Email Marketing Officer

Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a brilliant charity on a fantastic Email Marketing Officer role. This temporary position offers the opportunity to support a charity organisation through targeted email campaigns, ensuring effective communication during a key period. The successful candidate will help maintain email marketing operations and optimise outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and execution of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Test emails for functionality and compliance using tools like Litmus, resolving issues before deployment.
  • Support the design and scheduling of email content, ensuring timely delivery aligned with organisational activities.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of email systems, including calendar management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging messaging that meets campaign objectives.
  • Manage email lists, segmentation, and data accuracy to optimise outreach effectiveness.
  • Support the organisation’s email marketing efforts until the end of the Lent period, staying adaptable to project needs.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience in email marketing, with a good understanding of email campaign processes.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent.
  • Experience with email testing tools like Litmus or similar.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure email functionality.
  • Strong organisational skills for managing campaign schedules and data.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to project timelines and campaign needs.

What’s on Offer
Day rate: £136.36 basic pay + £16.97 holiday (£34.5k salary equivilent)
