Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Clinical Leadership and Management experience in a small or similar organisation. Managing and working with minoritised or deprived groups with multiple barriers and limited access to psychotherapy. Experience of producing Board reports and working with commissioners, developing funding applications, and service level agreements for Clinical services. Experience of Clinical Governance and reporting targets and outcomes.
Training and 6+ years direct experience in using psychotherapeutic and trauma informed approaches with recognised post graduate psychotherapy qualification. Accreditation with either BPC, UKCP, BACP, ICP, NCPS and/or IACP. Evidence of up-to-date practice as recommended by relevant professional body.
Knowledge and experience of SharePoint and the Microsoft suite of tools.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning & Engagement Officer to join the Trust’s Engagement and Volunteering team and work together with local schools and community partners to make sure the Park is welcoming, interesting, and enjoyable for everyone.
You will build relationships with representative community groups and stakeholders, listening to, and understanding their members’ needs, interests and barriers to participation. You will help deliver our heritage activity programme funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund working alongside colleagues to develop and deliver both targeted engagement activities and resources with these groups, whilst also using their feedback and advice to influence the Trust’s broader public programme and offer.
The postholder will work to develop and deliver community engagement and learning programme building relationships with representative community groups and stakeholders, listening to, and understanding their members’ needs, interests and barriers to participation. This will support ongoing programming of activities and events within the park to encourage a new and diverse audience alongside our regular attendees.
You will manage and support two advisory groups, including a Young Advisory Group and an Access Advisory Group and will also work as part of the project team working closely with the Senior Volunteer Officer and reporting into the Senior Community Programmes Manager.
The role is offered on a 14-month fixed term contract with Crystal Palace Park Trust. Weekend working will be required and there is potential for an extension after 31 December 2026 subject to funding.
This role is funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of a partnership project between Crystal Palace Park Trust and London Borough of Bromley.
Responsibilities:
Relationship development and management
● Creating strong links to local community groups, schools and organisations; especially those who represent groups who do not currently visit or engage with the park. Work with them to understand the barriers to their visiting and engaging with the park and how they can be overcome.
● Working with the Events team by acting as an advocate for community groups and organisations to support the development and delivery of a public programme with particular focus on priority audiences.
● Further developing our network of partners and identifying new partnership opportunities, particularly with local cultural, heritage and community groups, to support audience development and deliver engagement opportunities for priority audiences.
● Supporting the procurement, briefing and management of freelancers to develop learning and community engagement resources and activities.
Planning and delivery
● Working with our partners to co-create and pilot engagement activity and resources.
● Working with the Senior Community Programmes Manager to engage local schools and elective home education services to develop and pilot resources.
● Working with the Marketing team to develop printed and online resources and materials.

Evaluation
● Providing data on community engagement and participation to The National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of the quarterly reporting process and for annual and summative reports.
● Supporting the Senior Community Programmes Manager and the Evaluation Consultant to ensure the public programme, learning and community engagement strands of the Activity Plan are evaluated, including a photographic archive.

These responsibilities are broad and cover a range of aspects of our work at Crystal Palace Park Trust.
It is a requirement of the Trust that all staff work in a flexible manner compatible with their jobs and in line with the objectives the Trust must fulfil. Evening and weekend work will be required by arrangement. Time off in lieu will be granted on a one-for-one basis for overtime worked. The working pattern for this role is to be agreed, but it is anticipated that the pattern will involve one weekend day as standard.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As a key part of the newly formed Development Team, the post will be supporting the team with engagement, cultivation and solicitation of donors and prospects with a particular focus on those capable of making major gifts in the UK and internationally.
MAIN DUTIES:
Research and Briefings:
- Support with prospect research to identify and qualify potential funders (individuals, grant funders and corporate partners), both in the UK and internationally.
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes to support senior staff and trustees in donor meetings, cultivation activities, and solicitation efforts.
Proposal and Presentation Preparation:
- Assist in drafting compelling fundraising proposals, presentations, reports and pitch materials tailored to potential supporters, ensuring alignment with the School’s values and funding priorities.
Administrative and CRM Support:

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a self-motivated, personable, and enthusiastic individual to work as part of a team to support and grow our lifesaving clubs as well as developing and grow recognition of and participation in Lifesaving Sport.
Pivotal to the role will be the collaboration with external agencies and clubs in Scotland, to strengthen and publicise our water safety education throughout the region together with supporting the needs of clubs in the region.
KEY TASKS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To build and maintain productive relationships with organisations involved in the field of water safety, particularly with Water Safety Wales, Water Safety Ireland and associated partners including attendance at relevant meetings
- To actively recruit and increase the number of clubs affiliated to RLSS UK
- Understand the water safety and drowning prevention geographical landscape across Wales and Ireland and actively seek to enhance lifesaving provision in areas of low activity
- In partnership with the Volunteering and Events Team and Sports Committee, continue to develop and grow participation in Lifesaving Sport
- Support clubs to achieve and maintain the appropriate accreditation in line with RLSS UK requirements and policies
- Support clubs to ensure they have the appropriate status, governance, and structure to enable them to be sustainable and effective
- Support clubs, branches and working groups to offer effective pathways for the development of talent, growth, and retention of members
- Support clubs to ensure they are compliant with the safeguarding requirements set out by RLSS UK
- To support clubs to have an affective and appropriate workforce in place, including supporting them to recruit, train and retain

The role of Fundraising Lead is to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. As Fundraising Lead, you will:
- Lead corporate new business, with full responsibility for a £300k year-one target

Main Purpose of the Role
The Director is the strategic and operational lead of NRTF, responsible for the organisation’s vision, management, performance, and long-term sustainability.
