You will obtain and process referrals and provide support and expertise at all points along the SEN journey for service users and their families. Knowledge of local authority processes, national policies and legislation and relevant SEND issues will be essential to this role alongside organisational expertise and a real desire to engage with users in order to create and deliver a range of events and activities as part of the sider Supporting Families team.

About the role
It’s an exciting time to join CXK as we continue to expand our reach and launch our new 5-year strategy.
We are searching for a Head of Bids, Grants and Tenders to work within our Development and Partnerships Team. This exciting new role will be responsible for writing and submitting compelling bids and proposals that clearly align to CXK’s strategic and operational vision, meeting the needs of our commissioners and funders.
The role will drive income generation and growth for the charity, creating high-quality tender responses on a regular basis, developing a pipeline of current and potential opportunities and proactively ensuring that all business development systems and processes are fully implemented.
As part of our Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Bids, Grants and Tenders will contribute to the strategic development of CXK, working closely with the Director of Development and Partnerships, our service leads, and the wider Senior Leadership Team.

This role will require exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling content aligned to a specification, with a proven track record of successfully responding to complex tender opportunities, and grant submissions.

This will be supported by proven experience of managing end-to-end tender processes and the achievement of financial targets.

Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide operational leadership and oversight of the Carers Manchester Volunteer Programme and support the wider development of the Volunteer Programme at Gaddum. The Volunteer Coordinator will work with Carers Manchester colleagues to ensure volunteers feel equipped and supported to use their skills and lived experience in a range of established volunteer roles.
They will also work with the team to develop and recruit volunteers for new roles that support Carers Manchester to deliver on its aims and objectives. The role will involve maintaining close working relationships with our Central Team, Health & Safety systems, and compliance responsibilities.

About the Role
Through line management of your team and in collaboration with partners, you will ensure that the Youth Zone is accessed by all young people who need it the most. - Develop and oversee the Youth Engagement Programme as part of the ‘100 years of Ashburton Park Project’ including a range of activities in and nearby to Ashburton Park, including after school drop-in’s, evening sessions, group work and one-one mentoring.
- Support the development and engagement of young people in a Food Growing Enterprise based at Ashburton Lodge.
- Work closely with Croydon Council and other partners to support young people to engage with a wide range of programmes and activities that are part of the ‘100 years of Ashburton Park Project’.
- Deliver open access sessions, group and one to one interventions with young people including; half term, afterschool, evenings and residentials, using a planned youth work curriculum.
- Line manage youth workers, sessional youth workers and youth volunteers to plan, deliver and evaluate youth work termly.
- Contribute to the development of youth work across the area and lead on specific areas of work on behalf of the team.
Amongst other requirements, the successful post holder must have:
· Relevant experience OR qualification in Youth & Community (JNC), Social Work (QSW) or SEND.
· Proven experience working with young people ‘at risk’.
· Reliability, with a flexible approach to changes and able to work unsociable hours.

The Role

This year, we’ve embarked on a bold, strategic initiative to enhance our data capabilities.

Across all of our products our Product and Systems Management team cover the following areas:
- Being fully responsible for the provision and management of the system
- Owning the list of user requirements. These are known as product backlog items (PBIs) and are drawn from user group meetings/discussions. These PBIs are then scheduled for build and release.
- Manage the relationship with any external support companies for the relevant products and interconnected products and systems including accounting online, bank checking and deduping systems.
- Manage the data cleanliness, accessibility, availability and retention in accordance with our data governance and security policies particularly the information and data management framework. And develop and maintain automated processing of bulk data.
- Enshrine continuous improvement into the use and development of our Products.
Our use of Product Management comprises of all of our critical business systems (Finance, HR, Intranet, Microsoft end user applications).
Our Head of Product and Systems Management plays a crucial role in the development and delivery of our Product and Systems Management. This role is also responsible for defining and delivering the Product and Systems Management team’s strategy/roadmap and ensure they are delivered.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and strategic planner to join RABI as our new Head of Finance & Operations. Specialist Child to Parent Violence delivery:
- Advocate for the rights of children to be respected, heard and protected.
- Deliver sessions for parents using Non Violent Resistance (NVR) techniques and child and family members, applying a systematic family approach to managing violence and abuse in the home.
- Adhere to the relevant programme manuals for parents as well as for the children and young people.
- Use motivational interviewing techniques and strength based approaches to engage with families.

- Be personally accountable for the completion of assessments, pre and post questionnaires, and End of Intervention reports, and ensure they are to a high standard.
- Provide support and consultancy to other professionals to ensure appropriateness of referrals and improve understanding on NVR and CBT techniques and working with families (parents and children and young people.
- Ensure effective planning for the delivery of each intervention in advance of the session.
- Partake and pass all relevant NVR and other child, young people and parent centred training to undertake this specialist work.
- Deliver community training as required.
The Senior Licensing Officer (SLO) will support the Licensing Manager with ensuring charity and network contract compliance, which includes policy management, contract updates, supporting procedures and IT infrastructure, and associated reporting.
The SLO will manage and deliver complex and significant projects to manage risk and ensure adherence and compliance. They will also maintain project deliverables once adopted into business as usual and provide contract and policy support to staff at all levels within the charity.
