Sheffield Cathedral is embarking on an ambitious seven-year journey as a resourcing cathedral, pioneering mission in the inclusive catholic tradition. At the heart of this vision is the creation of the Community of St Paulinus (CsP), a new non-residential mission community rooted in daily prayer and committed to revitalising parishes and planting new worshipping communities across the Diocese.

To help deliver this exciting work, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the Project Resource Team and ensure the smooth running of this initiative. Job Purpose

Our Business Development Manager is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creating and improving relationships, expanding a product portfolio, and working across an organisation to drive impact. This role has a wide remit which covers our existing products as well as identifying new income streams.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a business development plan that maximises income streams, supports improvements in patient care, and strengthens our partnerships across the healthcare system. You’ll support tenders and contract negotiations, fostering relationships that secure funding for key BSR initiatives whilst offering tailored customer service and account management to our partners.

You’ll manage a business development administrator, who will focus on delivering contractual obligations in a timely manner. You’ll coach and develop them to build confidence in account management and sales. This role requires a creative, impact-oriented leader who excels in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Please note: This role may require travel, overnight stays and weekend work, for example at our conferences.

Main Responsibilties 

Business Development Strategy

• Alongside the COO, develop and execute a business development strategy for BSR that secures financially sustainable funding streams that support our drive to improve patient care
• Lead on market research, product development and product lifecycle management
• Support the Senior Management Team and Heads of Department to expand and improve our product portfolios to keep partners engaged in supporting our diverse membership

Relationship building and management

• Lead relationship management with sponsors, partners and collaborators to provide exceptional and consistent account management
• Liaise with and support internal teams with delivery to sponsors, partners and collaborators
• Enable internal sharing of insight and intelligence about trends and movements with industry partners
• Foster new strategic partnerships and relationships with UK and international organisations
• Open up new funding opportunities that support BSR’s strategic aims and activities

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and develop the Business Development Executive
• Support teams across the business to meet ambitious financial targets
• With the COO and Director of Marketing, Education and Events, manage our compliance with the ABPI pharmaceutical industry code and provide regular advice/training for colleagues
• Alongside the COO, provide support to colleagues on tender and contract processes

Finances and Impact

• Oversee BSR income streams, working closely with the finance team to ensure efficient financial process and cash flow
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring financial trackers are up to date
• Analyse data to ensure the business development strategy is effective, ambitious and realistic

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People – Major Gifts Team Manager

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Major Gifts Team Manager to develop and implement a strategy to grown income from major donors giving between £5,000 and £100,000.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, overseeing stewardship journeys and cultivating long-term relationships. They will also work across the organisation to deliver compelling propositions that inspire giving, as well as leading and mentoring the Major Gifts team, providing support and coaching to drive excellence and growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in major donor fundraising, including personally securing five and six figure gifts. You will be a motivating leader, able to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Your strong strategic and project management skills will be combined with excellent relationship-building abilities to inspire and engage donors and stakeholders. The Direct Marketing Manager at CBM UK is a vital role and has responsibility for delivering CBM UKs digital and direct marketing plans to engage and inspire individual supporters and churches to support the work of CBM.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, as part of the Public Fundraising team, the role holder will be responsible for the management and development of two Marketing Officers. Through digital and direct marketing, the Public Fundraising team are responsible for raising over £3m of unrestricted income from cultivation, acquisition, mid-value donors, regular giving, legacies and churches.

Key responsibilities
Fundraising campaign management (40%)
Manage the effective implementation of the annual public fundraising plan, ensuring that all activity is of a high standard, and delivered on time and to budget:
a. Oversee cultivation fundraising appeals primarily carried out through direct mail and email, leading on the continued development of mass fundraising to engage both existing and potential supporters, including high donors, regular givers and church communities.
b. Manage and develop CBM UKs donor acquisition activity in collaboration with the Marketing Officer (Acquisition), using channels such as social media, magazine inserts, press advertising, email and telephone.
c. Oversee the delivery of CBM UKs legacy and in-memoriam giving plans and campaigns.
d. Identify and consider new income streams and broaden the channels used currently for direct response campaigns to reach an agreed balance of long-term value versus risk.

Digital marketing (40%)
Grow digital engagement and income from new and existing supporters:
a. Lead on Pay Per Click strategy, including agency management and development of internal capabilities.
b. Oversee CBM UK’s paid social media activity.
c. Collaborate with the Communications Team to optimise the performance (traffic and income) of fundraising pages, including appeal and donation pages, churches and community, legacy, and in memoriam giving. Ensuring fundraising pages on the CBM website are engaging to existing and new audiences and where appropriate, utilising Search Engine Optimisation tools where appropriate.

d. Explore and make use of new and existing digital platforms and partners, such as Dataro and SEMrush, while promoting a culture of testing, innovation and learning within the digital space.

Leadership and people management (10%)
a. Support and inspire direct reports in line with CBM UK’s staff management policies and procedures. Ensure team members are appropriately trained, briefed and motivated to achieve their objectives and meet targets and recruit to posts where relevant. Regular 121s and appraisal reviews.
Planning and reporting (10%)
a. Monitor and report on fundraising appeals, identifying opportunities for future testing and optimisation, and contribute to the creation of annual planning, budgeting, and the setting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
b. Work closely with the Data and Insight team to ensure strong joint working on technical solutions related to campaign analysis, tracking and insights across digital systems, such as the website, donation platform and CRM (Salesforce).
c. Plan, deliver and report on campaigns/projects within an agreed budget.

Other
a. Ensure the consistent use of CBMs brand, key messages and style guide across all fundraising activities.
b. Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to direct marketing, including Fundraising Regulator guidance, and Data Protection legal requirements (GDPR and PECR).
c. Collaborate with colleagues across CBM UK and the CBM Global Federation, to support integrated and partnership based working.
d. Help foster a positive and inclusive culture of enthusiasm and success, reflecting the ambitions of CBM, and promoting positive working and innovation.
e. Be willing to work occasionally outside normal office hours and to travel in the UK and internationally if required.
f. Ensuring that the values of CBM UK are understood by external partners and always reflected in communications.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to join Gloucester Cathedral as it enters a key period of development. JOB PURPOSE
UK for UNHCR (UK4U), the UN Refugee Agency's national charity partner, is looking for a Prospect Research Manager to join its Partnerships and Philanthropy Team (PPH). This role will play a key part in continuing to build our UHNWI, HNWI, Trust and Foundation and Corporate pipelines, by working closely with fundraising colleagues as well as UNHCR internationally.  
 

This role reports to the Head of Philanthropy and manages the Prospect Research Officer. The post holder will identify research, organise and evaluate a prospect’s financial capacity, ability to give, willingness to give, charitable interests, and connection to the organisation, operating within the organisation’s due diligence process. The post holder will work closely with senior stakeholders within PPH to help drive each area’s strategy and the overall team objectives.
 

The role manages UK for UNHCR’s due diligence process from renewing due diligence on existing pipelines, to completing new due diligence profiles utilising key due diligence tools and platforms, working with the PPH team, SMT and UNHCR’s global due diligence team.
 

Passionate about the refugee cause and UNHCR’s contribution, you will have demonstrable experience of successfully identifying prospects as well as preparing and presenting in depth prospect briefs for across the high value fundraising pipeline from UHNW and HNW individuals, Trusts & Foundations and corporates.  You will be familiar with using a variety of information sources, of complying with GDPR and other regulations and working with a CRM database.  Donor focussed and a problem solver, you will with have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be someone who enjoys working as part of a team.

Role Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Stakeholders within PPH, to build upon the overarching strategy for the prospect research function, to deliver a strong and sustainable prospect pipeline

• Lead meetings with senior stakeholders (CEO and Fundraising Heads) to discuss new prospects and the current HNWI portfolio and Corporate pipeline.
• Keep up to date on research and due diligence trends including identifying ways to improve risk research, due diligence and market insight.
• Work within UK4U’s due diligence policy and processes, maintaining a system to enable the organisation to track due diligence carried out, ensuring compliance with all regulatory best practice standards.
• Track and manage prospect research KPIS using power BI.
• Produce in-depth, well-written reports on prospects based on a combination of data from the donor database, open access records and other markers of high-quality donors.
• Managing and coaching an officer level prospect research role, overseeing their work on key projects and developing their skills.
• Embed best practice use of the database within the team, developing tools to analyse and review our prospect pool and how prospects are moved through the pipeline.
• Implement new research techniques as they arise, striving to design a high quality and efficient prospect research methodology.
• Carry regular pipeline reviews to ensure pipelines remain dynamic and fit for purpose.

Essential Experience

• Experience of providing strategically aligned research to help identify and prioritise prospects capable of offering significant financial and/or other support. 
• Experience of profiling, network mapping, prospect qualification and other intelligence gathering activities.
• Experience of working with colleagues in Individual Giving as well as with major donor and corporate fundraisers to optimise use of a CRM database to identify potential prospects.
• Experience managing, coaching, motivating and supporting more junior members of the team.
• Experience carrying out due diligence.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and working within GDPR policies.

About the Role
As our Wales Lead, you’ll take on a high-impact, strategic role at the forefront of creating real change for young people across Wales. You won’t just be shaping our vision—you’ll be bringing it to life by building powerful partnerships, influencing key decision-makers, and championing the growth of our enterprise and financial education programmes in the places they’re needed most.

 This role is anything but ordinary. One day you could be speaking at a roundtable in the Senedd, the next you might be rallying new corporate partners, supporting a school’s first enterprise challenge, or welcoming a team of volunteers to inspire students during a school workshop. You’ll be a connector, an ambassador, and a changemaker—leading the charge to embed our work into Welsh policy and priorities while forging strong, purposeful relationships across Welsh Government, local authorities, schools, and community organisations.

 You’ll be the face and voice of Young Enterprise in Wales—energising a wide network of businesses, educators, funders, and volunteers to scale our impact and amplify our reach. With a strong focus on growth, fundraising, and influence, you’ll help us secure the resources and recognition needed to empower young people with the skills, confidence, and resilience they need for life, work, and the future.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the strategic growth of Young Enterprise in Wales

· Lead on policy awareness, ensuring the organisation remains responsive to Government priorities and commissioned reports

· Develop, maintain and lead strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, local and national government, education bodies and partners

· Identify and secure  funding to support our work across Wales with an ambitious focus on growing income

· Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings

· Recruit, train and support volunteers—making sure they feel valued and inspired

· Represent YE in Wales externally at events and forums, promoting the organisations profile and influence across the education and third sector

· Focus your energy on reaching young people who face the greatest barriers to opportunity, making sure our work has the biggest impact where it’s needed most

· Build strong partnerships with businesses, educational settings and other local organisations to bring our programmes to life in both formal and informal settings

· Keep accurate records, track impact, and make sure safeguarding is front and centre

A few practical things:

· This is an active hands-on role—you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly (a car and full driving licence are essential)

· You’ll need to be a prolific networker, keen to develop new relationships across Wales to expand our reach

· You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times

· Expect to be on your feet during some events or sessions—it’s all part of the fun!

We are working in partnership with Richard House Children’s Hospice to secure their new CRM and Supporter Care Officer. Richard House helps children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting, life-threatening or complex health condition everything changes. These changes affect the whole family, which is why Richard House feel it is vital not only to provide care to the child but to support the whole family. As a member of the fundraising team, you will directly support the charity’s work, as the majority of their services are funded thanks to the generosity of their supporters.

The CRM and Supporter Care Officer will be responsible maintaining and updating the charity's CRM database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring it effectively supports fundraising management, and key operational areas. The role will also have wider responsibilities, including supporting fundraising events and in the cultivation and stewardship of the charity's donors, partners, funders and supporters.

This role is offered on an interim basis, but with the option to become permanent.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of using CRM systems, ideally Raiser’s Edge or similar.
• Experience in a customer service or support role.
• Broad understanding/knowledge of the main fundraising streams.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with close attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities.

About Allsorts

Allsorts' mission is to listen to, connect, and support children and young people under the age of 26 who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans (LGBT+), or exploring their sexual orientation and/or gender identity. 

By placing young people’s voices at the centre of our work and consultations, we ensure that our understanding of their ongoing and evolving needs continues to inform our service provision.

There are three main strands to our service provision, all of which approach things from slightly different angles, but are all in service of improving the lives of LGBT+ children and young people.

Location: Options for role to be site-based (Buckinghamshire or East Yorkshire), hybrid or home-based contract with regular UK travel for donor meetings and team events.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Principal Gifts Manager responsible for identifying, cultivating and stewarding high-value donors to the charity giving £100,000 plus.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to significantly grow and diversify income.

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the post-holder will work closely with senior leaders, trustees and senior stakeholders to solicit high value gifts, typically of six and seven figures, and to build and deepen long-term relationships between donors and the charity. You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of potential and current principal-level donors, as well as delivering exceptional stewardship journeys that demonstrate the impact and value of donor support.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in securing major gifts at the six-figure level or above, ideally in a principal or transformational giving context. You will be skilled at building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, as well as be experienced at developing and delivering complex donor strategies and bespoke giving propositions. Finally, it is important that you are a collaborative team player with strong project management and communication skills.

Our Fundraising Marketing team is looking for a proactive, creative and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Fundraising Marketing Executive. In this exciting role, you’ll help execute marketing campaigns that inspire supporters to participate in and donate to our fundraising events and initiatives.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team group of Marketing Executives working across both digital and traditional marketing channels. You will create and publish engaging content across The Trust’s website, emails and social media channels, creating and evaluating effective marketing plans that help deliver against our brand and fundraising targets and our EDI strategy.

You will also work closely with teams across the organisation including Special and Mass Events, Individual Giving, Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Creative and Creative as well as external suppliers.

This role is perfect for you if you have experience in delivering are confident in traditional and digital marketing, know how to use social media platforms for organic and paid activity and analytics platforms for reporting. You’ll be a flexible team-player who’s able to show initiative to prioritise and meet deadlines and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
