This Programme Manager role has been created to lead the delivery of an exciting new regional programme in West Yorkshire to support householders to progress with domestic energy retrofit. The role will lead a consortium of partners to deliver a one stop shop providing remote advice, in person advice, home visits and retrofit installation coordination across the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Area.

The team
The energy teams’ purpose is to enable households, small businesses, and communities to have affordable energy costs and reduce carbon emissions that contribute to climate change. We provide energy advice services, renewable energy expertise and manage and administer loans and grants for energy saving and low or zero-carbon improvements to homes and businesses on behalf of governments, local authorities, and businesses.

What you’ll do
• Lead a consortium of partners to deliver a one stop shop providing remote advice, in person advice, home visits and retrofit installation coordination across the West Yorkshire Combined Authority Area.
• Develop strategic partnerships across the area including with unitary authorities, energy companies and finance partners
• Coordinate the local delivery team of subcontractors as well as liaise with local partners and supply chain in the region
• Work closely with advice centre and marketing and communications colleagues as well as sub-contractors in the meeting of key performance indicators.
What you’ll bring
• Significant experience working in a project or programme management environment, ideally also in the establishment of new projects or programmes.
• Extensive project management skills/experience and/or relevant recognised qualification.
• Strong budget management skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to create partnerships with external organisations.
• Local area knowledge by being based in the Calderdale, Leeds, Bradford, Kirklees or Wakefield area.

Context and purpose of role
We are looking for a Digital and Website Officer to join our Campaigns and Communications Team. The role holder will take a leading role in digital marketing, optimising our website using a data-led approach, and maintaining our digital asset management system.
Working with colleagues across the Supporter Engagement & Experience division and the wider business, they will also contribute to the development and delivery of marketing activities that deliver against brand and income targets.
They will work to upskill people across the organisation – including volunteers - to achieve greater impact with digital communications.
Key responsibilities
- Website – act as the GB web admin, working in partnership with the Digital Technical team to manage user journeys and ensure content is high quality and search engine optimised in line with the website strategy.
- Digital marketing – Create and implement digital marketing activity in line with the agreed digital strategy and against agreed return on investment targets. Create and implement digital marketing plans to support advocacy and marketing initiatives for our programmes using relevant digital channels for the target audience
- Content development – source / develop content and assets such as case studies, videos, blogs and images to drive engagement across digital channels including the Ramblers app. Ensure all content is of high quality, permissioned and easy for colleagues to find within the digital asset management system.
- Insight– undertake regular reporting and apply data insights to shape content, campaign and creative outputs, applying a test and learn approach.
- Campaigning - Support policy and public affairs, to influence and deliver messaging to local or national agencies to maintain and improve access to the outdoors for all.
- Fundraising - Support fundraising with business development and income generation through developing and responding to opportunities that meet the aims of the Ramblers and achieve income targets.

SUMMARY OF ROLE
The External Affairs Coordinator is a key member of RABI’s newly established External Affairs department. Reporting to the Head of External Affairs, the role will support the delivery of RABI’s external affairs strategy by coordinating key stakeholder engagement activities, public affairs events, policy-related communications and administrative functions.
This position will play a central role in supporting strategic relationships with key sector stakeholders, government officials and policy influencers. It also involves close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team to help ensure that the voice of the farming community is amplified and represented consistently across all external channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Engagement and Mapping
- Support the Head of External Affairs in developing and maintaining an accurate and dynamic stakeholder map.
- Working with the Public Affairs advisor, coordinate briefing documents and meeting logistics with external stakeholders including government departments, MPs offices and sector partners.
- Help track and manage follow-ups and ongoing engagement with RABI’s key stakeholders.
Event Planning and Support
- Assist in the planning and delivery of external affairs events such as roundtables, parliamentary briefings, and conferences.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue booking, travel, catering, AV, materials and briefings.
- Liaise with external partners, speakers and attendees to ensure smooth and professional event delivery.

Are you enthusiastic in sharing your passion for ecology? Can you bring conservation to life, engaging mixed ability groups in playing an active role in encouraging nature and wildlife in an urban area? The Talbot Village Trust has an exciting opportunity for a new post of Conservation Volunteer Co-ordinator to deliver community volunteering schemes in our woodland in Wallisdown.
Following successful volunteering schemes over the last two winters, we’re keen to develop our conservation volunteer scheme, inviting local residents, university students and ad hoc corporate groups to experience practical conservation firsthand, and learn more about the ecology of this space. Led by our woodland management plan and ecology surveys, the work will help measurably enrich the biodiversity of the woodland, sharing conservation techniques and improving understanding of the ecology with our volunteers and the wider public.
This post is held within a small and developing team within the charity, aiming to build closer relationships between our local community, the land we steward and the wildlife living here. The role will be supported by other members of our staff team and our deeply committed trustees.
The successful candidate will work with volunteers of all ages, including supervised secondary school groups, and will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check. To ensure our scheme is accessible, this role will offer volunteering sessions at weekends, as well as during the week.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and supervising volunteer conservation sessions
- Design and deliver a programme of engaging and well managed woodland maintenance volunteering tasks, based on a programme averaging 3 sessions each week, that will bring about meaningful biodiversity changes
- Contribute to establishing and undertake measurements to monitor the impact of the changes that are made, including by conducting wildlife surveys, setting up the recording on national databases where appropriate. These will supplement the professional surveying already in place.
- Ensuring all activities are fully risk assessed, taking into account the needs and abilities of each volunteer, and the daily and changing conditions
- Establish and support cohesive groups of volunteers, bringing together people of different backgrounds to form welcoming social groups, increasing the number and range of people volunteering with us
- Engage in national best practice in supporting conservation volunteers

The Talbot Village Trust is a charity with a vision for communities in south-east Dorset to live well. We exist to support people to transform their own lives for the better. We do this by providing grants to charities and other local impact organisations delivering much needed services in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Purbeck and east Dorset. We also manage an estate combining the historic Talbot Village, residential and commercial lettings, woodland, and an urban heath. We have distributed over £10 million in funds through 650 awards across south-east Dorset over the past decade.

Role Overview:
Our Sport and Inclusion Tutor will lead, deliver and develop our intervention programmes, focusing on mentoring young people accessing our Tackle LIFE and Be You programmes. They will bring a wealth of teaching or youth work to our charity and use this experience to support some of the county’s most vulnerable young people. A normal week would include tutoring, sports delivery, and activities such as rock climbing and canoeing. It will also involve project management, as well as classroom coaching such as leadership and communication activities and working with the wider Foundation team to grow our reach in the local community.
The Person:

About the role
The Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for the efficient running of the Director’s office and for providing executive support for the Directorate Leadership Team. Role specifics
We are looking for a highly organised and discreet individual to provide executive-level support to the Director and Assistant Directors of Shelter Scotland, as well as wider senior management. You will manage the Director’s office, coordinate a busy diary, handle confidential communications, and act as a key point of contact both internally and externally. You will also provide secretariat support to the Shelter Scotland Committee, ensuring smooth planning and delivery of meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions. The role involves liaising with internal teams such as Media and Policy Advocacy, supporting internal communications, managing documentation and systems (including SharePoint), and offering project and administrative support across the leadership team. A proactive approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience of working in a fast-paced environment are essential.

- Taking responsibility for the overall management and operation of the store.
Key Criteria:
- Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion/clothing.
- Experience of cash handling and financial management procedures (including completion of sales records).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and the ability to communicate with tact and discretion,
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload, balancing competing demands.
