ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Apprenticeship and Learner Management System Administrator to join the apprenticeship provision within the Harris Federation Central Team.

You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery and growth of our apprenticeship programmes. You’ll manage and maintain our Learning Management System, ensure accurate learner data, and provide essential support to both learners and stakeholders - helping to drive talent development and learning across our network of academies.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager you will be responsible for: 

Learner Management System (LMS) 

• Maintaining apprenticeship records, including the Apprenticeship Tracking system, producing reports to monitor enrolment, completion rates, and the usage of the apprenticeship Levy 
• Act as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a daily basis
• Managing and actively updating EOSONE learning platform to ensure all the learner portfolios are up to date and are accurate including off the job learning
• Supporting with the on boarding of learners on the Harris Federation main provider provision and the completion of relevant enrolment documentation, procedures, and guidance 

Learner Support 

• Supporting Harris Federation as an apprenticeship training provider ensuring all data held on our apprentices both internal and external remains accurate and up to date

Energy Action Redhill and Reigate (EARR) is dedicated to improving home energy efficiency across East Surrey.  We work to improve the sustainability of homes, as well as making them healthier to live in and more economical to run.

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our Home Energy Advice Team.  You will play a key role in co-ordinating a programme of home energy surveys, distribution of energy efficiency materials and helping to deliver a series of events.  The post is funded through an Energy Redress grant and is part of the Surrey-wide HEAT programme, working in partnership with other voluntary organisations across Surrey.

As Project Coordinator you will play a key role in

• scheduling home energy surveys and follow up support
• liaising with residents, volunteers, and local partners
• planning and promoting community events
• monitoring and reporting on project progress and impact

Location: The role is home based; however, travel across Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge will be required to support events and home surveys.

Hours: 736 hours per year (average 16 hours per week over 46 weeks - you can manage the hours worked to suit yourself and the project.  Demand for the survey service is seasonal and it is anticipated more hours will be needed over the Winter months, with fewer hours in the Summer. 

Dates: Start from 23 September 2025 or earliest available date following this. This is a fixed-term contract until 30 April 2027

Salary: £25 per hour (3% uplift from May 2026)  Please note this role to be undertaken on a self-employed consultancy basis.

About the role

About the role:

The postholder will support the delivery of a specialist domestic abuse (DA) project in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) in the London borough of Brent. The role aims to raise awareness and promote best practice in responding to domestic abuse across CLCH staff, improving support for patients impacted by domestic abuse. This will involve delivering training, workshops, and guidance to health professionals, providing consultancy on embedding DA response pathways, and helping CLCH navigate referrals to local domestic abuse support agencies. The role combines professional training, advocacy, and systems change to strengthen the health sector’s response to domestic abuse. The postholder will work across the Brent borough, attending community hubs and co-locating to deliver services when needed.

The postholder may be approached by staff seeking advice or consultation regarding male victims of domestic abuse. While the role’s primary focus remains on supporting women, the postholder will be open to supporting male victims through appropriate signposting and referral guidance. They will also be willing to undertake relevant training (e.g. Respect toolkit) to ensure inclusive and informed responses. Training will be provided.

A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential.

About You:

To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Advisor & Trainer you will need the below experience and skills:

• A thorough understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.
• Experience in designing, delivering, and promoting engaging training and learning sessions on domestic abuse, tailored to professionals and stakeholders across a variety of settings.
• Experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders as well as experience of working within in multi-agency environment.
• Ability to provide consultancy and guidance to multidisciplinary teams on domestic abuse-related issues, offering informed advice and support.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse professionals and stakeholders.

We are delighted to be supporting Hand in Hand in their search for an ambitious, confident Partnerships and Philanthropy Officer to join their award-winning fundraising team. You will join a team of eight, including a Head of Philanthropy and Corporate Partnerships, three Philanthropy Partnerships Managers, two Philanthropy Officers and a Philanthropy and Corporate Assistant.

This is a Trusts and Foundations-focused Philanthropy & Partnerships Officer role with a mix of responsibilities across family Trusts and Foundations, Corporate Foundations, Wealth Management firms, and HNWIs. It’s a programme-led role and suits someone who is both personable and detail-oriented, excited by co-developing impact with donors through tailored projects.

As Partnerships and Philanthropy Officer, you will:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of family Trusts and Foundations, Wealth Management firms, and HNWIs
• Manage accounts worth $215,000 and drive new business worth $175,000
• Contribute to the team target of $7.1 million
• Develop detailed, programme-specific funding proposals
• Steward existing donors and develop new partnerships
• Build strong relationships with donors based on detailed programme insight

Ideal skills and experience:

• At least 1 year in a fundraising role ideally Trusts and Foundations or Major Donor
• Proven track record of securing gifts of c.$20,000+
• Ability to own relationships and manage a donor portfolio
• Methodical, detail-oriented, confident, and persuasive
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Open to candidates from Corporate or Major Donor backgrounds who enjoy proposal development

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to tailor written and verbal communications to a wide range of different audiences

Role Requirements

• Adheres to the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics for nurses and midwives at all times.
• Maintains clear and identified professional boundaries at all times.
• Provides a high quality of direct care, as evidenced by clinical audit, placing the child/young person and their families at the centre of all planning.
• Undertakes assessment, care planning and evaluation of children’s care needs collaboratively with families, taking action to address any issues or complications.
• Ensures individualised high-quality care is delivered at all times, that is underpinned by evidence-based practice, policy and guidance. This will involve a range of complex care such as enteral feeding, tracheostomy care and ventilatory support.

Although this role is based within The Children’s Trust School, you will be required to work on a 52-week contract.

With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Children’s Trust is the UK’s leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

About the Minster Centre

The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.

It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. The service is provided by senior trainees who are in the process of completing their therapy training.

Role purpose

The Minster Centre is seeking to develop and further professionalise its operations and is recruiting to a new Head of Finance role. This is a part-time, flexible role for two days per week in the first instance. Some time in the office will be needed to work alongside other staff and key stakeholders – this can be managed flexibly alongside working from home. The role would therefore suit someone who wants to balance an interesting and senior role alongside other responsibilities or interests.

The Head of Finance will oversee the financial operations of the charity, owning and ensuring compliance to financial policies and procedures. You will provide strategic financial guidance to the Management Committee and contribute to the delivery of the charity’s financial strategies.

Early priorities will be:

• A review of existing financial policies and procedures to support the ongoing effective running of the charity.
• Working with the Lead team to ensure the charity’s finances are sustainable long-term

Salary: Pro rata, £55,000 FTE

Meet your Manager

In this role, you will be managed by Carolina Bejarano, Development Manager within ClientEarth's Business Development team. Carolina brings over nine years of experience in the public and international development sector, with a strong track record in securing funding from trusts, foundations, corporate and institutional donors. She has worked with a diverse range of NGOs, supporting programmes focused on humanitarian aid, human rights, and sustainable development. She is based in our London office.

Main Duties

• Undertake prospect research and due diligence to scope potential new funders 
• Draft clear and compelling fundraising materials including cases for support, funding proposals, and concept notes 
• Meet with funder contact points to understand their interests/priorities, present proposals and provide insight to ClientEarth’s work 
• Support the development and improvement of team systems and processes to enable effective and efficient working
