£24,416pa

Woking, Surrey GU21 4LL / Hybrid Working

This is a UK-based contract, and as such, you are required to have the Right to Work in the UK. We unfortunately do not have any opportunities available for sponsorship. Any offer of employment, if applicable, will be subject to receiving evidence of your Right to Work in the UK.

About the Role

Are you a master of multitasking with a flair for organisation and a love for nature? Join our vibrant Admin Hub team at WWF-UK as an Admin Hub Support Officer!

In this dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating international travel (yes, even tracking carbon footprints!) to organising team away days and workshops, to supporting our Directors and their teams with top-notch admin and logistical magic. You will also help manage relationships, set up meetings, and keep everything ticking along with precision and positivity.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

- Experienced in providing first-class admin support across multiple teams

- A natural organiser who thrives in busy environments

- A confident communicator with a friendly, professional approach

- Adaptable, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed

Benefits, Rewards and Location

The salary for this role is £24,416. We also offer a full benefits and rewards package including:

- Annual leave starting at 26 days, rising to 31 days plus bank holidays

- Flexible working options

- 7.5% employer pension contribution (rising to 10% with employee contribution)

- Learning and development opportunities

- Regular wellbeing initiatives

This role is hybrid, with 20% of your contracted hours spent in our stunning Living Planet Centre in Woking – one of the greenest buildings in the UK, complete with trees and gardens to hot desk among!
