Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity (GOSH) are hiring for two Senior Fundraising Executives to join our direct dialogue team. One is a brand-new position and the other has come up following an internal move.

Our dialogue team work with a range of different agencies to deliver our face to face fundraising campaigns. These campaigns help fundraise to change children’s lives every single day. 

These roles are known internally as Senior Individual Giving Executive – Direct Dialogue.

Salary

The salary for this position is £36,654 per annum and we operate a hybrid working model of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Key Responsibilities

This is a varied role encompassing:

• Campaign management for rolling fundraising activities. 
• Defining campaign briefs and working closely with the Senior Management to deliver campaigns across door to door, private site, and street 
• Managing relationships with third party agencies. 
• Utilising data analytics to create reports and insights across all dialogue activity. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Previous project management experience, ideally within fundraising. 
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to do v-lookups, pivot tables and manipulate data. 
• Relationship management experience. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The Individual Giving team is responsible for income generation from individual supporters and members, using a range of direct marketing techniques via both online and offline channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of Mothers’ Union’s fundraising strategy as defined by the annual Individual Giving fundraising budget and plan.
• To maintain professional standards whilst representing Mothers’ Union, ensuring both the reputation of the charity and adherence to our fundraising standards are maintained.
• To ensure good communication with F2F agencies, internal team members and the public by making sure that external communication channels are kept up to date.

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

Peabody is launching a brand-new supported housing service in Lambeth for young people aged 19–25. We’re looking for a part-time Housing Support Worker to join this exciting new service and make a real difference in young people’s lives.

You’ll support young adults who have experienced homelessness, trauma, or complex life circumstances—including mental ill health, substance misuse, or time in care or the criminal justice system. This is your chance to help them build independence and a brighter future.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing one-to-one support to a small caseload of young people
• Supporting young people with life skills, goal setting, benefits, housing applications, and budgeting
• Developing and maintaining person-centred support plans and risk assessments
• Signposting to services such as mental health, substance misuse, and safeguarding support
• Recording accurate notes and actions using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Supporting the overall team to deliver a safe, stable, and trauma-informed service

Who we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who:

•  Has experience working with young people in housing, youth work, or support roles
• Understands homelessness, housing legislation, and trauma-informed support
• Can confidently develop and review support plans and risk assessments
• Has excellent IT skills and attention to detail
• Can build trust while maintaining clear professional boundaries
• Is available to work 18 hours a week across 7 days, including some weekends and bank holidays (this is essential and non-negotiable)

Senior Housing & Welfare Advice Worker’s post

The Manna Day Centre is a drop-in Centre for homeless and vulnerably housed single men and women. It is run by a team of project workers, under the Director, who are responsible for its smooth operation. Basic Services offered include food, showers, clothing, housing & welfare advice, medical care, and access to laptops. The Centre opens to service users 7 days a week, 8.30am– 1.30pm. The working week for this post is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm each day.

The Senior Housing & Welfare Advice Worker must have a commitment to homeless people, which includes acceptance and respect. Responsibilities are shared among the team according to needs, skills and aptitudes. The annual salary is negotiable (depending on your experience) ranging from £33,775 to £41,359. Benefits include a pension scheme, travel loans and 25 days annual leave (plus time in lieu of bank holidays worked).
