Charity People are delighted to be working with a world-famous Children's Charity in Central London to recruit a Data Integration Officer to work on a 12-month contract.
The Charity uses Salesforce as its main CRM solution. It is used to manage the data of fundraisers, volunteers, events and donations. The Charity is in the process of implementing Boomi as it's middleware solution and are looking for a Data Integration Officer to play a key role in making the project a success.
Working within a small team, the ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys and excels in designing, developing, and implementing integration processes that connect different business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance. Your role will involve collaborating with the Database Officers and Business Analysts to understand business requirements along with supporting the Database Officers and QA Tester with testing within the Boomi platform.
As a Data Integration Officer, the postholder must also demonstrate an excellent technical skillset both in terms of their data manipulation and administration skills, and in their consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with a "can do" / problem solver approach and desire to deliver added value and improvements on an ongoing basis.
You will have experience of managing and importing bulk data along with experience of data integration into Salesforce using middleware solution. 1. Background and Purpose
The Deputy Director works in close partnership with the Executive Director (ED) to enhance the work of the small, dynamic secretariat team to create more momentum across its network. · Work closely with the ED, to establish and execute a fundraising plan to achieve the strategy and workplan of the CHS Alliance, including donor intelligence.

· Stay abreast of emerging trends in the volatile context of humanitarian action and provide strategic thought leadership on the dynamic and shifting priorities and what it means for the Alliance network.
· Work closely with the ED to create a strong donor advocacy and engagement plan that goes beyond fundraising to work with donors as drivers of accountability.
· In coordination with the rest of the Alliance team, engage with external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships contributing to the CHS Alliance strategic objectives.
· Work closely across the teams to keep abreast of the Alliance members’ needs to meet the CHS commitments.
· Actively seek opportunities for partnerships to advance the CHS Alliance Strategic Plan (e.g. with members, academia, coordination bodies like the IASC, or other key stakeholders).
· Promote the CHS and the work of the CHS Alliance through relevant social media channels or platforms, through conference presentations and through workshops or other events.
· Represent CHS Alliance and its positions at meetings, speaking engagements or through opinion pieces. Assist the CHS Alliance to influence policy in the sector.
· Act as the public face of the CHS Alliance, along with the ED, to promote its mission and purpose.

The Services Manager (Housing) will primarily focus on the managing New Horizon's Housing Advice service, delivered both from the day centre and remotely. You will work with the Head of Services to ensure the service responds holistically to young people with multiple needs or barriers. You should be experienced in the housing and homelessness sector, be a passionate advocate for young people. and have the ability to motivate a team to deliver high quality services in a fast-paced environment. Prospectus are excited to be working exclusively with Action Syria to help them recruit for their first Head of Development. Action Syria (formerly Hands Up Foundation) is a small and innovative charity that funds health and education programmes in Syria and neighbouring countries. Hands Up Foundation was founded in 2012 and has raised millions for humanitarian aid in Syria and surrounding countries. To mark their commitment to helping Syrian people affected by conflict, displacement, and natural disaster, they changed their name from Hands Up Foundation to Action Syria in 2024.
This role is offered on a flexible permanent contract basis paying a salary between £40,000 to £50,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements at their Office in Shoreditch.
This newly created role will be part of the senior leadership team and lead the fundraising function at Action Syria. The post holder will work with the CEO and team to deliver their ambitious fundraising goals over the next three years with an aim to increase annual income to £1 million. They will also aim to expand and diversify their supporter base with emphasis on attracting new audiences and networks; gaining more multi-year grants from Trusts, Foundations and major donors; building regular giving; joint fundraising partnerships (e.g. commercial partnerships); and building on current relationships with peer organizations which have a particular interest in Syria.
They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of developing fundraising strategies, networking, and delivering to large income targets. They are looking for a candidate with a demonstrable track record of securing six figure funds from multiple sources and confident of working at a senior level externally. The ideal candidate will have an Interest in the Middle East and Action Syria’s cause.
