The role and your key responsibilities
 

As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.

You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or North London for this role.
 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

• Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

• Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

• Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

• Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

You’ll work closely alongside an Area Manager in your region, and with our Partner Success team to provide the best service to your schools and colleges. You will be part of a fantastic team of Account Managers, and line-managed by a Senior Account Manager.

Key details
 

• £37,306 per annum pro rata (Grade B), plus commission, car allowance, and a share in a company-wide performance bonus. 

• OTE £43,000.

• Permanent and full-time

• Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am to 4:30pm on Friday.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:  

We are looking for a Data & Impact Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ work experience to lead, manage and ensure the effective day-to-day execution of DanceSyndrome’s Data & Impact work. You will lead on data collection and gathering impact and evidence through a number of different tools from various Stakeholders and analyse and interpret the results to inform Organisational Strategy and Operations. The role will assist to embed DanceSyndrome’s Evaluation Framework, which has an emphasis on the Five Ways to Wellbeing.

Part 3: MAIN DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Responsibilities – Monitoring & Evaluation duties:  

• To develop a robust data collection system for DanceSyndrome on an annual basis.
• To develop & implement flexible, user friendly monitoring and evaluation tools to gather impact & evidence from different stakeholders (e.g. beneficiaries who are people with learning disabilities, parents & carers, wider eco-system of partners and supporters).
• To ensure data is collected in ways that are accessible and co-designed, so that people with learning disabilities can help shape how their views and experiences are gathered and shared. This includes using creative and inclusive tools that reflect DanceSyndrome’s values of equality, respect, and inclusion.
• To ensure we use a consistent and streamlined approach to gathering data.
• To work collaboratively around data collection 
• To have full oversight of all surveys and findings
• To update surveys as required e.g. where there is a gap in data collection
• To fulfil all funder requirements regarding data collection and reporting and to work closely with the Fundraising Lead and Communications Manager on this.
• To capture our daily activities & participation numbers (Including events) and filling in external data forms for our partners, for example Caritas Care. 
• To share key learning and results with the wider team for organisational strategic development, funding applications and reports, relevant press and marketing materials.

Part 3b: OTHER DUTIES 

• To undertake any relevant training as required by the charity. 
• To follow all relevant charity policies and procedures. 
• To contribute to the strategic development of the organisation by contributing at team meetings, writing a report for the Board on a quarterly basis and engaging with any other related work. 
• To fulfil any other tasks requested by the Managing Director or the Board in order to support the continued development of DanceSyndrome.

As Executive Assistant to the Bishop of Bradwell you will play a key part in developing and fostering the culture of the Bradwell Episcopal Area as a place of flourishing and joyful Christian ministry. In this key role, you will expertly manage the office of the Bishop, providing excellent PA support by handling correspondence and inquiries, building strong relationships and engaging with diocesan staff, clergy, and parishes on the Bishop's behalf, and overseeing the Bishop's diary. About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Virtual Events Team and contribute to the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of virtual events through effective acquisition campaigns and outstanding supporter experiences.

As Virtual Events Manager (Projects), you’ll help craft meaningful supporter journeys across email, SMS and other channels, using research and insights to inform your approach. Collaboration will be key as you’ll work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing and Communications to drive internal engagement, boost income and enhance the reach of our virtual events. As line manager to the Virtual Events Executives, you’ll nurture their growth and create a positive, supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering engaging supporter journeys and successful digital marketing campaigns. You will be confident in managing mass participation events and using your skills to maximise income, engagement and retention. Reporting to the Head of Programme Management, the newly created role of Strategy Manager will take the lead in managing and evolving our in-year strategic planning and progress reporting frameworks—ensuring they stay dynamic, effective, and aligned with our broader growth ambitions.  They will also ensure that ARUK’s strategy remains forefront of employee’s minds and embedded in teams’ work, building effective relationships with teams across ARUK.

Main duties and responsibilities of the role:

Strategic Reporting

· Manage engagement with Heads of Department, programme leads, and key stakeholders to shape and align in-year milestones across strategic initiatives, ensuring cohesive delivery of organisational priorities.

· Conduct high-level analysis of milestone data to identify strategic opportunities, interdependencies, and key internal and external drivers. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to build support for integrated ways of working and ensure consistent communication across teams.

· Deliver strategic progress reporting at key intervals throughout the year, monitoring progress against milestones. Present key findings and forward-looking recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Department to inform decision-making.

· Develop clear, engaging, and informative reports for internal audiences that effectively communicate progress and priorities, helping to ensure the successful delivery of ARUK’s strategy.

· Proactively identify emerging risks to strategic delivery, assess their implications, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders on mitigating actions and contingency planning.

Supporting the Delivery of Our Organisational Strategy

· Manage the coordination of ARUK’s annual planning and budgeting process in collaboration with the Head of Programme Management and Director of Strategy & Governance. Take day-to-day ownership of the process, ensuring effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organisation.

· Work closely with the Head of Programme Management and key stakeholders to assess and improve organisational structures and ways of working, with a focus on enhancing cross-team collaboration and the effectiveness of strategic working groups.

· Undertake horizon scanning and sector research to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to strategy development and delivery.

· Support the development of strategic capability across the organisation by partnering with teams on their planning and strategy work, helping embed structured, forward-looking thinking.

· Collaborate with external consultants and partners to support the delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.

· Communicating About Our Organisational Strategy

· Support the Head of Programme Management and Director of Strategy & Governance in engaging employees across the organisation in the delivery of our strategy, helping to create clarity and alignment.

· Work with managers and Heads of Department to build support for updated or new ways of working that enable more effective strategy execution.

· Ensure that strategy-related communications are clear, timely, and relevant—particularly for managers—so they can effectively translate strategic goals into team-level action.

· Proven experience in strategy development or strategic planning, preferably within the charity sector.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for leading & managing fundraising data, and strategic oversight of fundraising data systems and processes, managing a team to employ process efficiencies and improve data quality ensuring seamless integration between CRM systems and external platforms to drive income generation across the full spectrum of the donor data landscape and deliver fundraising operations. You’ll also lead on behalf of fundraising on CRM development and enhancement requests to support data-driven fundraising decisions and strategies.

• Extensive experience working across CRM platforms (including D365 Mission CRM or similar), managing system selections, and leading CRM enhancement projects.
• Skilled in data analytics, building reporting frameworks, and using database languages like SQL, along with managing data imports and Direct Debit processes.
• Proven ability to automate processes while ensuring compliance with GDPR and data security best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and change management experience with a collaborative approach, influencing senior leaders in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Work with managers to refine job descriptions, post roles, and advertise vacancies effectively.

• Manage the Recruitment inbox, responding promptly and professionally to candidate queries.

• Oversee the Applied platform to facilitate end-to-end recruitment, including application tracking, interview scheduling, and assessment centre coordination.

What the job involves

This is a unique chance to play a pivotal role in driving impactful external communication strategies that support High Value, Philanthropy and Partnerships teams. As a key player in the Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand team, you’ll enable the integration of high value fundraising activities into wider organisational communications, inspiring action to fund life-saving initiatives that help men navigate prostate cancer.

Supporting the Head of Strategic Communications, Campaigns and Brand and our senior Business Partner in embedding and developing our business partnering model. A major part of the role will be enabling the integration of High Value Fundraising activity into the wider communications plan to enhance results from our communications.

You’ll work closely with our Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Appeal teams to help plan and deliver inspiring communications that support our fundraising strategy. From pitching proposals and event promotion to major appeal campaigns, you’ll help build strong relationships with major donors and partners. You’ll also make sure high value fundraising activity is joined up with our wider communications and campaigns to grow fundraising revenue, support our community and improve outcomes for all men affected by and at risk of prostate cancer.

The Philanthropy Manager will join our recently established Philanthropy and Partnerships (P&P) team to help us develop and nurture a range of corporate and philanthropic relationships. We’re looking for an experienced Philanthropy Manager to play a pivotal role in securing significant philanthropic income from high-net-worth individuals and charitable trusts and foundations to support the vital work of our hospitals. Leading a team of three, this role is responsible for cultivating and managing existing high-value philanthropic relationships, expanding our high-value networks and further embedding a culture of philanthropy across our hospitals and charity.

The ideal candidate will have strong understanding and experience in working with high-net-worth individuals to secure 5-6 figure gifts. Communication skills (both verbally and in writing) ideally gained within a fundraising or sales/business development environment. They will be a self-starter with an appetite to make unsolicited approaches to individuals, along with the ability to develop and grow lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, charitable trust and foundations.  They will have strong time management skills, a motivation to work towards and achieve targets, and an appreciation of working for the NHS.
