Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). Our own funding comes from a group of pioneering social investors, including The Office for Civil Society, Big Society Capital, Pilotlight, Trust for London, who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better.
About the Opportunity
The London Boroughs Outcomes Partnership (LBOP) delivers homelessness prevention services across London, supporting families living in temporary accommodation, as well as single adults and childless couples who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
LBOP is a pan-London outcomes partnership that brings together local authorities and specialist delivery partners to provide flexible, person-centred support that helps residents secure and sustain suitable accommodation. The programme also includes specialist provision for groups who may face additional barriers to housing, including refugees and LGBTQ+ individuals.
LBOP operates as an outcomes-based contract, with local authorities paying for the positive social outcomes achieved rather than a prescribed set of activities. This approach enables greater flexibility and innovation in service delivery, allowing support to be tailored to individual circumstances while maintaining a strong focus on achieving measurable impact.
The programme is designed to achieve a range of positive housing and social outcomes, including:
- Preventing homelessness and supporting people to remain in their existing accommodation where appropriate.
- Supporting individuals to secure suitable, stable and sustainable accommodation.
- Helping people sustain their accommodation and reduce the risk of future homelessness.
- Resolving housing-related issues, including landlord and property concerns.
- Improving mental wellbeing, financial resilience and independent living skills.
- Supporting access to education, training and employment opportunities.
Role and responsibilities
Support Delivery and Performance
- Build and maintain effective referral pathways with London Boroughs and partner agencies.
- Monitor referral activity, service performance and outcome achievement, identifying risks and implementing improvement plans where required.
- Oversee triage, outcome verification and CRM data quality to ensure accurate reporting and contractual compliance.
- Support delivery partners to achieve targets through coaching, challenge and performance management.
Partnership and Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships with Local Authorities, delivery partners and community organisations across London.
- Act as a key operational contact, facilitating collaboration, problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Promote the programme through meetings, presentations and stakeholder engagement activities.
Service Development and Innovation
- Work with delivery partners and people with lived experience to continuously improve service delivery.
- Identify barriers to achieving outcomes and implement practical solutions.
- Share learning, best practice and innovation across the partnership.
Impact, Quality and Safeguarding
- Analyse performance data and trends to inform service improvements and support decision-making.
- Coordinate reporting requirements and contribute to commissioner and stakeholder reports.

About you
You will have the following skills, knowledge and competencies:

· Ability to develop and manage positive and collaborative relationships with many partners and stakeholders with different perspectives and interests.

Job Description
The Head of Delivery & Partnerships is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the
successful implementation, quality of outcomes, and retention of DFN Project SEARCH programmes
across the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Iberia, in line with our franchise agreement from Project
SEARCH . This role leads the Delivery & Partnerships team, ensuring strategic alignment, excellence
of delivery, and sustained impactful partnerships.
You will play a pivotal role in driving programme quality, ensuring retention, maintaining model
fidelity, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for interns. Additionally, you will oversee the growth of
our number of programmes, in line with our strategic regional and national plans. You will also
contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation, working closely with cross-functional teams
to maximise DFN Project SEARCH’s impact.
Regular travel throughout the UK will be required, with occasional travel to other areas of our delivery.
In addition, occasional international travel may be required, for example to the annual conference in
the United States.
Essential Experience and Skills

Your role
The Gaming Partnerships Executive will work closely with the Gaming Lead to grow the team’s income sustainably by focusing primarily on business development and managing a portfolio of gaming relationships. You will seek out and build new relationships with developers, games publishers, platforms and gaming communities to contribute to the pipeline of new gaming partnerships and opportunities for War Child. You will also manage a portfolio of gaming relationships that will be called on to join our campaigns and activations throughout the year. Your responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming sector relationships, developing long-term engagement plans and identifying opportunities in support of our campaigns to increase strategic and income value..
- Support the delivery of our strategic partnership with Jingle Jam, as directed by the Gaming Partnerships Manager.
- With the Gaming Lead, build a pipeline of prospective gaming partners inclusive of developers, publishers, creators, platforms and the wider gaming community to support the sustainable growth of the Gaming Team.

About Citadel
Citadel is a volunteer-powered homelessness prevention project that supports people experiencing, or at risk of homelessness, to find a place to live, settle into a home, and feel part of a welcoming and supportive community. Coordinators recruit and train volunteers before matching them with a person referred for support. Coordinators and volunteers work closely with people who have been referred, to establish what matters to them and how best they can support them.

Housing Justice brings together communities and finds solutions to homelessness by building personal connections, a sense of belonging, and creating justice in the housing system. We train and support volunteers to offer various accommodation options while building a network of local support. This includes providing personalised assistance to help individuals access relevant local services and address their other needs. What we do
Our Strategy aims to enhance the effectiveness of nutrition policy and programming by improving knowledge, stimulating learning, building evidence, and providing support and encouragement to practitioners and decisionmakers involved in nutrition and related interventions. ENN’s portfolio includes projects specialising in Infant Feeding in Emergencies, Wasting and Stunting, Adolescent Nutrition and Management of small & nutritionally At-risk Infants under six months & their Mothers (MAMI), as well as our highly regarded international publication, Field Exchange (FEX).
The Role
This is a new opportunity to develop the role of Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to lead the identification, development and submission of new funding proposals, and to lead on relationship management with new and potential investors. You will work closely with the technical and operation teams.
About You
Bringing your experience of funding development to ENN, you will be ready to jump in and progress work quickly to capitalise on critical time sensitive funding opportunities. You will be comfortable assessing diverse funding opportunities, building and maintaining partner relationships, coordinating the development of grant applications and proposals in line with organisational priorities, ensuring they are tailored to donor and investor motivations and interests.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on identifying and researching new potential investors in the private and corporate sectors to support a broader and more diverse funding base.
2. Work with the Technical team on finding and engaging with new opportunities and starting up discussion with potential new investors

The Role
The Centre for Long-Term Resilience is looking for a full-time Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager with knowledge of CLTR's areas of policy focus (AI safety and biosecurity) and with strong fluency in the conventions, expectations, and writing styles of philanthropic funders focused on extreme risks.
The Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy Manager will play a central role in CLTR’s Fundraising Unit, holding day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of significant funder partnerships and prospects, and supporting the organisation's long-term fundraising strategy. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent relationship management and project management skills, outstanding written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
The role works closely with CLTR's policy unit leads, who are responsible for accuracy of programme content in fundraising materials and, where needed, providing direction on content and structure based on their own knowledge of specific donor preferences.

Hold day-to-day responsibility for a portfolio of funder relationships, maintaining an up-to-date picture of each funder's priorities, renewal timelines, and grant spend down for discussion with CLTR’s Strategic Partnerships and Philanthropy Lead, CEO and policy unit leads.

Project manage the delivery of donor-facing materials, including complex proposals, reports, and updates. Our Employability & Progression Manager is a key operational role within the Adult Learning, Skills and Employment service. The post holder will lead the day-to-day management and delivery of High Trees’ employment support programmes, ensuring high-quality, person-centred provision for residents facing complex barriers to employment.
