About The Felix Project
The Felix Project is London’s largest food redistribution charity. Our vision is a London where good food is never wasted, and no one goes hungry. We aim to reduce the negative impact food waste has on the environment by working with the food industry to rescue high quality surplus produce, that would otherwise have gone to waste. This food is sorted at one of our four depots or turned into meals in Felix’s Kitchen. It is then distributed to over 1,200 community organisations, such as food banks, homeless shelters and primary schools, all of whom are working within communities across London to feed people experiencing hunger.

Purpose of the Job 

Based in one of our operational warehouses and in the community you will help support Felix’s missions through the development of a network of charities, community groups and other key stakeholders involved supporting vulnerable Londoners across London. Your work will help to build the network’s capacity to accept and distribute food through our depot operations, Green Scheme & Felix Connect and non-food items through Felix’s Multibank. 

The Community Coordinator role will support the depot and operational teams, responding to enquiries from the community network to help ensure the smooth flow of food and non-food items whilst delivering excellent customer service. This will include ensuring recipients of our food are compliant with all relevant legislation and guidance as required by our food partners and food business operators. 

Your work will help us to effectively monitor and evaluate our growth against our strategic objectives through robust data collection, monitoring and updating using our CRM system.

Our Head of Data and Business Intelligence is responsible for: 

• Provide strategic leadership and implement initiatives to improve data maturity and the overall data and insights culture across the organisation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive and organisational-wide data management and BI framework(s) aligned with the MS Society’s mission and organisational strategy
• Act as MS Society’s Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance with data protection laws and regulations, and acting as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and data subjects

The Willow Major Events Team hosts a range of events to engage Willow’s key supporters. These range in large-scale events such as the Willow Ball and London Football Awards, to smaller more intimate events such as Golf and Shoot Days.

Job purpose

• This role will support the delivery of Willow’s programme of Major Events, as well as supporting third party events, ensuring that these promote and present Willow in a professional and compelling manner, maximising opportunities for donor cultivation, fundraising and maximising income generation.

CAFOD’s mission in the Catholic community of England and Wales is to inspire and equip Catholics to actively engage in the Church’s efforts to overcome poverty and injustice. Our regional teams focus on recruiting and supporting a dedicated group of volunteers within parish and school communities, empowering them to educate, engage, and inspire others to act in solidarity for the common good. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and communications support to the Community Participation Coordinators across England and Wales, with a focus on the West & Wales region as the first point of contact. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.

Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach. 

This role will be prison based. DFN Project SEARCH offer an evidence-based supported internship model which takes place entirely in the workplace.  The programmes provide continuous support to young adults with a learning disability, and autistic people who are aged between 16 – 24 with an Education Health and Care Plan, or equivalent, in their final year of education.

You will be required to identify opportunities to develop and grow DFN Project SEARCH programmes across a geographical area with the aim of supporting the organisation to ensure that as many people as need it have access to DFN Project SEARCH programmes.

This is an externally funded post which will be focused on opening new provision and supporting existing provision in order to reduce waiting lists within specific funding areas. You need to be able to coach, empower and inspire our volunteers and cadets, both in person and remotely, to grow the Sea Cadets.

This new role has been created to outreach and engage with private renters in the 2 wards specified and it will also include information production, dissemination and project management work. Working arrangements
