We are now looking to build upon our success by launching a new, significant fundraising appeal. This appeal will help drive further transformational growth, from income across majors donors, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners. As Stewardship Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality and meaningful experiences for Alzheimer’s Research UK’s major donors, charitable trusts and corporate partners. The Stewardship Officer will work closely with the Donor Relations Manager and wider Directorate, assisting in the development of creative, personalised communications and materials that help build long-term, impactful relationships with supporters.
You will collaborate closely with teams across the organisation, including Events, Design, and Science Communications to deliver impactful content that is designed to inspire and engage high value donors, including philanthropic individuals, trusts and foundations, and corporate partners.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Stewardship development and delivery
· Develop and deliver stewardship touchpoints across the Philanthropy and Partnerships audience, ensuring a consistent yet tailored approach.
· Identify and communicate new ideas for stewardship and engagement across the Philanthropy and Partnerships team and support on implementation.
· Produce tailored written and visual resources including donor reports, video content, email updates, brochures, invitations, and thank you cards.
· Help maintain and coordinate a schedule of planned donor communications and materials, keeping abreast of current and future organisational and sector-wide news.
· Support with the development of stewardship frameworks and bespoke supporter journeys, helping to shape meaningful experiences for a high value audience.
· Work closely with the Events team to support on the creation and delivery of high value events, ensuring suitability for a high value audience.
Relationship building
· Be an active and engaged member of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, contributing to a positive, ambitious and collaborative working culture.
· Build strong, collaborative working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
· Work with colleagues in teams such as Communications, Brand, Events, Design, Science Communications, and Merchandise to help create engaging and inspiring supporter content.
· Develop an in-depth understanding of the external relationships held by the Philanthropy and Partnerships team (major donors, charitable trusts, and corporate partners) to help inform stewardship.
· Attend cross-team meetings, identifying where Philanthropy and Partnerships can support other organisational activity or where activity may pose an opportunity for a high value audience.
Project management and processes
· Project manage tailored donor touchpoints from concept to delivery, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as required to harness expertise across the organisation.
· Coordinate the production process for materials by liaising with internal teams and suppliers, ensuring timelines are met and brand guidelines are followed.
· Develop an excellent working understanding of, and follow, the required processes used by support teams for the submission and management of pieces of work.
· Keep team records up to date and accurate, including entering information into the organisation’s CRM (customer relationship management) system.
· Support the Donor Relations Manager in streamlining processes to benefit colleagues across the Directorate.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

Mental Wellbeing Manager
Job Summary:
The Mental Wellbeing Manager will lead Manor Gardens’ culturally competent, trauma-informed mental health work with young men aged 18–25 funded by City Bridge Foundation, and oversee our wider wellbeing programme, funded through other sources including individual giving. They will be responsible for delivering early intervention and therapeutic support for young men from Black and minoritised backgrounds and refugees and asylum seekers, while also managing the delivery of a broader programme of community wellbeing activities for adults.
The postholder will line-manage two Activities Workers and have oversight of a pool of sessional staff and volunteers delivering peer support, group activities, and therapeutic interventions. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health, experience in group and 1-to-1 support, and a commitment to culturally competent, person-centred approaches.

Role Overview and Purpose:
The Mental Health Nurse is a key member of our team, focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to young men in the community. This role requires a proactive approach to engage with individuals who have not previously accessed mainstream mental health support, using culturally sensitive methods to build trust and promote mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
1. City Bridge Mental Health Programme Delivery (50%)
· Ensure the effective delivery of therapeutic and early intervention support for young men aged 18–25, including one-to-one and group support.
· Oversee work delivered by sessional psychotherapeutic staff and ensure quality, safeguarding, and continuity.
· Facilitate or coordinate safe, inclusive peer support spaces in community settings.
· Use culturally competent and trauma-informed practices to build trust and engagement among the target group.
· Conduct initial screening or assessments where appropriate and manage referrals to statutory and specialist mental health services.
· Collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead and Evaluation Lead to ensure the quality, safety, and effectiveness of delivery.
2. Recruit, train and support Peer Mentors
· Recruit two cohorts of 8 young bilingual adult men and women from Black, minoritised and refugee backgrounds, who have lived experience of mental ill health, exploitation, violence or traumas related to their experience of migration.
· Oversee the accredited training of 16 young adults as Peer Mental Health Mentors (two cohorts) in partnership with CANDI and ensure additional training in safeguarding, cultural competency and equalities
· Provide 121 support to Peer Mental Health Mentors and ensure they access clinical supervision
3. Management of Wellbeing Team and Sessional Staff (20%)
· Line-manage two Activities Workers responsible for delivering adult wellbeing activities (e.g. gardening, yoga, ESOL, conversation cafés).
· Provide supervision, direction, and support to ensure delivery aligns with MGWT’s values and trauma-informed approach.
· Oversee a pool of sessional facilitators and volunteers, ensuring coordination, safeguarding, and quality of delivery.
· Support co-production and ensure wellbeing activities are shaped by the voices of service users with lived experience.
4. Monitoring and Evaluation (10%)
· Maintain accurate records of all therapy sessions, assessments, and referrals.
· Collect and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of mental health interventions.
· Work with partners at Metropolitan University to ensure the external evaluation of the service.
· Contribute to the development of evaluation reports and share findings with key stakeholders including the All-Age Mental Health Partnership Board and Locality Leadership Boards.
5. Partnerships and Community Engagement (5%)
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners (e.g. CANDI, MIND, housing providers, youth and refugee organisations).
· Represent MGWT in borough-wide forums (e.g. All-Age Mental Health Partnership Board, Bright Lives Alliance).
· Promote the service through local outreach, events, and communication with community partners.
6. Organisational and Other Duties (5%)
· Contribute to MGWT-wide initiatives and cross-organisational learning and planning.

The Role
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO/Director will be responsible for the overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership of Chelsea Theatre. About the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help transform the response to domestic abuse by ensuring the sector is evidence led. SafeLives holds the largest datasets on victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse nationally which you will use to inform our ambitious policy and research agenda. Working alongside our practice experts, survivors of abuse, and our expert research team, you will help to answer important questions about what works in ending domestic abuse.
This Data Analyst position will primarily work within the Drive programme team. They will be responsible for working with and supporting the Senior Data Analyst and Data Team Manager to develop and deliver rigorous, sector leading data, analysis, and recommendations. Working closely with the Drive Practice, National Systems Change and Restart teams, this role will primarily focus on data collection, quality assurance, management and reporting through the Drive Case Management Systems.

The Drive Project
The Drive Project is our flagship intervention working with those causing harm in their relationships to prevent abusive behaviour and protect victim-survivors. Service users have been assessed as posing a high-risk, high-harm level of domestic abuse to the people that they are in intimate or family relationships with. They also often have multiple needs and are resistant to change. The Drive Project has an intensive case management approach that challenges service users to change and works with partner agencies – like the police and social services – to disrupt abuse.

DFN Project SEARCH offer an evidence-based supported internship model which takes place entirely in the workplace. The post holder will develop and deliver a varied programme of activities and groups that help facilitate friendships, build community and offer positive life experiences. The role primarily involves overseeing and developing our youth café, including overseeing the fantastic volunteer workforce who support it. It also involves leading our community drop-in sessions for young people who are disengaged from school due to mental ill-health.
Secondarily, the successful applicant will support our wider work, such as our primary school transition project, which delivers small group and class work to over 300 year 6 students to aid their transition to secondary school. The successful applicant may also deliver some informal one-to-one mentoring support to students in the local high school.
