experience of working with vulnerable women, is aligned with the vision and mission of Ella’s and can maintain and develop strong partnerships with other community organisations and groups, both locally within boroughs and London-wide. Key tasks
Casework provision
● Provide high quality casework support to residents (housing, financial, legal, mental health, and physical wellbeing support)
● Support survivor empowerment to speak out and self-advocate
● Carry out regular risk assessment with survivors and respond to any safeguarding concerns as per Ella’s’ safeguarding procedures
● Provide day-to-day support and build trusting relationships with the service users
● Be sensitive to the rapidly changing emotional and physical needs of the service users and respond accordingly
● Manage all paperwork, processing any personal data in accordance with Ella’s’ policies and procedures
● Ensure casenote records are recorded within 24 hours of each service user contact using Ella’s’ case management system
● Assist service users with administrative tasks as required: reaching out to supporting agencies, booking appointments, form-filling, and attending appointments
● Assume an advocacy role during external appointments, if required
● Assist in writing covering letters and support letters to compliment service users’ application forms, advocate for the service user in specific needs, or to keep other organisations updated as required
● Research the requirements for benefit applications and assisting service users to complete (as required)
● Liaise effectively with other agencies involved in the care or support of service users to ensure their needs are sufficiently met
● Manage referrals and new intakes
● Help create survivor led support plans
● Work collaboratively with other accommodation caseworkers

JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Start Ready Advisor is to support the Start Ready Manager in delivering the day-to-day operations of the Start Ready financial mechanism. This innovative global pooled fund allows our members to anticipate and respond to crises of a predictable nature (such as droughts, heatwaves, floods, and cyclones) through rapidly activating prepositioned funds using forecasts. 

This role is line managed by the Start Ready Manager and works alongside the Start Ready Officer to help deliver the operational, technical, and coordination tasks of the fund. This is an exciting opportunity to join the legal charity ATLEU (Anti Trafficking and Labour Exploitation Unit), in a vital operational leadership role.  This is a role for someone with extensive operational management experience, ideally within the charity, non-profit sector and in human rights work. Objectives of the post

To lead and ensure the smooth operational running of ATLEU, with particular focus on finance, people, information technology and governance and compliance.

To work closely with the Chief Executive to develop systems for implementing and monitoring ATLEU’s strategic plan. 

Main Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Strategy

• Participate in strategic and business planning processes and play a leading role, working with the CEO and trustees to develop the strategic plan, ensuring all team members understand it and their role in it. 
• Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) contributing to the strategic direction and day to day management of the organisation. 
• Develop and lead monitoring and evaluation processes for all activities associated with our strategy, including setting and reviewing annual business plan priorities and targets, communicating progress and highlighting potential areas for development and increased focus. Be a champion for embedding learning into the culture of the organisation and collaborate with consultants and staff to ensure there are effective monitoring learning and evaluation frameworks in place across ATLEU’s projects and services. 
• Lead and manage ATLEU’s operations staff, including ATLEU’s Operations and Projects Coordinator, People and Inclusion Manager and Billing Coordinator. 
• Lead the development and maintenance of organisational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• To work closely with the Director of Saltworks to support the operational running of ATLEU’s  trading subsidiary Saltworks, through developing the financial and operational infrastructure and management of the organisation.

2. Finance 

• Lead ATLEU’s financial planning, management and reporting processes. 
• Direct, manage and document ATLEU’s financial policies, systems and controls, ensuring that financial systems are effective and up to date. 
• Scrutinise monthly financial data and produce financial reports for the CEO and trustees, including quarterly cashflows
• Prepare ATLEU’s annual operating budgets and financial reports for funders and oversee project budgets. 
• Ensure the year-end financial accounts and audit process is completed satisfactorily and delivered on time, ensuring all financial data and other data needed is provided.
• Ensure that accurate records and accounts of monies claimed are held on all cases  and liaise with the Head of Legal Practice to ensure compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Oversee ATLEU’s bookkeeping and legal aid billing and reporting and ensure all monies, including grant monies and training invoices are claimed and paid promptly. 
• Maintain oversight of bookkeepers and auditors, taking responsibility for managing relationships with them
• Manage ATLEU’s banking arrangements, ensuring that they are effective, secure and fit for purpose.

3. Office and Operations

• Work with the Senior Management and Operations teams to ensure that all colleagues have the operational support needed to do their jobs effectively; 
• Liaise with building management for both offices, manage any rent negotiations and any future office moves 

• Lead on the annual insurance renewal process, provide the required data and lead discussions with brokers to ensure good value for money on all policies;
• Support the Operations and Projects Coordinator to ensure that both ATLEU offices provide a safe and welcoming environment for ATLEU staff, clients and other visitors and that they comply with all appropriate legislation and regulations;
• Work with the Operations & Project Coordinator to maintain the Office Manual and associated policies and ensure that they are up to date and reviewed as appropriate and monitor compliance with those policies. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations including premises, equipment, IT systems, ordering supplies, procurement and workflow and archive management and ensure that processes are in place to restore functionality as required. 
• To ensure the most effective use of resources and identify areas for cost reduction or cost avoidance along with process and functional improvement, including developing ATLEU’s IT infrastructure to reduce reliance on paper files. 

4. Human Resources

• The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting the People and Inclusion Manager across all HR-related matters, including staff wellbeing and EDI activities. 
• In the absence of the People & Inclusion Manager or when facing conflicting deadlines, the Head of Operations is expected to actively participate in all HR tasks.
• Support the People & Inclusion Manager with day-to-day HR tasks, processes and systems, responding to queries and problem solving when needed;
• Provide guidance to the Senior Management Team with regular updates on HR related issues as needed;
• Support the People and Inclusion Manager to review, develop and roll out HR policies and provide training to staff where required, ensuring they are legislatively sound, fit with our values and align with our strategic goals. 
• Oversee the coordination of the organisation’s volunteer programme, and explore ways to maximise the value both ATLEU and volunteers gain from the programme. 
• Model positive, fair and open people leadership and support other managers in their supervisory capacity.

5. Governance and Compliance 

• Work with the Chief Executive to continue to strengthen the governance of the charity, ensuring that all aspects of governance adhere to best practices and meet regulatory requirements.

• Ensure that ATLEU complies with the requirements of all relevant regulatory bodies including the Charity Commission and Companies House and ensuring ATLEU is compliant with all compliance relevant to a not for profit legal firm e.g the Legal Aid Agency, Solicitor’s Regulation Authority, Specialist Quality Mark, Immigration Advice Authority and CILEX.

• Manage the Board, AGM and committee meeting calendar, ensuring well-structured agendas and facilitating effective decision-making processes with clear records of these meetings and management of actions arising.
• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and organisational needs.
• Ensure the SMT, Board and other parts of the governance receives comprehensive, timely, and accurate information to support informed decision-making.
• Stay abreast of relevant legislation and governance best practices, implementing changes as necessary. 
• Develop and maintain effective systems and frameworks for compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency.

6. Information Technology / Data Protection and Cyber Security

• Support the Operations and Projects Coordinator in ensuring IT systems function appropriately and securely and new systems are developed to improve efficiencies for caseworkers and for audit and research. 
• Work with the Head of Legal Practice and Operations and Projects Coordinator on the continued development of and improvements to our legal aid case management system.
• Ensure ATLEU has robust IT and cyber security policies and procedures in place, and oversee their implementation across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain the organisation’s IT and business continuity plan and update it annually.
• Oversee ATLEU’s day-to-day relationships with external IT support, ensuring IT systems function effectively and providing or facilitating staff support;
• Collaborate with external IT support on projects to enhance and modernise ATLEU’s systems, ensuring they remain up-to-date and secure;

• Take overall responsibility for the data protection obligations of the organisation. Oversee the implementation of up-to-date and compliant data protection policies including data retention and destruction, home and remote working, emails and the internet, and ensure that sensitive and financial information is securely stored and confidentiality and privacy is maintained.

About the Role:

As a Deputy Head of Service for Performance & Quality you will:

• proactively analyse data from diverse sources, transforming it into powerful & useful insights for our service
• produce management information, impact analysis, service modelling & customer-focused performance tools
• monitor service performance & identify risks to support & enable data-driven decision-making & continuous improvement
• be a key member of a multi-disciplinary network of experts within Victim Support's London Management Team
• work in partnership with key stakeholders across London's criminal justice system such as the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC), London's Police forces & the Ministry of Justice (MoJ)

Regular tasks will include:

• Producing monthly & quarterly reports for funders to evidence KPIs; identify trends, risks & service improvements
• Developing & iterating analytical pipelines to deliver high quality insight on service performance
• Meeting with front-line teams to explore service delivery & performance data
• Delivering insights & actions to stakeholders regarding service effectiveness
• Identifying areas of the service where data science & emerging technologies can be applied to improve efficiency, such as AI
• Collaborating with data professionals across Victim Support's national data function and within MOPAC's Data & Insight function

You will need:

• experience using either Python or R to bring data together from diverse sources and prepare for analysis using cleaning and preparation techniques
• extensive practical experience of using innovative platforms for data visualization including R Shiny, Power BI and/or Tableau
• A degree or equivalent professional experience in subjects such as Statistics, Data/ Computer Science, Economics, Public Policy, or the Sciences would be desirable
