The Marketing and Insights Lead will drive Urban Saints’ marketing activity and use data insights to continually improve engagement, reach, and impact across all platforms. This role will assist with all aspects of the activities of our clinical training programmes within The Institute of Pre-Hospital Care. Ruils is run by, and for, disabled people. We exist to remove the barriers that prevent disabled people from living independent lives. We work with the Richmond General Practice Alliance (RGPA) and our local Primary Care Networks to deliver personalised care services: Social Prescribing and Proactive Anticipatory Care (PAC). We have a team of 15 Link Workers and Care Coordinators spread throughout the borough and in this role you will lead and manage the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As leaders within Get Further, our Programme Managers play an important part in managing the delivery of our tuition programmes and the growth and development of the organisation. The successful applicant will take over the case load of one of our Programme Managers while she is on secondment to another project. The key outcomes for this role are:
- Team: Directly line manage a team of 3-6 Programme Coordinators and Salaried Tutors and be accountable for the management of tutors within your colleges, contributing to Get Further as a whole meeting or exceeding our programme delivery KPIs
- FE partners: Achieve high FE partner satisfaction by delivering a high impact programme and developing strong relationships at multiple levels with our existing and prospective FE partners.
- Strategy and organisational development: Lead strategic projects and priorities as needed to develop the organisation, programmes and programme delivery.
- Project: Work closely with the Head of Resits Tuition Programme to support in the medium-term implementation of the EEF RCT.

Programme Coordinators
You will be responsible for line managing a team of 3-6 Programme Coordinators to deliver a high impact programme that achieves or exceeds Get Further’s organisational KPIs. To achieve this, we expect you will:
- Hold PCs to high standards of programme delivery
- Build an effective and high performing PC team
- Play an active role in ensuring that the programmes team as a whole is on track to meet or exceed programme delivery KPIs
- Support PCs with their professional development
Tutors
Our tutors are instrumental to us delivering a high-impact programme. You will be accountable for the overall high performance of the tutors delivering tuition within the FE partners for which you are responsible. To achieve this, we expect you will:
- Support and hold PCs to account for the frontline management of tutors and lead tutors
- Resolve or further escalate tutor performance management issues that PCs have escalated as per the Tutor Performance Policy
- Ensure that performance management issues are effectively tracked and made visible to the CPO and work with the CPO and wider Executive team to resolve persistent issues
- Along with Curriculum Managers, lead the design and delivery of tutor training, ongoing tutor development, and the tutor community work
FE Partners
You will be responsible for delivering high impact programmes with Get Further’s FE partners, including ensuring that we achieve programme quality and impact KPIs and developing strong relationships at multiple levels within our FE partner. To achieve this we expect you will:
- Line manage a team of PCs to deliver a high impact programme
- Proactively build high quality working relationships with staff within our FE partners
- Understand college needs and concerns so that we can proactively address them during programme delivery
- Proactively look for ways that we can work more closely with colleges and demonstrating our value to them and commitment to the FE sector
- Lead the preparation of college level impact reports and ensure the ongoing effective capture of impact data, testimonials and case studies to support report creation
Strategic projects and priorities
Get Further is a fast-developing charity, as a member of our small but mighty team we want our programme managers to be true leaders within the organisation, playing an active role in shaping and developing the charity into the future.
- Over the course of the year, we work on various strategic projects and priorities to advance the overall running of Get Further and you may have the opportunity to take a leadership role in these.
- You will have opportunities to engage and provide input, as well as your own project ideas, at an Exec and Board level on Get Further’s longer term strategy and direction.
Sales
- Collaborating with the Head of Resits Tuition Programmes to support and engage in sales activities to ensure Get Further meets growth goals related to college partnerships and student numbers, while securing new partnerships in key regions and areas for expansion. In the medium-term these goals will be closely tied to the requirements of the EEF RCT.
- Support in achieving KPIs with regards to college sales and renewals by email outreach and holding meetings.
- Lead renewal conversations with FE partners and support new relationships as needed

Overview of the role
As the organisation’s Head of Fundraising and Marketing, you will be an experienced, ambitious, enthusiastic, and dynamic professional, who is passionate about fundraising and maximising income generation.
Working closely with our new CEO and committed trustees and staff, you will develop and implement fundraising and marketing strategies that align to our vision and drive the expansion of our crucial support to young people in Suffolk.

Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic leadership
· Develop and lead the multi-channel fundraising and marketing strategy to meet agreed income targets and support
long-term sustainability for both The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd.
· Work closely with the CEO and Trustees, to align fundraising efforts with the strategic goals of the charity and bring insight into income generation and stakeholder engagement.

2. Fundraising and income generation
· Drive the development of diverse income streams, including major donor fundraising, corporate partnerships, individual giving, legacies, lotteries, community fundraising and events.
· Proactively seek new opportunities to secure long-term, multi-year funding through well-targeted funding applications and corporate proposals.
· Build strong partner relationships with a focus on stewardship, retention, and growth.
· Monitor performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement.
· Chair the Fundraising sub-committee and contribute to the Data, Impact and Evidence Action Group
· Responsible for completion of all bids, grants and funding applications and ensuring that funders receive appropriate ongoing feedback.
3. Marketing and communications
· Develop marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the charity’s mission, vision and achievements to various audiences for both The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd.
· Lead the management of digital platforms, ensuring consistent and inspiring content across all channels, including the website, social media, email and printed materials.
· Ensure that brand messaging is consistent, clear and aligned across The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd to enhance public recognition and reputation.
· Grow awareness of the charity at a local and regional level, monitoring success through market research.
· Develop compelling narratives and stories of the charity’s impact to engage partners and encourage continued support.
4. Team leadership and development
· Lead and develop the Fundraising & Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
· Mentor and support team members in achieving their professional development goals, ensuring they attain business objectives.
· Regularly monitor and review team performance to meet income generation and communication objectives.
5. Operational excellence
· Ensure compliance with data protection laws, fundraising regulations and ethical guidelines across all fundraising and marketing activities.

Volunteers are the backbone of our operation at FareShare South West (FSSW). We have over 350 volunteers from a myriad of backgrounds, who make up 90% of our team. The volunteers help with every aspect of the operation, from driving vans, picking orders, to administrative duties. Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to provide peer-led learning programmes at HMP Guys Marsh.
Working closely with the prison and their staff, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising peer opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and possess personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison based, working 3 days per week. Conservation Collective (CC) funds solutions to protect the environment, restore nature, and safeguard against climate change. The CC UK charity incubates, launches, and supports locally focused foundations, which open new funding channels to support the most impactful environmental grassroots projects. Our network comprises 20 members based all over the world and is growing.
We manage and monitor our donor relations, grant giving governance, contacts, and event activities, via a bespoke and customised salesforce system. This was launched in early 2022 and has been developed and configured to meet our growing needs since then.
As the demand for our model increases around the world, we need a highly capable Salesforce Administrator to support us to ensure our system is well managed, users are trained, and we can create accurate reports for our donors and other audiences. We’re looking for someone who can not only ensure that the existing system works well, is well managed and who can help us generate high-quality reports from the system to help us to raise more funding to support grassroots conservation work.
The role will report to the Finance Director and will work closely with the rest of the team in the UK and around the world, it is a critical role that is central to the success of our global network, and there is lots of scope for an ambitious candidate to grow in responsibility with it.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Salesforce System: maintenance, administration, prioritisation and training
Maintenance, user management, support and development

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, managing user access, profiles, roles, and security settings.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any operational or functional problem.

Maintain reliable records in all objects on Salesforce by eliminating duplicates monthly, processing user deletion requests and updating records for lists with up-to-date information on key stakeholders (e.g. trustees, contractors etc).

Ensure automatic back-ups are working and up to date and an understanding of how to restore back-ups if needed, protecting our organisational data.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and process.

Managing Data Import Templates to upload ad-hoc batch data into Opportunities, using Data Loader or any other data import and data quality tools.

Oversee data governance log: maintaining log of changes to review with the team, discussing effect on budget and system usage to feed into prioritisation of new features and functionality, support the communication of any platform changes to end users

Manage onboarding and offboarding users both with Salesforce and Microsoft platforms.

Oversee smooth onboarding and training process for new members and refresher training where appropriate to ensure effective adoption and system use.

Respond to individual questions from users via tickets, on Slack and share tips and tricks regularly via Slack Channel updates to review any Salesforce learnings, any features from latest Salesforce release, any security updates, any best practices.

Work with our external Salesforce consultants on any requests of flow maintenance or improvements and monitoring effective use of credits and budgets.
Form Assembly Management

Manage the integration of Form Assembly with Salesforce ensuring all connectors work well and troubleshoot and update connections where needed.

Support users with the building/maintenance of individual Grant Application forms, updating when needed (ad hoc) and embedding them in their websites.

Be a key point of contact with our outsourced IT company, overseeing the creation of new users and managing the leavers’ processes on the MS 365 environment

Support CC team to maintain and ensure Sharepoint intranet is working smoothly and is up to date, user management of licenses and active users, their security settings, distribution lists.
Support the Data Protection Officer in data protection matters.
The successful candidate for this role will need to demonstrate:
