This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months.

We’re experts in delivering change. We work with colleagues and the wider Parkinson’s community, to evolve into an efficient, effective organisation that provides excellent user experiences. Currently we are embarking on an exciting journey with the rollout of our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Salesforce. 

We’re looking for a Change Manager who is skilled in facilitating organisational change, particularly in technology adoption, with the proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and challenge where necessary, and a practical understanding of change management principles and adoption processes.

About the role 

Working with the Salesforce Programme Manager, fellow colleagues in the Business Change team and the wider Delivery Services team, you’ll play a critical role in the successful delivery of the Salesforce programme.

Working alongside the Business Change Lead, you’ll develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for the Salesforce programme rollout, and actively engage with Salesforce programme stakeholders at all levels regularly to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster a positive attitude towards Salesforce.

What you’ll do:

• Design, analyse and create mechanisms in order to collect ongoing feedback from users and stakeholders and have ways of identifying resistance and managing it.

• Create and deliver clear, consistent change communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed and engaged throughout the transition process.

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to users, helping them navigate the new system, and manage and address risks and issues as they arise, and regularly monitor and report on the progress of CM activities, analyse its impact, provide opportunities for feedback and suggest improvements.

• At the end of the programme, lead the CM retrospective, ensure benefits and adoption metrics are identified, tracked and measured to demonstrate success. Lastly, provide the handover to the Business Change Lead.

What you’ll bring:

• Excellent documentation and training material development skills along with the ability to lead workshops, and the ability to coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, drive change, manage risks and report on progress and KPIs.

• Demonstrable experience of successfully facilitating technology implementations.

• Empathy and understanding of people’s motivations and blockers, in order to help people adopt change. 

• Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion and equity principles in our daily operations.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage workload.

About the role: 

You’ll act as the main point of contact and support for volunteers in local branches, groups, and cafes. As part of an integrated regional team you’ll contribute to shared plans and priorities. 

Working remotely and in person, you’ll provide the highest quality customer care and support volunteers in line with the charity’s governance requirements, as well as our policies and procedures. You’ll provide high quality business support to colleagues to promote volunteering opportunities and bring volunteers together in the local community. 

What you’ll bring:

• Strong volunteer support skills and an ability to work in a user-focused and inclusive way 
• Experience of volunteer recruitment, induction and training 
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload whilst working collaboratively across a dispersed team of colleagues and volunteers 
• Proven ability to take a solution focused approach, supporting with queries raised by volunteers 
• Ability to confidently support group volunteers with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting

About the role

You’ll mobilise people to become part of a growing community, taking action to improve the lives of everyone affected by Parkinson's. You’ll lead collaboration, joint planning, shared ownership and delivery of area plans to develop a people powered movement, uniting everyone behind a common vision. 

You’ll be responsible for driving forward the charity’s strategic plans, working with the vision of the community in a designated geographical area.  You’ll grow, facilitate and inspire a movement of people that is supported to have a positive impact and is reflective of the local community.

What you’ll do

• Be accountable for developing, overseeing delivery and evaluation of the local community development plan
• Create an inclusive model of feedback and collaboration that increases participation and involvement across diverse communities 
• Source and analyse validated data and local intelligence to support the  community to make informed decisions about priorities and evaluate interventions
• Build and develop local partnerships, collaborations, coalitions in order to achieve innovative and creative responses with positive outcomes that will meet identified needs

What you’ll bring

• Experience of people (staff and volunteer) management as well as a commitment to working collaboratively with volunteers, and demonstrable experience of engaging and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including those from diverse communities
• Experience of engaging and inspiring internal and external stakeholders to support and deliver organisational objectives
• Experience of facilitating and modelling a collaborative and transparent approach, which promotes trust, mutual respect, ownership, reflection and a sense of responsibility 
• Knowledge and/or experience of appropriate health, social care structures and services relevant to Parkinson’s and of the principles of influencing and campaigning

Join our team in shaping the future of internal communications and engagement! 

You’ll play a key role in supporting and delivering internal communications and driving engagement across the charity. This will include planning, writing and publishing communications that will inform, engage and inspire our colleagues across all areas of our work.

Using your skills in communications, organisation, and planning, you’ll work with the Internal Communications & Engagement team and colleagues across the charity to provide internal audiences with what they need to be able to be informed and updated. This will help them to deliver in their roles to support the Parkinson’s community and deliver on our strategy. 

This role is fixed term for 7 months

What you’ll do:

• Write, edit and distribute the weekly all colleague newsletter 
• Create content for, and be responsible for maintaining, our internal channels, including our staff intranet.
• Write and edit internal articles and copy
• Monitor and manage our internal engagement mailbox, service desk, and planners.
• Be responsible for the coordination and distribution of our manager bulletins.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of delivering effective internal communications that drive participation and engagement. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a meticulous eye for attention to detail and excellence in delivery.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, alongside a flexible approach. 
• Demonstrable experience of building trusted relationships with co-workers and an ability to influence when needed. 
• An understanding of data and analytics to support the monitoring of internal engagement performance.

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with Parkinson’s UK to find their new Celebrity Lead.

Parkinson’s UK offer hybrid working a minimum of 2 days per week from their London office.

In this role, you take responsibility for developing new and existing relationships with our celebrity supporters and their agents, stewarding their journey with the charity and making them strong and dedicated advocates across our strategic priorities. You’ll bring creative and proactive ideas ensuring we’re prioritising requests to maximise the potential of our high profile supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement and own our celebrity strategy and individual stewardship plans to support this, resulting in highly committed and engaged high profile supporters.

· Lead on outreach and negotiation with new, potential supporters for charity activities.

· Manage and prioritise requests for VIP support from across the charity ensuring that they are aligned with our strategic aims.

· Be the first point of contact for celebrities looking for support, signposting them within the charity or acting as intermediary for confidential requests.

· Take responsibility for the management and development of the Celebrity Officer.

· Work with colleagues across the charity to maximise our celebrity supporters across all communications channels, highlighting new opportunities as they arise.

· Make sure that our celebrity supporters are well briefed and up to date with key messages.

· Ensure that our celebrity activity is tracked, reported and evaluated to show the value they bring to the charity.

Person Specification:

· Extensive experience of working strategically with celebrities and their management teams.

· Creative and proactive approach to celebrity engagement and ongoing stewardship.

· Negotiation and persuasion skills to ensure that high profile supporters understand why we’re the Parkinson’s charity to support.

· The ability to build and maintain relationships with discretion and sensitivity.

· Understanding and awareness of the GDPR when handling personal data and information.

· Working understanding of PR and social media to amplify opportunities.

· Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills.

· Ability to prioritise your workload and support your team members to do the same in line with organisational priorities.

· Experience of operating in a modern digital workplace, including using digital tools (and what is needed from the role) to work collaboratively and productively.

The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive is to ensure we provide a great supporter experience to any person, company or organisation who donates to the Epilepsy Society and to help the fundraising and marketing teams increase our number of supporters and fundraisers through digital acquisition.

As part of the Charity’s in-house marketing agency, you will support in responding to briefs from other departments and work closely with their teams to create and deliver marketing plans which deliver on revenue and strategic priorities. You will also work closely with multiple stakeholders, including our digital agency and the other teams within the Fundraising and Marketing Department and the wider organisation.

This role involves supporting various digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content creation, and data analytics. The postholder will be responsible for a range of tasks to support the efficient and effective running of a fundraising and marketing team dealing directly with donors at all levels to ensure they have the best donor experience. We need someone to help us to reach new people online, drive income and build an enhanced online supporter experience.

There is flexibility within the role; with a hybrid working approach of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
