We’re looking for a communications-minded creator to lead Europia’s external newsletter (every two months) and coordinate content for the Annual Report. You’ll gather information, quotes and photography from staff, volunteers, partners and funders; shape it into clear, engaging content; and help present Europia’s impact in an accessible, on-brand way.

Key Responsibilities

• Bi-monthly newsletter: Plan, draft, edit and build the external newsletter in Mailchimp (headlines, copy, visuals, links).

• Annual Report coordination: Run a quarterly content cycle for the 2025–26 Annual Report - collect updates, data, quotes and photos; draft sections; support layout/visuals.

• Content gathering: Proactively seek photos and quotes from staff, volunteers, partners and funders (with consent/attribution and basic accessibility).

• Design & layout: Use Canva (and Mailchimp templates) to create consistent, on-brand assets for newsletters and report pages.

• Quality & accessibility: Proofread, check links, follow brand guidelines (tone, fonts, colours), and apply accessibility best practice.

• Light analytics: Track opens/clicks and note simple insights to improve future editions.

• Collaboration: Liaise across teams and with external stakeholders to schedule inputs/approvals; maintain a tidy content tracker and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong written English with excellent editing/proofing and attention to detail.

• Ability to design and edit newsletters in Mailchimp and create assets in Canva.

• Interest in design and a passion for written communications.

• Ability to research/review external annual reports to benchmark and inspire an impactful Europia report (desirable).

• Highly organised, self-motivated, confident coordinating multiple contributors.

• Clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Time Commitment

• Around 10 hours per month.

East London Waterworks Park is looking for volunteers to lead social media and content creation for communications and campaigning for our community-owned park.

East London Waterworks Park is a volunteer-led charity that has won a 2024 New London Architecture award and raised £2m towards buying land from the Department for Education to transform the 14-acre Thames Water Depot on Lea Bridge Road on the border of Waltham Forest and Hackney, into a new biodiverse park with natural swimming ponds, forest schools and community spaces. 

We are looking for social media and content creator leads to participate in our community-led working group who are promoting public awareness and support of the project. 

There is opportunity to lead on projects across communications, content creation, social media, PR, newsletters, film, podcasts or any other channels of interest, and facilitate the direction of the working group.

The Comms Circle currently meets fortnightly on a Tuesday evening on Google Meet and spends voluntary time outside of the meeting completing agreed tasks remotely.

You will be at the forefront of our digital strategy to create a huge new biodiverse park and natural swimming ponds. We’re looking for creative and strategic thinkers who can craft compelling narratives and visually stunning content. You should have a deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools to measure and optimize our campaigns. Your ability to build and engage with online communities is crucial, as is your skill in managing media relations. Who are we looking for?

At present we are working towards being fully operational, over the next year Living Reasons will be looking to expand its reach.

As a Volunteer Integrated Technology Project Lead with Living Reasons, you will oversee the project management of technology integration across all aspects of our operations, including both software and hardware. Working closely with the funding team, you will design and deliver project plans that attract funding and ensure resources are used effectively and in line with funding agreements. You will also lead on the procurement of hardware from third-party suppliers, including organisations that support non-profits with technology solutions.

In collaboration with Technology Coordinators, you will use user feedback to guide the development of software that is accessible, adaptable, and reliable for a diverse demographic of users. This role will also focus on driving innovation—creating solutions that not only strengthen Living Reasons but also have the potential to be developed and supplied to other businesses or end users through the organisation. By leading on strategy, coordination, and delivery, you will ensure that Living Reasons harnesses technology in innovative and sustainable ways that maximise impact.

The person who is starting the charity up is autistic, has ADHD, CPTSD and also multiple physical conditions that effect daily life and is part of the LGBTQ+ community and has faced a lot of issues in life because of these things.

Living Reasons is being created to fix what we think is a challenging situation that is getting harder to achieve every week, month and year in the current economic, political, environmental and societal landscape. It is not easily defined but we hope the charity objects below will help put context to what we want to achieve, what we can say is that below are the issues we are trying to address, how we do this will change as quickly as society does, but the issues we want to tackle are these:

Location: remote/ home based, in-person attendance at events is desirable.

Supported/ supervised by: the Events Administration Manager, also working closely with volunteers in the Main Stage sub-team and Events team.

It’s not enough to be ‘welcome’ at Pride. We make up a very large proportion of the queer community – the 2021 Census actually shows we’re half of the community – and we deserve to be visible and celebrated in our own right.

There are many ways to make this happen, and we work in many ways to bring this change about:

• Outreach work with other Prides, LGBTQ+ organisations and bi organisations – our consultation work with local Prides, the UK Pride Organisers Network and local and national LGBTQ+ organisations works in a tailored way to make sure that bi inclusion is a top priority and is being done well

• Organising a high-profile annual Bi Pride event – from September 2019, Bi Pride UK made history with the largest ever gathering of bi people recorded. A performance stage, a panel stage, stall village, street food, and over 1,300 attendees. After going virtual with the BiFi Festival for 2020 due to Covid-19 and running a virtual Pride event in 2021, we came back in person in 2022 with a hybrid event, and have been running the event in this format ever since

• Building a strong online and virtual community – just as important as the rest of our work is making sure that people hear about it! People need to know what resources and spaces exist for them, and how they can connect with other people like them

The role:

The Events team at Bi Pride UK is one of the core operational teams within the charity. The team handles programming, production and execution of our events, including our annual flagship Bi Pride event, which holds the record for the largest Bi Pride event in the world. This role will sit within the Events Administration sub-team, who are responsible for organising and performing administrative tasks to support the Events team to deliver smooth and highly successful events. 

We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Main Stage Administrator to support the smooth operational production of Bi Pride 2026. The Main Stage Administrator will work closely with the Main Stage sub-team, who are responsible for our largest stage at Bi Pride, which hosts performances from musicians, drag artists, cabaret performers, comedians and many more fantastic artists. This role will provide dedicated administrative support to the Main Stage Manager and Assistant Managers, as well as working with volunteers across the Events Team and wider charity. The holder of this role will join a supportive team and contribute to defining and improving the internal processes involved in producing Bi Pride 2026.

Key tasks of this role will include: 

• Working closely with the Main Stage Manager and Main Stage Assistant Managers to ensure efficient organisation of the administrative activity relating to the Main Stage;

• Monitoring a shared Main Stage sub-team email inbox, including answering queries and escalating emails to the appropriate internal volunteer as required;

• Facilitating and tracking the completion of performer and host contracts, and maintaining accurate record keeping of the documentation;

• Receiving invoices from performers and hosts, maintaining accurate record keeping of these documents and sharing documentation with the Finance team to process payments;

• Liaising with the Main Stage sub-team and the performers and hosts to gather required biographical information, performance information and headshots, and sharing this information with the Media & Comms team in a timely manner for the production of Event related assets and promotional materials;

• Attending regular Events team meetings, including Main Stage sub-team meetings and venue visits, to contribute to the smooth planning and execution of the event.

Our team volunteers remotely from anywhere in the UK, with some travel required occasionally (primarily for our flagship Pride event in London in August). All reasonable expenses incurred are reimbursed, including travel, lunch at away days and other all day events, and some childcare costs if required. The successful candidate will attend fortnightly Events team meetings on Wednesday evenings via conference call, in addition to Events Administration sub-team and Main Stage sub-team meetings, which will be scheduled in line with the team’s best availability.

We are looking for a volunteer to take a lead on our internal and external monitoring and evaluation work; gathering data about different areas of our activities to ensure that we are having as much impact as possible and can communicate that clearly to a variety of audiences. This role will also be responsible for collecting and assessing valuable evidence about the experiences of bi communities in the UK, helping the charity to share insight into the bi community.

Sitting within the Organisational Development team, this role is a crucial connecting point between teams to help the charity continually identify areas for improvement and growth. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a small team and help to develop this area of the charity’s work, with aspirations to explore opportunities for longer-term, externally-funded research and evaluation projects, and develop a Policy function for the charity.

• Continuing to develop and implement an impact strategy to sit alongside our strategic objectives;
• Liaising with volunteers across Bi Pride UK to develop internal systems and processes for evaluating our activities, projects, programmes and events;
• Leading on generating and analysing data for a variety of purposes, for example, to be used in briefings, annual impact reports, end-of-grant reports, and in social media posts; 
• Promoting and sharing best practice to maximise impact within Bi Pride UK.

This role will provide administrative support to the Stalls Manager and Assistant Manager, as well as working with volunteers across the Events team and wider charity. The holder of this role will join a supportive team and contribute to defining and improving the internal processes involved in producing Bi Pride 2026.

Key tasks of this role will include: 

• Working closely with the Stalls Manager and Stalls Assistant Managers to ensure efficient organisation of the administrative activity relating to the Stalls sub-team;

Monitoring, evaluation and learning coordinators wanted to help East London Waterworks Park deliver its environmental learning goals. 

East London Waterworks Park is a volunteer-led charity that has won a 2024 New London Architecture award and raised £2m towards buying land from the Department for Education to transform the 14-acre Thames Water Depot on Lea Bridge Road on the border of Waltham Forest and Hackney, into a new biodiverse park with natural swimming ponds, forest schools and community spaces. 

We are looking for a volunteer to track the impact of our educational initiatives, gather data, and support continuous improvement in our learning programs. This role ensures that our learning activities are effective and contribute meaningfully to ELWP’s overarching goals.

This role would include:

• Developing measures of success of existing environmental education initiatives
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from programme participants
• Recommending improvements based on data insights

The Learning Circle currently meets monthly on a Wednesday evening at 8pm for an hour on Google Meet and spends voluntary time outside of the meeting completing agreed tasks remotely.

We're looking for people to lead on these projects and facilitate the direction of the learning working group.

Individuals with experience in research, programme evaluation, data analysis, or education assessment are encouraged to apply. Attention to detail and an interest in measuring impact will be key strengths in this role. Our roles are quite flexible. We hope that people bring radical imagination, peace with nature, and courageous inclusiveness to the role. 

Your support will help young people and learners improve their environmental knowledge of design and research as well as contributing to our community-owned park. This will in turn provide a sense of stewardship over the land once the park is created and student's ideas have been built into the park. Creating learning projects with educational institutions will also help our charity with the strategy to buy the land through showing the value of our environmental education programme before we create the park. 

You will have a significant impact on the creation of a new biodiverse community-owned park with free access natural swimming ponds. By volunteering in this role, you will help shape the future of East London Waterworks Park as a community-led environmental learning space. We are looking for Non-Executive Directors to join our small and passionate board at Vision for Access CIC.

This is a remote, voluntary role suitable for individuals who share our values and are eager to contribute to shaping the future direction of our work. You don’t need to have previous board experience or formal qualifications - we’re more interested in your ideas, enthusiasm, and commitment to accessibility and inclusion.

As a Non-Executive Director, you’ll:

• Take part in regular board meetings (held online)
• Help guide Vision for Access’s strategy and priorities
• Offer insight, challenge, and support to ensure good governance
• Act as an ambassador for our mission and help us build connections
• Contribute your lived experience, professional knowledge, or community perspective to strengthen our work

This role is ideal for individuals who want to leverage their experience, passion, or perspective to drive positive change in accessibility and inclusion.
