KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate the requisite income (c£1.4m pa) to ensure the Youth Zone operates as per the OnSide DNA.

• Build and lead a team of fundraisers who each have personal income targets and a clear but small set of Key Performance Indicators that guide their work.
• Be personally responsible for a small but high level portfolio of prospects to drive a personal annual income target, c15-20 annually.

Main Duties

- Represent Retrofit West CIC as a key worker across a range of projects.
- Support the design and delivery of community engagement activities such as workshops and focus groups within communities across the region.
- Contribute to the promotion and marketing of projects to ensure effective engagement with the target audience.
- Identify potential groups to work with and attend ad hoc events to help publicise Retrofit West CIC’s services.
- Represent Retrofit West at external events and conferences as required.
- Liaise with other staff across the wider Retrofit team to ensure effective workload planning, project development, and delivery.

This is an important and interesting role with Vision North Somerset. You will get to be hands on with our service users who are visually and/or hearing impaired. You will work with our amazing volunteers, both current and new, training them and managing them to provide services to help reduce social isolation and to build confidence. The Purpose of the Role
The External Relations (ER) department includes private fundraising, marketing & communications and advocacy. ER’s goal is to mobilize external audiences to raise funding to meet core organization needs deliver programs that support our clients to recover and gain control of their lives; influence policy changes to improve outcomes for our clients; and build and grow our global brand.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a vital role in supporting ER to advance our ambitious global strategy. The FP&A team (1) is a strategic finance partner to leadership and ER teams (2) leads revenue modelling and budget development (3) provide insights and analysis to support decision making on funding decisions and critical initiatives. ER’s FP&A team sits within the Business Operations and Analytics unit, the backbone of the ER department which provides best-in-class strategy, financial planning, analytics, and operational support. The FP&A Senior Analyst will also be an integral part of IRC’s broader Finance organization. The Senior Analyst, FP&A, will be assigned a portfolio of ER teams.
