The Team
The Targeted Support Team deliver a wide variety of programmes to empower young people and adults to improve their confidence and skills and then progress into training and employment. Leading group sessions and individualised mentoring, the team deliver with passion and expertise to individuals from a range of backgrounds, offering person-centred guidance and support.
The Role
This is an exciting time to join CXK as we are looking to extend our work in Supported Employment. These roles will support a small caseload of individuals with a range of needs who are looking to move into work, enabling them to find the right opportunities and sustain the roles through in-work support. The coaches will also need to be skilled in working with employers to support them to make their roles accessible and sustainable. Growing and maintaining a strong employer base will be a central part of these exciting new roles.

The Aga Khan Foundation (UK), is hiring a Finance Manager, to lead the financial management and oversight of Schools2030 programme, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant financial accounting, reporting, and oversight. Financial oversight, planning, and reporting
• Produce monthly financial reports on Schools2030 for the AKF(UK) Finance Committee.
• Produce quarterly financial reports on Schools2030 for the Schools2030 management team and AKF Geneva.
• Produce monthly financial reports on Schools2030 spend in the UK for the Schools2030 UK team.
• Prepare all Schools2030 donor financial reports and ensure consistency with internal data.
• Review all financial transactions related to Schools2030 on a monthly basis and ensure that they are correct including cost recovery, co-financing, bank balances, and coding.
• Monitor financial balances for Schools2030 programme by grant, country and donor and immediately highlight any issues to the Programme Finance Manager.
• Ensure all Schools2030 grants are up to date in the Grant Management Tracker.
• Ensure all Schools2030 grants are up to date in the Co-financing Tracker.
• Ensure all Schools2030 grants are up to date in the cost recovery forecast.
Financial controls, compliance, and audit
• Ensure all Schools2030 grants are reconciled at least once every three months.
• Monitor and review foreign exchange gains and losses on all Schools2030 grants and highlight any areas of concern to the Programme Finance Manager.
• Develop and implement controls to ensure compliance with donor requirements and maintain appropriate donor stewardship, including through manuals, checklists, templates, and other tools.
• Ensure adherence to all financial policies, especially authorisation, procurement and due diligence
• Lead the Schools2030 annual budgeting and forecasting exercise including allocation of grants across programmatic workstreams, country units, UK team and the global team and updating for changes in donors or activities.
• Support the annual organisational budgeting and forecasting exercise.
Grants, contracts, and suppliers
• Review and approve all Schools2030 partner budgets for proposals and reforecasts.
• Review and approve all Schools2030 donor budgets for proposals and reforecasts.
• Review and approve all Schools2030 donor cash requests as required by donor contracts.
• Review and approve all Schools2030 sub-grant agreements.
• Ensure all Schools2030 SGA balance tracking is up to date for all Schools2030 grants.
• Ensure all Schools2030 partners understand reporting and compliance requirements.
• Ensure Schools2030 partner quarterly BvA reports are reviewed, any necessary documentation checks carried out and any inconsistencies identified.
• Review and monitor the internal tool (AIMS) for tracking pipeline and secured funding and ensure it is up to date at all times.
• Oversee supplier tracking, including contracts, payment schedules, and documentation.
• Ensure all Schools2030 financial documents are stored on SharePoint in a structured and accessible way.
Supporting others
• Line manage the Finance Officer, Schools2030, ensuring clear objectives, regular check-ins, and ongoing support.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Programme Finance Manager or the Head of Finance and Operations
Qualifications
• CCAB qualified accountant.
Experience
• 5 years relevant experience in financial accounting and financial reporting
• Experience of designing and managing effective administrative systems and procedures
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Experience working in international organisations or donor agencies including field-level implementation highly desirable.
• Experience working with Institutional donors or Trusts and Foundations and familiarity with the various compliance rules and regulations highly desirable.
Skills

At Single Homeless Project's (SHP) Elms, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Support Assistant ready to make a lasting difference in people's lives. Elms is a vibrant service based in Leyton (Waltham Forest) that brings together supported housing, a daytime activity programme, and a small floating support service. The supported housing element provides longer-term placements for adults with a diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia, some of whom may also be managing physical health needs. The Role

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a team of two to deliver exceptional and effective brand and marketing activity.
You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of brand and marketing campaigns for key programmes, projects and products, aligned to our organisational priorities.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the charity, external suppliers and children and young people with cancer - and their families - to use marketing and communications approaches to achieve business goals. You’ll also drive greater public knowledge of the charity, leading to deeper levels of engagement and greater action.
What will I be doing?
No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in our Role Details document:
- Develop and deliver audience and insight-led integrated marketing campaigns for key programmes, projects and products.
- Manage and develop the Brand and Marketing Communications Officers to deliver great work.
- Support the on-going development of our audience personas and engagement work to enable effective journeys and high-quality experiences for all our audiences.
- Ensure all content and activity is representative of the people and communities we support, championing accessibility and inclusion in everything we do.
- Own the marketing planning calendar, ensuring all organisational activity is planned in at least 3 months in advance.
- Interrogate incoming briefs each week, instructing the appropriate teams to work on upcoming activity in the most efficient way.
- Ensure campaign reporting and learnings are captured and fed back into the organisation.

Working Hours
Our young people need care 24/7 so we have fixed rotas with different shifts (8, 10 and 12 hours) from 8 am to 10 pm for day staff; and from 9 pm to 8.30 am for night staff.

Role Summary
This senior leadership role will oversee the strategic planning, management and reporting of the Natural History Museum’s major fundraising campaign NHM150, the campaign to raise £150m to revitalise our South Kensington home ahead of our 150th anniversary. Reporting to the Director of Development the post-holder will lead a team of development professionals to deliver insightful prospect research, manage systems for donor journeys and lead on excellent donor stewardship for the Development team. This role operates on a hybrid model, and it requires at least 2 days of working on-site at South Kensington.

You’ll be a proven leader, with the strategic nous to identify and deliver new education programmes from scratch, the deep sectoral knowledge to design and deliver a suite of new education resources, and the commercial insight to scale and build demand from scratch.
