Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are now recruiting IPS Employment Advisors to join our IPS service to join our Kingston & Sutton team. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment. What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences.
You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.
You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. The role also involves working to agreed targets while maintaining a high-quality, supportive service.
What you’ll need
You do not need previous employment support experience. What matters most is that you bring:
A genuine desire to support people with mental health support needs and/or learning disabilities to achieve their employment goals.
Motivation to help people from all backgrounds move into meaningful work.

The South Willesborough & Newtown Community Association is a long-established community charity which runs the Swan Community Centre in South Willesborough, Ashford.
We are seeking a part-time (15 hours per week - £11,700pa) Community Engagement & Development Coordinator to strengthen community connections, build partnerships, and expand the Swan Centre’s local impact.
This is primarily a community-facing development role. The postholder will:

This is a flexible 15-hour per week role. The pattern of work will vary according to community engagement activity and the development and operation of the Cygnet Café. As opening hours are not yet defined, and will be informed by local consultation, the postholder must be able to adapt their working hours accordingly. Much of the work will involve being in the Centre or consulting with people in the community, so although the desk work can be done remotely there will be a requirement to be on-site for a some of the working week, especially once the cafe is in development and opened. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience in community engagement, volunteer coordination or grassroots development work. Experience in food service or community cafés would be beneficial but is not essential. The post is initially funded for 12 months by The National Lottery Community Fund and we will seek to attract further funding.

The Role

About the role
We are looking for a Programme and Partnerships Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of programme and partnership management systems across all Emerging Futures programmes, ensuring our programme and partnership management systems reflect our commitment to centering equity, power and justice in our work.
In this role, you will assist programme teams in tracking progress, monitoring budgets and gathering information to enable seamless delivery. Working closely with the Programme and Partnerships Lead and the Core team, you will help develop and implement programme and partnership management systems, while collaborating with the Procurement and Finance teams to maintain strong relationships throughout contracting processes.

About you

The Role
As a Stop Smoking Specialist, you will help to deliver our stop smoking service and underpin our commitment to support people to stop smoking and reduce the risk of cancer. You will provide specialist advice and support to our service users around tobacco addiction and provide evidence-based approaches in line with national guidance and good practice to help them to quit smoking.
Supporting the Services Manager and Head of Services, you will be vital in the implementation of our strategy to ensure people in Yorkshire receive the best prevention, diagnosis and treatment. You will deliver evidence-based stop smoking interventions to patients referred into the service, providing support, advice and guidance either face to face, virtually or by telephone to maximise quitting outcomes. You will work as part of a team to respond to referrals and work with our Active Together Services, which are being rolled out across Yorkshire, and NHS Trusts where we fund in patient smoking cessation programmes.
Specifically, you will:
· Autonomously deliver smoking cessation assessments, advice and support, minimising harm from tobacco and health-related issues in line with best guidance and protocols.
· Undertake client assessments, making appropriate pharmacotherapy decisions, provide ongoing client support and undertake 4 and 12 week follow-ups.
· Advise on stop smoking medications to patients, including all forms of NRT, vapes (e.cigarettes) as well as non-nicotine treatments.
· Manage a stock of NRT and Vaping Starter kits.
· Help patients who smoke to quit, communicating in a sensitive, client centred manner.
· Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the service, including the completion of the minimum data set aligned to NHS England mandatory requirements. This will include following up with patients following discharge to monitor stop smoking outcomes.
· Manage caseload of patients and be responsible for all associated tasks, including follow-up appointments, and managing diary commitments.
· Communicate effectively with colleagues, providing clear verbal, digital or written information and instructions when sharing information, delegating, or handing over responsibility for care to ensure that smoking cessation records are kept up to date and accurate.
· Work collaboratively and co-operatively with other members of the team and observe operational policy and procedures requirements.
· Work with the Services Manager and Head of Services to ensure that public and patient insight and involvement is captured, which will shape the development, delivery and evaluation of our service to make sure they are patient centred.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· To be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above in English and Maths.
· To be National Centre for Smoking Cessation Training (NCSCT) Level 2 trained.
· To have demonstrable evidence of continuing professional development.
· To have intermediate theoretical knowledge of stop smoking support, gained through Level 2 NCSCT.
· To have substantial experience of providing smoking cessation support in a stop smoking service with good levels of quit rates.
· To have experience of working in Health and Social Care setting or community.
· To have experience of providing healthcare, healthcare advice or health improvement/promotion advice to patients or members of the public.
· To have experience of using Microsoft Office software and patient management systems such as Quit Manager.
· To have proven IT skills, including data entry, accurate reporting of agreed care plans, and experience using IT infrastructure to support effective handover of care.
· To have good knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practice in stopping smoking, the consequences of smoking and the benefits of quitting.
· To be able to build and maintain good working relationships with professionals/individuals from different professional/cultural backgrounds.
