The Senior Centre Manager will contribute to the day-to-day operations of Out of School Childcare & Play services at Camden Square Playcentre. Your responsibilities will be to create and retain a happy and committed staff team, lead them in delivering high quality play services that promote the children’s health and well-being, and assist in the development of new projects and services. The Person We Are Looking For:

The Senior Centre Manager will take full responsibility for the operations at PACE’s Camden Square Playcentre. They will ensure that all services are delivered in a safe way, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements and support the delivery of the PACE policies. Their responsibilities will be to create and retain a happy and committed staff team, lead them in delivering high quality play services that promote the children’s health and well-being, and assist in the development of new projects and services. As an experienced playwork manager, you will work effectively with stakeholders and develop positive relationships with parents/carers.

To succeed in this role, you will have an appropriate early years, childcare, education or playwork qualification at Level 3 or above.  You will also have experience managing staff and leading teams in delivering high-quality, inclusive play or childcare services.

You will be a team player with strong leadership and communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with people from all backgrounds, including service users, parents, staff and delivery partners. Additionally, you will be able to show us your knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, EYFS, Ofsted standards and relevant current legislation, as well as approaches for supporting children and young people with disabilities.

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role

This Corporate Partnerships Manager role plays an essential role in helping the Fundraising Team achieve our ambitious income target, as the role will primarily support the planning, development and delivery of our hugely successful partnership with Asda Tickled Pink.

Raising over £92 million since 1996, Asda Tickled Pink has been the largest supporter of breast cancer charities in the UK over the last 29 years. It has been a major driving force in breast cancer research breakthroughs, funding life-changing services and championing vital breast awareness messaging to its customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Asda Tickled Pink works closely with two charity partners, CoppaFeel! and Breast Cancer Now, to raise funds for better treatments, vital education and life-changing support, for anyone who needs it. Together, we’re putting breast cancer awareness on everyone’s list.

As we head towards the exciting milestone of Asda Tickled Pink’s 30th Anniversary in 2026, we are looking for someone to join our team who will continue to amplify CoppaFeel!’s unique voice, creativity and perspective through the partnership to ensure we are reaching as many people as possible with our life-saving message.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will support the Head of Partnerships in the delivery of all elements of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership, encouraging colleagues, customers and suppliers to fundraise and raise vital chest-checking awareness for us. You will deliver a variety of activities across the partnership, from working closely with the team at Breast Cancer Now to brainstorm and develop exciting new colleague engagement opportunities, to reviewing and signing off creative assets and communications that will be seen across Asda stores and channels nationwide.

As the day to day lead on the partnership, you will be responsible for achieving the ambitious annual target. The role will involve lots of hands-on account management to ensure that the partnership continues to be successful and works towards achieving both its ambitious awareness and fundraising objectives. There is opportunity to identify areas for growth within the partnership which would work towards achieving key objectives both for Asda Tickled Pink, and also for CoppaFeel!.

As part of the Partnerships team, you may also be required to support on the day to day delivery of other team activities, events and account management, including responding to enquiries, participating in meetings with internal stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the wider partnerships team strategy.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering the day to day management of the Asda Tickled Pink partnership , giving excellent customer service and stewardship to maximise income and strategic opportunities for CoppaFeel!
• Be a key point of contact for the team at Asda and Breast Cancer Now
• Deliver account management plans, communications plans and engagement plans for the partnership helping to achieve the partnership KPIs
• Work closely with the Asda PR and Social team, and the Marketing and Communications Manager at Breast Cancer Now to deliver engaging partnership communications
• Work with the wider CoppaFeel! team to identify, pitch and deliver new innovative projects to help us achieve our strategic aims through the partnership
• Present to Asda colleagues and suppliers about Asda Tickled Pink, CoppaFeel! and the impact that their support has
• Write and deliver a quarterly impact report to communicate the progress of CoppaFeel! projects and activities to the Asda Tickled Pink team
• Write and review copy, content and artwork for different partnership activities
• Motivate and inspire Asda customers and colleagues to fundraise for Tickled Pink
• Work with key Asda suppliers to support and enhance their Tickled Pink campaigns
• Manage incoming emails and queries from the Asda Community team as well as other colleagues and customers
• Represent CoppaFeel! in external meetings with key stakeholders alongside Asda and Breast Cancer Now
• Work closely with wider CoppaFeel! teams to provide high quality account management for Asda
• Attend and support on a variety events throughout the year including the annual Tickled Pink supplier Ball and the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge
• Contribute to forecasting and budgets to support the Head of Partnerships
• Support the Head of Partnerships on the delivery of different strategic elements of the partnership
• Stay alert to different trends within similar partnerships across the sector
• Support CoppaFeel!’s EDI strategy, to ensure all our partnerships are helping us reach as many young people as possible
• Collaborate with the other Corporate Partnerships Managers, the Corporate Partnerships Executive, Head of Partnerships, wider fundraising team and CoppaFeel! team on relevant projects
• Future Line Management: as the organisation evolves may take on line management responsibilities, overseeing team members and fostering their professional growth
• Keep database and other records up to date
• Willingness to work flexibly and sometimes remotely with occasional out of core hours work (time off in lieu given)

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• At least two years’ experience working for a charity in partnerships
• Experience managing medium/large corporate partnerships, supporting or managing large scale charity of the year, or strategic giving partnerships
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify different opportunities within a project or partnership
• Experience of problem solving and implementing solutions
• Good writing skills and communication skills with an eye for detail
• Good organisational and planning skills, to manage tasks and prioritise effectively
• Strong team-player who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about working for CoppaFeel!

• Experience of working with income and expenditure budgets

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to identify, secure and shape new strategic corporate relationships that will help drive income and awareness at scale.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. Role Overview

The Film & TV Charity’s Looking Glass research on the mental health of the UK film, TV and cinema workforce has consistently shown that mental health and rates of loneliness at work are significantly worse in this sector than among the population as a whole. Further Charity research has also shown that the two are closely linked, strongly suggesting that tackling loneliness is vital part of the industry-wide fight to protect the mental health of the workforce. 

As the Community Development Manager, you will use our research insights to help develop the Charity’s community strategy, managing a programme of work that seeks to embed social connection as a core mental health priority in the Charity’s work and among the wider industry. You will also deliver specific projects stemming from the community strategy. Foremost among these is the Charity’s Community Partnerships programme. This involves working with a cohort of peer and community-led industry support groups to meet the needs of their communities, primarily through regular events-based engagement at our Soho offices. But it may also involve contributing to the co-working space offer at our offices in Soho, and to the Charity’s research on themes related to loneliness and social connection.

You will need to have experience of strategy development and partnerships or community management, and the excellent relationship management skills on which this depends. A background in developing mental or social wellbeing interventions is highly desirable, as is experience working in the film, television or creative industries. You will be a positive and enthusiastic individual, with a passion for creating solutions that support people’s mental and social wellbeing.

 Main Areas of Responsibility

Community Strategy

·Continue to onboard and engage Charity staff with latest loneliness research findings

·Work with senior leadership to develop the Charity’s existing community strategy in response to the latest loneliness research findings and get buy-in from internal stakeholders

·Work closely with relevant teams to develop key actions informed by these strategic priorities

·Working with senior leadership, onboard and engage key industry stakeholders with the latest loneliness research findings and recommendations (where appropriate this may involve working closely with other Charity team members)

·Work closely with the Charity’s Impact and Evaluation Lead to ensure the impact of our Community Strategy is measured appropriately and reported on regularly in staff and trustee updates

Community Partnerships

 -Continue managing (and growing) the Charity’s network of peer support and community groups, with a focus on communities experiencing high levels of loneliness

-Plan and deliver partner engagement events, with the aim of combatting loneliness and fostering belonging for the most vulnerable industry workers

-Day to day management of the Community Partners will involve working with the Charity’s Wellbeing Services Coordinator to manage partner event bookings, enquiries, building partner relationships, supporting partners with event management, attending partner events and gathering wellbeing insights from these communities to grow the Charity’s industry knowledge and support offer

-Support the partners to deliver effective and sustainable community building and peer support by organising appropriate workshops and webinars

-As needed, co-produce events with partners that aim to deliver on our partnership goals of fostering community and creating meaningful social connection

- Raise awareness of our Community Partners and their work within the wider industry

-Measure the impact of the Community Partnerships through tools such as member surveys and partner interviews, and regularly report on these findings

Co-working Space Development (tbc)

-Develop the Charity’s co-working space in Golden Square to be an inclusive, welcoming community hub for industry freelancers, that supports them to foster meaningful social connections

- Improve user satisfaction rates, working with relevant teams to improve operational support, bookings systems, user policies and drive deeper engagement with the Charity’s wider services

Research

 -Support research projects (conducted either internally or by external partners) that continue to develop our understanding and evidence base on loneliness and social connection

-Contribute to the national and international dialogue on loneliness by sharing the Charity’s research findings, collaborating with key stakeholders and promoting best practice

-Develop relationships with professionals working to tackle loneliness (third sector, private sector, academia) to enable knowledge sharing, ensuring the charity’s work informs wider evidence on workplace loneliness

-Support the wider team to develop wellbeing projects and initiatives using research findings

General

-To operate in a way that ensures you are recognised as a role model for the Charity’s core values and behaviours.

-To be prepared to travel to meetings across the UK and be away from home overnight occasionally, as the job reasonably demands.

About the role

This is a hands-on, people-focused role at the heart of our programme delivery. As Programme Manager, you’ll work closely with communities, colleagues, volunteers, and partners to co-create and deliver meaningful programmes that centre on women’s voices and lived experience.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of projects — from design and facilitation through to coordination, evaluation, and reporting. The role involves a high level of collaboration across departments and with external partners, as well as ongoing work with participants and volunteers to ensure our programmes are inclusive, responsive, and impactful.

You’ll be at the forefront of delivery: holding safe, welcoming spaces; supporting others to take on facilitation roles; and helping build confidence and leadership among women involved in our work. Programme & Project leadership

· Support & lead on the design, development and delivery of new and existing programmes and events aligned with the charity’s strategic objectives

· Work closely with Head of Programmes and other departments to translate strategy into bold, creative actions that centre women's voices and lived experience

· Gather and analyse data and feedback (qualitative and quantitative) from all stakeholders to inform adaptive programme delivery and report to funders.

· Produce high-quality reports, case studies, and evidence to demonstrate impact to funders and inform future work.

Marketing & Communications

· Work with Head of Programmes and Marketing teams to highlight the success and stories emerging from programme work.

· Write blogs, contribute to content creation, and ensure programme outcomes are shared with wider audiences in compelling, accessible ways.

· Ensure feedback and participant quotes are used meaningfully to build visibility and engagement.

We are looking for a passionate and driven person to lead and deliver the day to day operations across our North West Reserves Region. Delivering the conservation and restoration objectives of the reserves, through practical work, growing and managing locally based volunteers, supporting management planning and monitoring. This role will also manage building maintenance, infrastructure and access on our North West Reserves. The role will work closely with the regional reserves team supported by the Reserves Manager. This is a chance to make a difference to the protection and restoration of nature at a time when it has never been more important. 

The candidate: 

· The successful candidate will have a Higher Education qualification in environmental land management (Wildlife conservation/agriculture) and at least two years’ experience of wildlife reserve management and demonstrable track record in the environmental land management sector. 

Main Objectives 

· Champion the Vision and/or objectives for all reserves and projects in the region with existing and potential stakeholders and contributors. 

· Oversee and provide delivery of day-to-day operations on our reserves, where relevant and appropriate this will include maintenance of buildings, grounds, offices, workshops and wider infrastructure. 

· Facilitate external and internal meetings and knowledge exchange events. 

· Support, with line management, the roles detailed in the region-specific addendum. 

· Work closely with the Reserves Manager (post’s line-manager) who will continue to develop and support delivery of teamwork plans, to ensure consistency of approach and maximise capacity across reserves where appropriate. 

The successful candidate will ideally have: 

· Good understanding of land management for wildlife conservation. 

· Two years' experience of wildlife reserve management operations and demonstrable track record in the environmental land management sector.
