Job Title: VAWG/IDVA Complex Needs and Multiple Disadvantage Advocate

The Role
· Assertive outreach casework with very vulnerable women
· Responsible for supporting three women in the Borough of Camden
· Intensive support for complex needs with service users with a history of non-engagement with services
Accountabilities:
Casework
· Solution-focused casework interventions with women who have experienced VAWG and severe and multiple disadvantage
· Provide emotional support using a trauma informed approach
· Build and maintain supportive relationships with ethnically Minoritised women
· Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with service users within an attitude of ‘positive risk taking’
· Provide support with life skills, including practical assistance where skills are not yet developed
· Maintain accurate case notes and up to date records
· Contribute to the completion of outcomes reports and funding returns
· Complete all documents when support work commences and keep up to date with any changing risks to or from the woman.
· Risk assess situations in the moment, act calmly, professionally and be ready to remove self from/ call 999 in situations that appear too high risk to remain in
Advocacy and support service
· Empower women to access benefits and services they need
· Involve service users in the design, development and delivery of the service
Multi-agency
· Engage with a wide range of professionals (some of whom may have very different approaches to problem solving) through a multi-agency approach, and advocate to agencies on behalf of the Project and its service users
· Promote coordinated, joined-up service delivery for service users between violence against women services and drug and alcohol agencies, mental health, housing, health and legal agencies.
· Contribute to a service-wide communications plan and ensure that information about the service is widely available locally to other agencies and is also readily accessible to potential service users
· Educate a wide range of agencies and stakeholders about the challenges faced by women experiencing multiple disadvantage
· Proactively develop links with local statutory and voluntary organisations to provide a range of engagement opportunities for service users in the community
· Attend and contribute to the Domestic Violence MARAC as appropriate

OPERATIONS MANAGER - ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Manager is a key support for the church’s leadership and heads the staff team providing management over key operational and missional areas of the church’s activities.
This leadership role supports the ethos and ministries of the church and its mission to be a church for the community - discovering Jesus, sharing God’s love, and caring for those in need.
A vital aim for our church’s work in the local community is that our staff relationships, our Venue ministry, our Christian hospitality and how we use and share our building should all reflect God’s character - showing compassion, generosity, and kindness.
The role has a lot of different components, so we’re looking for someone who sees all aspects of this job as an expression of the church’s mission to proclaim the Good News and will facilitate and serve the congregation, the staff and the volunteer teams as they creatively explore ways to express our Christian ethos through the life and ministries of the church. This therefore requires that they are someone who has a mature Christian faith.
They will need to be a “servant“ leader who is mentally agile, energetic, able to schedule and prioritise, a good delegator, a team player, a quick learner and capable of taking initiatives, with a healthy understanding of self-care - we’re not looking for a “hero”, but someone who can work sustainability.
Leadership:
- Work closely with the church leadership team to support the trustees, staff and congregation in the development of church vision, ethos, mission and ministries.
- Create a positive, Christian work environment, and cultivate supportive team working relationships and working practices that align with the church’s mission.
- Lead the staff team, providing effective leadership, management, administration, recruitment, and staff development. Facilitate the team as they represent the church’s values in the day-to-day open house ministries of the church.

Building Management:
- Support and develop initiatives that enable every aspect of the building's use, welcome and presentation to be missional.

- Coordinate with the Estate Manager to develop long-term maintenance plans for the common parts areas of the building.

Compliance and Legal Administration:
Provide effective management, administration, organisation, and compliance with UK laws, for:
- The maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment.
- Safeguarding, equality and inclusion.
- HR matters including safe recruitment, induction, training and employee development.

- Matters relating to Westbourne Grove CIO charity’s Trust Deeds, Constitution and Church Rules, and leasehold responsibilities.
- Requirements as a registered charity (CIO) including timely submission of reports to the Charity Commission.
- Develop and implement policies, risk assessments and safe working procedures and keep them regularly updated and reviewed. Ensure policies and safe working practices are adhered to.
- Provide adequate information, training and supervision to ensure employees and volunteers are competent to do their work.
- Lead in communications with the freeholder, the management company, the estate manager, and church tenants. Oversee any necessary legal input for decision-making and work closely with the WGC Trustees, and external organisations on decisions relating to the common parts of the building.
- Keep administrative records. Provide reports for the Trustees.
Administrative Services and Support:
- Provide administrative support for the Ministers. Develop and maintain administrative, organisational, communications systems and record keeping procedures for the church’s general administration. Maintain membership and constitutional records.
- Administrate the church's IT infrastructure, broadband, phone systems, and utilities accounts and ensure they meet the operational needs of the building and its ministries.
- Assist the Venue Manager to develop and maintain suitable and effective systems, strategy, pricing, communications, contract management, staffing and customer relations.
- Develop the church’s visibility and profile in the community using the church’s website, social media, ArtSpace, and missional displays and exhibitions, ensuring these align with the church’s ethos and mission.
Financial Oversight:
- Oversee provision of financial management information to Leadership team and Trustees, including budgeting, salaries, financial reports, end-of-year statements. Support them in developing financial strategies and policies.
- Oversee the accurate functioning of church financial systems, controls and procedures. Monitor and administrate reserves and investments.
- Ensure WGC's financial practices comply with UK charity regulations. Assist with the filing of the accounts and annual report to the Charity Commission.
Provide financial oversight, management, and support for:
- Venue ministry finances, pricing and strategy
- Finance Administration - ensure all financial records, payroll, pension administration, invoices, and reports are accurate and timely. Authorise payments.
- Manage the buildings budget including liaising with the Estate Manager regarding common parts expenditure.
- Financial interactions with lease and licence holders including new leases, rent reviews, break clauses and lease renewals, insurance contributions.

Digital Fundraising Growth Manager

This role is offered on a hybrid contract giving you the opportunity to also work from home three days a week.
Purpose of Role
The Digital Fundraising Growth Manager will manage our digital paid media planning and delivery, driving audience engagement at all stages of the marketing funnel, specifically with the aim of delivering growth in our supporter base and income.
The post holder will directly oversee all digital paid media activity in line with agreed campaign and year round engagement and fundraising strategies and plans, including but not limited to social media advertising, search marketing, programmatic display, and emerging channels ensuring plans are fully integrated with other engagement and fundraising activity (including owned and earned media across all channels and wider organisational efforts).
Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will drive digital fundraising performance across a range of campaign and product offers, optimising media spend; creative and supporter journeys using data-driven insights informed by a rapid and robust test and learn methodology to ensure our investments are optimised for performance.
As the Comic Relief’s paid media champion, the post holder will also play a key role in ensuring alignment of media campaigns with integrated web and CRM journeys to deliver consistent and personalised supporter experiences. Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is essential, enabling the role to analyse audience behaviour, measure performance, and continuously refine strategies to improve outcomes across the full supporter lifecycle.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced marcomms professional to help us upscale our campaigns activity. Open Door is a young people’s mental health charity that has been based in Haringey, North London for 49 years. It aims to improve mental health and life-chances of young people. We provide an ‘Open Door’ to free, high quality psychological therapy to 12–24-year-olds delivered by experienced and highly trained clinicians. We also support parents and carers, struggling with the issues their children face. We aim for access to be simple and over half of those we support, self-refer. Many young people who come to us have significant mental health difficulties and have faced barriers to services. Open Door delivers evidence informed practice and has been commended for our ambitious approach to outcome driven care.
Open Door received national recognition for impact, as a 2024 finalist for Health Service Journal (HSJ) Award for Reducing Inequality and Improving Outcomes for Children and Young People Open Door is community embedded, integrated into the local mental health infrastructure, commissioned by North Central London Integrated Care Board and part of the Haringey Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service single-point-of-access. We have a strategic voice which is used to advocate for young people’s mental health and influence practice. Last year we supported over 800 young people, parents and carers and offered over 8000 appointments. This is an exciting time to join Open Door. Open Door works from our bases in Crouch End and Tottenham and provides services in local secondary schools and the @Haringey Autism Hub. Most of our work is delivered in person ad this is what most young people tell us they want. Demand for the service is high.

About Rekindle
Rekindle exists to create fierce critical thinkers who believe in themselves, question inherited truths, and learn in joyful, creative ways. We do this by developing a youth-led supplementary school provision which nurtures and supports working class young people (aged 11 - 14) who have faced numerous challenges on their education journey but still have a passion to learn and achieve their aspirations.
Our primary focus is to design an approach that offers support, connection, hope, and aspiration — one that pushes young people to believe they can be more, while first laying strong foundations of trust. We recognise that their knowledge and ideas are central to shaping this provision. Our approach is rooted in what young people care about, creating space for meaningful conversations with young adults and adults who can act as mentors. This is not an ordinary school or educational establishment. Our board of trustees — many aged 18 to 30 — have shaped the vision, created the previous curriculum, and will remain at the heart of the process every step of the way.
Role purpose
To make this vision a reality we’re looking for a Youth Team Manager to join our team in Tulse Hill, London, on an initial 12 month basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a positive impact with an organisation by running creative critical thinking sessions with our young people. The main priorities will be as follows:
- Effective delivery of REKINDLE’s curriculum – Ensure that sessions are engaging, accessible, and aligned with the Snap and Four C’s framework, using strategies that foster critical thinking and independent learning.
- Building meaningful relationships with young people – Develop strong, trusting connections to support their personal and academic growth, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Safeguarding and wellbeing – Maintain a safe space for all participants by adhering to safeguarding policies, identifying risks, and promoting well-being.
- Collaboration and continuous improvement – Work closely with colleagues and external partners to enhance programme impact, contributing to ongoing development and evaluation.

Full Time Salary: £52,221 - £57,786 (pro-rata). If you’re based in London and regularly travel to the office, you’ll receive an additional £4,072.06 per year (pro-rata)
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week

Responsibilities
The role
CGL’s Business Development Team is a large national team. This role will sit within a smaller specialist services sub-team, who have responsibility for retaining existing specialist contracts and winning new business opportunities.
You will work with a small group of bid writers to oversee all aspects of the tender process. You will also have responsibility for pipeline management and work closely with our services and operational colleagues to navigate processes under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) regulations.
You will work collaboratively with people who use our services, front line staff and managers, clinicians, departmental leads and senior stakeholders including Directors, to develop service delivery models, budgets and partnerships for tenders and proposals.
You will have the opportunity to visit and engage with our staff and service users across the country, to learn about our services and specific local needs and challenges.
As a leader within our national Business Development Management Team, you will lead on improving the quality of our work and developing our team culture, thinking creatively, sharing your own knowledge and experiences, and challenging existing ways of working.
Ultimately you will play a key role in the design, development and delivery of our services and will help us to deliver on our organisational mission, strategy and values.
About you
You’ll be a highly competent project manager, with proven experience of leading and managing complex tenders and other projects in related fields.
You’ll be an excellent writer, with experience of writing tenders, bids and proposals.
You’ll be a confident and highly competent communicator, have excellent IT skills, be highly numerate and be able to analyse and work with complex data and financial information.
