Job description

Depaul are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR and Payroll Administrator to join our friendly team at Depaul UK’s London Head Office. In return you’ll receive a competitive salary of £24,614 pa + pension & other benefits.

The HR and Payroll Administrator role:

The successful post-holder will provide effective and efficient administrative support within the People and Organisational Development service. This includes managing the full on-boarding process of employees, administering the HR payroll process, producing relevant HR reports and assisting the team to offer a quality service to Depaul employees and volunteers.

What will ideally support your success in the HR and Payroll Administrator role?

- A minimum of 1 years’ worth of experience in a HR and Payroll Administrator role

- Experienced in using different software and databases to produce reports

- Excellent ability working in a fast paced environment, while maintaining good attention to detail and demonstrable planning and organizing skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to put the benefit of Depaul’s clients above all
