This role contributes to NCVO’s brand recognition, and fosters connection, learning and collaboration for its 17,000 members, and wider sector audience. You will develop and manage event budgets and continuously improve the programme based on evaluation and data.

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and effective Autistic Lived Experience Trainer to support us to deliver an exciting new programme of work. We have been commissioned by an NHS organisation to deliver and support the roll out of autism-informed care training to all staff working in their mental health inpatient settings. This programme of work will run for 9 months, and will include the delivery of various half day and full day autism-informed training sessions both in-person and online. We will also be working closely with Experts by Experience to become skilled and confident in delivery of this training to support the organisational sustainability of this knowledge. The programme of work will also embed an evaluation of the training to demonstrate learning and impact.

The Autistic Lived Experience Trainer will be working closely alongside our Lived Experience Lead to deliver all aspects of the programme, with support from our wider staff team.

• Co-facilitate training sessions both online and in-person to staff from various professions and in various roles across mental health in-patient settings.
• Deliver pre-prepared content and facilitate reflective conversations.
• Monitor feedback and adjust content and delivery as necessary.

• Support Experts by Experience to become confident with delivery of content.

About the role 

This is a key role in providing administration and organisational support to the CEO and the Board. South East London Mind is working with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Bridge Support to deliver the Greenwich Mental Health Hub. This will form part of the new transformation of mental health services in the Royal Borough of Greenwich under the NHS Long Term Plan. The service will bring together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic, and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.

About the Role

Who you are: We need passionate, self-starters with a background in providing high-quality emotional support and advocacy. Your experience in roles within the police, criminal justice, counselling, caseworker or health and social care sectors could make you an ideal candidate.

- frontline support service experience

- a full, clean UK driving licence, access to your own transport and are willing to use it for work purposes (we reimburse travelling expenses)

We’re looking for a new HR Lead to build on our existing policies and processes and take our inclusive and high performing culture to the next stage.  As HR Lead you will be integrated across the organisation, working at both strategic and operational levels to develop our people practices. You will have experience across the HR spectrum but will be especially skilled at coaching managers, undertaking employee relations case work, recruitment, developing organisational culture, and implementing equity, diversity and inclusion within HR practices. Flexibility

Our London-based staff operate on a hybrid model, working in our office within London South Bank University (one minute from Elephant and Castle tube station) on Mondays and Tuesdays (for full time staff – part-time staff are only required to work one of those days in the office) and at home for the rest of the week. We also have staff outside London who are fully home-based. We would like the HR Lead to work in the London office on either Monday or Tuesday (or both if preferred) but are flexible as to when in the week the remainder of the hours are worked, provided that there is a consistent working pattern each week.   We have specified the number of days for this role as 3-4, meaning a minimum of three and a maximum of four, depending on what the appointed candidate is able to offer on a consistent basis each week.

About the Role:

The Trust Fundraising Intern will work in collaboration with the Senior Trust and Foundations Manager to be responsible for securing critical funding that sustains our life-changing programs worldwide. As part of your internship, you’ll have the chance to contribute meaningfully to fundraising efforts, gaining hands-on experience in trust fundraising and developing skills that will help you kick-start your career in the charity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Support

• Assist in managing a portfolio of trust and foundation supporters, focusing on smaller funders to build relationships and secure gifts.
• Support the Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager in maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records on the CRM database.
• Help with stewardship activities, including preparing thank-you communications, reports, and updates to funders.

2. Research and Prospect Development

• Conduct research into new funding prospects and support the development of bespoke, compelling proposals tailored to potential donors.
• Track emerging trends in trust and foundation fundraising to identify growth opportunities.

3. Proposal and Report Writing

• Assist in drafting high-quality communications such as funding proposals, applications and impact reports that reflect our projects and inspire support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to gather relevant information for use in proposals and stewardship materials.

4. Administrative Support

• Support the team’s transition to a new CRM system, ensuring trust and foundation data is accurately maintained.
• Help manage the team’s administrative processes, including monitoring deadlines for applications and reporting.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern:

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

About the role

As the GIS Manager, you will lead the strategic use of GIS at Sustrans, embedding spatial tools and data across the organisation. You’ll manage a small team of talented GIS Officers, support projects, and drive the development of our ArcGIS and FME architecture. By delivering training and promoting best practice, you’ll build internal capability and expand the effective use of GIS. 

You’ll oversee the administration of our GIS systems, ensuring strong data governance and continual improvement. Acting as a champion for spatial data, you’ll enable effective analysis to support business needs and help shape evidence-based decision making across Sustrans.

About you

You will have extensive hands-on experience with ArcGIS and workflow automation tools, with a deep understanding of GIS data management and national spatial datasets.

 As a confident communicator with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, you will be experienced working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, ideally with practice in line management and team building.
