SANE would love to hear from anyone with experience and enthusiasm for administration and working with data. The Call Back and Data Officer is key to all of the services that we deliver to people affected by mental illness, including daily planning of calls to people facing crisis and distress, and working with data to produce research, reports and case studies.

We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years’ experience of being an administrator, data officer or in an associated role. Experience within a mental health related working environment, relevant volunteering, or strong interest in mental health is also desirable. We are hoping you can bring your interest and your experience of high-quality administrative support to empower our team as we strive to expand and improve our emotional support work.

The Director of Income and Engagement within Women's Aid is a key role within the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Main responsibilities include:

• Create and lead bold and ambitious fundraising and business development strategies, meeting an annual target of £1.5m restricted and £2m unrestricted income, and delivering growth in income earner of £1.2m annually

 The Brent Centre for Young People is looking for an experienced, dynamic person to join its Clinical Administration Team.

The Brent Centre for Young People is a charity based in North West London (Kilburn) that provides psychotherapeutic treatments to young people aged 11-25 years, who suffer with emotional difficulties and have mental health needs. The Centre has an international reputation and delivers world-leading evidence-based practices to young people across North West London. On average, the centre helps over 700 young people per year through its In-house and Outreach Services.

We are looking for an experienced clinical administrator with strong people and communication skills to help run our clinical services.

This post is an exciting opportunity to be part both of supporting the growth of this new service and supporting clinical administration at the Brent Centre within an existing small team.

The suitable candidate will have at least two years’ experience of clinical and/or general administration and reception duties. This post will suit a confident, reliable individual with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.

You will be expected to be confident in IT skills (including the use of Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level) and apply them to recording data accurately on a daily basis on our client database.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates a high level of professionalism, can work to regular deadlines, can problem solve when faced with difficult situations, adheres to confidentiality and can communicate professionally, politely and effectively with young patients, their families, our clinical and non-clinical staff team and our external contacts, such as GPs.

The post requires sensitivity to the needs of young people with emotional difficulties and the nature of therapeutic work and their families. Experience with young people or with mental health is advantageous.

NEF Summary:

At the National Energy Foundation, our team is forward thinking in its approach to home energy and uses its influence and projects to make meaningful change. Our primary focus is delivering projects aimed at alleviating fuel poverty and helping residents to feel warmer, healthier and more comfortable in their homes whilst also helping them cut the cost of their fuel bills. In the next five years, we will seek to help more than 170,000 households out of fuel poverty. Beyond this, we seek to encourage homeowners to make improvements to their homes to increase energy efficiency. To enable this, we deliver several projects aimed at encouraging retrofit of energy efficient heating systems into UK homes.

Job Role

The Finance Director will work with the CEO and the Finance team to collaboratively drive the development and delivery of the NEF’s strategic plans and budgets. The Finance Director will be a member of the NEF’s Senior Management Team (SMT) and will attend the quarterly Trustee Meetings.

Not only will the Finance Director take accountability for the day-to-day transaction processing, ably supported by an effective Finance Team of 3 people, they will take the lead on the budgeting, planning and analysis processes, developing a range of processes and reports to enable effective decision making.

The Finance Director will be the key contact for and work with the auditors, HMRC and other professional advisors and regulatory bodies to ensure that the organisation remains compliant and fulfils its legal responsibilities.

Management

o Manage the Finance function, providing leadership and support to the Finance Manager and their team of 2 analysts to ensure they are all able to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.

o Provide strategic financial guidance to ensure that the NEF meets all its objectives.

Audit, Accounting & Reporting

Shell Foundation Business Development Director

We are seeking a Business Development Director to join our entrepreneurial team to support:

• The scale-up of pioneering enterprises
• The development of scalable partnerships that enable smallholder farmers to increase their income
• The incubation of new intermediaries and enterprises

The successful candidate will explore opportunities to create new business models and market interventions, as well as providing deep financial and commercial expertise to our Programme team.

Responsibilities include:

• providing business advice and mentoring support to SF strategic partners
• managing grants and contracts
• identifying market failures and opportunities
• developing and managing strategic projects and partnerships
• contributing to the delivery of the annual business plan.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience of working in Africa (or India) with:

• A degree in mechanical engineering
• A background in business or commerce, with a practical understanding of marketing, finance, business development
• Experience and networks in the agriculture sector

In this role you will provide strategic direction, leadership and operational management of their  Finance and IT teams, playing a critical role in driving the organisation forward. You will oversee the planning, execution and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meet the desired outcomes to make sure the organisation is future proofed in its offer to their clients.

They are looking for candidates that have good experience managing a finance function in a charitable setting and good knowledge of emerging IT and data systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in the private sector and have made the transition to the charity sector or at least have a good awareness of the internal working of charitable organisations.

Disability Advice Service Lambeth (dasl) is Lambeth’s peer-led Disabled People’s Organisation. 

You will lead a two-year project contributing to the work of the No Wrong Door partnership – local organisations and local residents working together to ensure there is ‘No Wrong Door’ for Black Disabled people seeking employment, as they can expect excellent support from any organisation. 

We want to change the system, influencing employment support providers and their Commissioners to ensure support for Black Disabled people who are seeking employment is appropriate, accessible and inclusive.

You will have excellent project management skills and use your lived, personal experience of race and disability equity issues to implement change, working collaboratively with residents (Lived Experience Leads), partner organisations and employment support providers. Your role will involve working primarily with Black Disabled Lambeth residents. You will understand and encounter the intersections between being Black and Disabled and the barriers to employment and be able to demonstrate creative and people-centred approaches to influencing change.

You will have a proven track record of effective planning and execution in a relevant organisational setting, and will be able to flourish in a collaborative and dynamic non-profit, working with complex programmes and partnerships worldwide.
Your goal will be to standardise and help embed effective approaches, processes and tools for planning, delivery and monitoring of our work across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, you will work closely with the Programmes Director, People Director, and other senior colleagues to strengthen both organisational culture and practice for efficient, effective and inclusive execution.
