The Role

At GamCare, we are recruiting a Training Lead to join our Women’s Programme — a national initiative designed to raise awareness of how gambling harm can affect women, and to ensure those affected are recognised and supported.

This is a home-based role with some travel for face-to-face sessions. You will be delivering high-quality, engaging training to a wide range of professionals, helping them build knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to support the people they work with. You will work closely with regional Engagement Leads, developing tailored content and maintaining strong relationships with partners. This position is home-based, with some nationwide travel to deliver training sessions and attendance at two development days per year (location within the UK).

You will be a member of the PMO team, working closely with Icebreaker One’s project managers. You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects and secretariat functions as directed by the Programme Director, Head of Project Management and the Programme and Policy Manager. 

Responsibilities

• Project administration

  • Creating meeting templates, slide decks and documents 

  • Attend meetings to take meeting minutes

  • Proof-reading project documents and artefacts

  • Assisting the project manager with task management using the Jira tool and preparing meeting agendas

• Icebreaker One secretariat administration for Steering and Advisory Groups

  • Preparation: 

    • Oversee diary management, meeting planning and scheduling

    • managing and updating attendee tracking lists

    • Prepare, collate and distribute meeting materials well in advance to attendees

    • Creating voting forms for items needing endorsement

We are looking for a 12-month maternity cover Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team to lead the planning and delivery of the RSPB's commercial marketing activity. Reporting into the Head of Commercial, this role will focus on supporting our Commercial functions including our reserve Visitor Operations, eCommerce, Trade and Product Licensing.

Whether it is leading national campaigns to drive footfall to our key visitor sites, working with our visitor experience consultants to promote events on reserves, driving sales through our online shop or maximising the value of our licensed products, your expertise will help drive both income and engagement for the RSPB.

 Key Areas of  Responsibility

Clinical strategy and plans for growth

• Have responsibility for the strategic development of TTI’s clinical team, clinical delivery and clinical outcomes, to meet TTI’s ambitious and transformational Strategy 2025-2030.
• Provide clinical leadership to the development of TTI’s strategic vision and annual delivery planning, models of service delivery, standards and clinical governance.
• Support and enable partners, service users and especially those with lived experience to inform TTI’s clinical service design, delivery and evaluation and to engage in communications and research activities in a way that is psychologically safe and follows principles of trauma-informed practice.
• Manage TTI’s clinical capacity and skills, and oversee the growth and development of the team, including recruiting, supervising and managing workload/ assignment of internal staff, associates and external multi-disciplinary team to ensure the organisation’s ability to meet service demand.
• Develop and implement strategies to actively promote diversity in the clinical team and champion culturally sensitive approaches to trauma treatment through research, partnerships and new projects.
• Liaise directly and regularly with TTI’s Trustee with responsibility for clinical oversight, and provide regular reports to the Board of Trustees to support strategic decision-making and risk oversight.

• Lead the design of internal wellbeing policies and activities and embed trauma-informed knowledge and skills across the organisation, including with clinical and non-clinical staff and trustees.

Delivery of Clinical Services

• Drive TTI’s clinical delivery, in line with TTI’s overarching strategic objectives, including setting long-term and annual objectives and KPIs, within the context of clinical evidence- based best practice, trauma informed principles, participation of those with lived experience and budgetary, donor and risk-management requirements.
• Oversee the development and implementation of TTI’s clinical treatment pathways for survivors of torture, trafficking, slavery and violent conflict or those affected by vicarious trauma or burnout through their work in human rights, including:
  • up to date and evidence based clinical pathways for the main clinical presentations we see at TTI

Quality Assurance and Evaluation

• Deliver an evidence-based and continuous evaluation culture and promote internal reflection and learning.
• Maintain and further develop a robust framework for quality assurance and evaluation of TTI’s clinical activities, including engagement of clients, service users and those with lived experience.
• Oversee the consistent use of evidence based clinical measures and ensure robust processes to monitor, evaluate, learn and report on the quality and impact of TTI’s clinical activities and outcomes.

Clinical Risk and Safeguarding

• Hold delegated authority from the Board for TTI’s clinical risk management, including engagement in TTI’s Risk-Management Sub-Committee, driving implementation of risk-management and mitigation actions relating to clinical delivery and leading TTI’s monthly internal QSP meetings.
• Feed into internal annual policy review processes, as they relate to clinical delivery, risk management and compliance with clinical duties and trauma-informed practice.

• HCPC registered psychologist who has completed Post Graduate doctoral level training in counselling or clinical psychology.

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and effective Autistic Lived Experience Trainer to support us to deliver an exciting new programme of work. We have been commissioned by an NHS organisation to deliver and support the roll out of autism-informed care training to all staff working in their mental health inpatient settings. This programme of work will run for 9 months, and will include the delivery of various half day and full day autism-informed training sessions both in-person and online. We will also be working closely with Experts by Experience to become skilled and confident in delivery of this training to support the organisational sustainability of this knowledge. The programme of work will also embed an evaluation of the training to demonstrate learning and impact.

The Autistic Lived Experience Trainer will be working closely alongside our Lived Experience Lead to deliver all aspects of the programme, with support from our wider staff team.

• Co-facilitate training sessions both online and in-person to staff from various professions and in various roles across mental health in-patient settings.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To support the Area Manager / Operations Director in ensuring the Charity’s development and growth in ways that are relevant and in line with operational services and charitable objectives.

To ensure the Charity achieves its aims and objectives and fulfils its operational plan effectively by providing high quality intervention, providing person centred support for at-risk young people.

To have key responsibilities in reducing risk and delivery of our Shaping Futures Intervention this is our Short-Term Intervention Programme (STIP) in Buckinghamshire.

This project is funded for the next 18 months, we will be working closely with partners to extend this funding agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate onboarding of young people, including the initial assessment, and developing 12 individualised sessions bespoke to each young person.
• Ensure a 12-week programme is written and sent to the young person with agreed outcomes after initial meeting.
• Responsible for a case load of young people up to 20 young people at any one time.
• Lead sessions and activities with appropriate resources to empower young people to make more positive choices to reduce violent behaviours, reduce risk of exploitation and other offending behaviours.
• Support the multi-agency network for the young people you are working with. Report any safeguarding concerns to the DSL, with support from your line manager.
• Work in partnership with the Operations team to develop opportunities in line with the intervention if needed.

Sands offers support to anyone affected by the death of a baby. 

Our volunteers are incredible! They run peer support, community-based activity, build relationships with hospitals, run football teams, cheer at events and much more. Putting them first and enabling the activity they deliver is the primary goal of the Community and Volunteering Team.

Sands has over 120 peer support groups (run through Groups or Teams), over 100 Hospital Liaison Volunteers and many more volunteers who support with organising, running, and fundraising for local activity. But we know that there are still communities where in person, localised support for those impacted by pregnancy and baby loss doesn’t exist and where we want to grow. As well as invest in the experience and support for existing volunteers.

This is a high-profile and exciting new role which is responsible for ensuring provide a smooth, inclusive, supportive and empowering journey to all volunteers. Allowing them to be able to focus on what’s most important, the activity they deliver in their community. This means delivering on engaging recruitment experiences, smooth and informative onboarding, and meaningful recognition. This post is the linchpin in ensuring this all happens.

With experience of coordinating volunteering programme on a regional or national basis, you will be passionate and knowledgeable about the potential for volunteering within the charity sector.

You will be an outstanding, ‘hands on’, people person with energy, a positive, warm style, who can support and motivate people and teams to engage with projects with positive outcomes.

Experience of working with and getting the most out of CRMs is essential, as is the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and volunteers working in a collaborative and inclusive way.

Additionally, you will be able to develop high quality resources which remain responsive to the changing needs of internal and external stakeholders, i.e. volunteering framework documents, process flows and template emails to help support an excellent volunteer experience.

Support Coordinator

We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and well organised individuals to join the organisation delivering a comprehensive Stroke Recovery Service across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.

Position: S11290 Stroke Support Coordinator

Location: Homebased, Warrington. However, frequent travel across the area will be required as part of this role

Salary: Circa £16,461 per annum (FTE circa £27,400 per annum)

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week hours per week

Contract: Permanent. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes.

The Stroke Support Coordinator will:

• Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.
• Work alongside people affected by stroke with communication difficulties to plan and work towards recovery outcomes that are important to them, including secondary prevention needs.
• Enable stroke survivors and where appropriate family members/carers to develop independence and confidence in the use of tools and strategies to support communication.
• Provide personalised information, advice and support.
• Support stroke survivors to make informed lifestyle changes which will help them to prevent further strokes.
• Work collaboratively with Warrington NHS colleagues and other areas of the community to make a difference to the lives of people affected by stroke.

About You

You will:

• Have a background in a caring and/or charity profession supporting people with disabilities.
• Be able to demonstrate previous experience of working collaboratively with other organisations to achieve joint ambitions.
• Have experience of working with people who may have additional communication support needs.
• Have the ability to use basic Microsoft system.

This role requires the post holder to travel throughout Warrington to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role.
