Job description

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR, FAMILY MENTOR SERVICE SOUTH, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, FRWK08, £21,150 -£22,831, 37 HPW, TO BE WORKED FLEXIBLY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE (MAY INCLUDE EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS)

The family mentor service is a parenting support programme for the pre-school years that  includes home visiting and group work with a focus on child development and positive outcomes for  families within the St Ann’s, Arboretum and Hyson Green wards in Nottingham.

We are looking to recruit a volunteer coordinator to recruit, supervise and lead a team of volunteers. The service has a bespoke pathway for volunteers, with development of our volunteers at its heart, developing skills, knowledge and confidence as necessary to assist in delivering a high level service.

May require some Saturday working

Applications from bilingual speakers are welcome.

Full driving licence and access to a car for work are essential.
