About the role

This is a senior, high-impact role responsible for managing and growing Centrepoints largest corporate partner- Nationwide. that delivers long-term, sustainable income and meaningful social impact.

You will lead the direct relationship with Nationwide and managing the internal governance structure supporting the partnership.

You will work closely with colleagues across the whole organisation to deliver on all aspects of the partnership to deliver mutual value for both Centrepoint and our corporate partner.

This role also includes leadership responsibility, providing direction, support and development to two line reportswithin the function.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g. two days one week and three days the next). This will be adjusted accordingly for colleagues on different contracts.

• Managing Centrepoints largest strategic corporate partnership, ensuring excellent stewardship, delivery and renewal
• Identifying opportunities within the partnership that that align with Centrepoint’s strategic priorities

• Leading and motivating a small team, providing clear direction, coaching and development
• Working closely with senior internal stakeholders to lead the governance elements of the partnership
• Representing Centrepoint confidently with senior corporate decision-makers

Qualifications, skills and experience

Essential

· Have secured and successfully managed income-generating partnerships with companies that have achieved outstanding results for a purpose driven mission.

· Have worked across the new business process including, successfully identifying, researching, and securing new business opportunities, developing partner / supporter offers and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  You will be able to represent the charity and its campaigning role to external stakeholders through a range of communication channels and mechanisms including proposals, meetings and presentations. 

· Financially literate and comfortable creating, tracking and reporting on income budgets for funding partnerships.

· Knowledge of relevant legal guidelines including data protection, Gift Aid, fundraising law, and other relevant compliance issues.

· Excellent computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience using CRM databases. 

· We are seeking individuals who are committed to fostering a workplace culture that embraces fairness, kindness and respect towards their colleagues.

Desirable

· Have successfully raised funds through one or more areas relevant to the job description beyond corporate fundraising.

· Experience working with funders in the global health and / or economic development space.

· Confident using Salesforce CRM to track pipeline and new business activity, funder engagement and income.

About The Role 

We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to initially grow our portfolio of corporate partners through business development, support the Senior Management Team with their existing corporate partners and then take on your own portfolio of corporate partners. About the role:

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves opening doors, building momentum and turning interest into long-term support. As Corporate Partnerships Officer, you’ll be right at the heart of our growing Fundraising team, actively identifying new corporate partners, starting meaningful conversations and shaping partnerships that genuinely add value. The New Business Manager role sits within Centrepoint’s high-performing Corporate New Business team, working closely alongside the Corporate Partnerships Management team.

The wider corporate function is made up of 11 colleagues, with four focused on new business acquisition and seven on partnership management. The team has secured significant income growth in recent years, including transformational, multi-year partnerships with organisations such as Nationwide (£3m p.a.), Newsquest (£4m strategic pro bono), Card Factory Foundation (£500k p.a.) and Citibank (£190k p.a.).

About the role

This is a high-impact and visible role at the heart of Centrepoint’s fundraising strategy. As New Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for securing new strategic corporate partnerships, with a focus on opportunities worth £100k–£1m, while also supporting the Senior New Business Manager on partnerships valued at £1m+.

You’ll manage a pipeline of warm and cold prospects, develop bold and creative partnership proposals, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to ensure new partnerships are onboarded and transitioned seamlessly.

As Corporate Partnerships Senior Officer, you will bring creativity, resilience, and strong organisational skills to the team. You will have a genuine passion for our cause and take a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to support the growth of our Corporate Partnerships programme. 

You will have a track record of securing new corporate partnerships or sponsorships, generating income and managing a diverse pipeline of opportunities.

You will work to deliver excellent, bespoke stewardship to nurture meaningful relationships with valued partners and open doors to new opportunities, generating vital income that supports the charity’s mission. 

You will work with colleagues across the Philanthropy and Partnerships team, Comms and Supporter Engagement sharing ideas, insights to develop impact-drive propositions and pitches using a story focussed approach to secure new support from corporate partners.

Alongside this, you will keep a thoughtful eye on progress, monitoring and reporting on partnership performance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring everything we do reflects the highest standards of fundraising practice. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Support the delivery of the corporate partnerships programme, working with the corporate partnerships team to help secure high-value, strategic corporate partnerships with companies from a range of sectors.
• Help to generate significant income for the charity, increase awareness of our new brand and identify creative opportunities to engage new audiences in Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.
• Deliver excellent, tailored stewardship to retain and grow our existing partners support, in turn supporting the wider work of the Philanthropy and Partnerships team. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Identify and secure new high-value partnerships which generate significant income, engage new audiences and increase awareness of Walk Wheel Cycle Trust’s new brand.
2. Deliver excellent partner stewardship and build strong relationships with partners helping to develop a pipeline of high-value, multi-year, strategic partnerships which support the charity’s strategic objectives.   
3. Working collaboratively with key teams across Impact, Comms and Fundraising, develop compelling pitches and propositions which demonstrate the impact of the charity and secure partners’ support.

• Manage a pipeline of new and existing partnership opportunities and track progress using the charity’s CRM to ensure excellent record keeping and administration.

1. Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders from the wider fundraising team, senior leadership, volunteering, communications and business development teams to gain their support and identify new partnership opportunities across the charity.

This is a permanent role with real purpose - working at a strategic level to bring together senior leaders from business, the voluntary sector, and public services to deliver meaningful, lasting impact through Bournemouth’s Place programme.The Strategic Partnerships Manager will lead long-term, business-driven, community-focused transformation in Bournemouth by working in partnership with senior leaders across the business, VCSE, and public sectors.

Based from home, you'll have the flexibility you need-along with regular travel across Bournemouth (minimum 3 days per week) to stay connected and lead from the front.

Salary: BITC Professional Level 3 - £42,435 per annum

This role is responsible for managing and developing the Charity’s portfolio of corporate partnerships. This includes researching potential new corporate supporters, prospecting, engaging and stewarding to secure significant gifts, and growing the long-term potential of this portfolio.  The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and RDA Senior Leadership team, to build and develop compelling cases for support to help fund our much-needed work. 

The successful candidate will utilise their relationship building expertise to identify, engage and maintain sustainable corporate relationships. Building relationships with a wide range of audiences is key, as is inspiring them to support core activities and projects across the RDA UK network. 

We are looking for a dynamic, and ambitious fundraiser for this role, who is able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the projects and services we are seeking funds to support. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Meet or exceed the corporate income/expenditure budgets in line with agreed KPI’s 

• Manage existing corporate relationships with a view to deepen engagement and develop levels of support.

• Develop and implement an effective process and programme to identify and secure the support of new businesses donors. 

• To lead on high level stewardship and engagement with committed partnerships 

• Work collaboratively to ensure relationships are maximised, using innovative tactics to keep partner employees of all levels engaged. 

• To foster loyalty and continued commitment to RDA, which will be measured by KPI’s focussed on longevity and depth of partnership. 

• To work collaboratively with the RDA Senior Leadership team to identify new business opportunities to pitch, present and acquire new partnerships. 

• Proactive management of partnerships, including regular touch points to ensure fundraising targets are met or exceeded and active plans are in place. 

• Create cultivation and engagement plans for the corporate partners senior leadership

• Working with the Head of Philanthropy, utilise existing mechanisms and develop new products to create a best practice supporter experience e.g. Ambassador programs, networking events, bespoke events (treks, quizzes, adrenaline events)

• Develop and grow strategies and programmes for relationship building and stewardship of existing corporate supporters. 

• Create and deliver compelling proposals and pitches to prospective new corporate supporters.

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Legacy Partnership Manager to lead the development and delivery of our legacy marketing and engagement programme.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the three partner charities to grow awareness and understanding of legacy giving, build meaningful relationships with supporters, and help ensure a sustainable future for our services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a new, collaborative legacy initiative that can make a real and lasting difference in the lives of older people across the region.

About you

You’ll be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, confident in engaging with a wide range of people, from long-term supporters and volunteers to legal professionals and community partners.

You’ll bring a proactive, strategic approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and see projects through from concept to completion.

We’re looking for someone who can combine empathy and sensitivity with creativity and ambition.

Qualifications & Knowledge

· Understanding of legacy fundraising and individual giving principles

        Knowledge of fundraising regulations and GDPR compliance in relation to donor communications

· Understanding of marketing, fundraising, or a related field

· Knowledge of the charity and voluntary sector

Experience

· Proven track record of delivering successful projects or campaigns

· Experience in donor stewardship and supporter engagement

· Experience developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns. You will need to be confident and highly experienced using social media and digital platforms to connect with audiences, tell powerful stories, and grow awareness of legacy giving in creative and authentic ways.

· Experience working with external partners, agencies, or suppliers

· Experience within a charity environment is preferred but not essential

· Experience in developing annual plans or strategies to grow income

· Experience within a legal setting is desired but not essential

Skills & Abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey messages with sensitivity and clarity

· Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

· Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and adapt tactics

· Confident using CRM systems, marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

· Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with supporters, colleagues, and external partners

· Sound copywriting and proofreading skills

Other

· Travel to all three areas/locations, having your own vehicle with a full clean driving licence, along with the ability to gain business insurance, is essential

· Flexible approach to meet the needs of the project

· You will report on an operational day-to-day basis to the Corporate Partnership Manager

· You will also maintain a reporting line to the Chief Operating Officers, within Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland, Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire & Age UK Northamptonshire.
