We’re looking for an organised and person centred leader who can join our leadership team to support the quality, growth and sustainability of Stomping Grounds North East CIO.

SENIOR HR ADVISOR – GENERALIST STAND ALONE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team starting, ideally, from early 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR generalist, transitioning to managing an HR standalone function. This is permanent full-time role based in Old Street – London, with occasional travel to our Bristol office.

You will be involved in the whole employee lifecycle, from when candidates apply for a job to when staff leave the organisation. Policy (Light Touch) 

• Track key developments in bereavement, Armed Forces, and youth policy 

• Produce brief summaries or ‘position snapshots’ where relevant to Scotty’s mission

The 30-day goals for this role are:

The successful candidate will be responsible for risk and needs assessing and safety planning with survivors of domestic violence. They will hold a caseload of service users identified as requiring crisis intervention, advice, advocacy and onward referral where appropriate.
