Insights Analyst - Charity - FULLY REMOTE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join their dedicated Data, Technology and Insight team and play a key role in data-driven decision-making across the Supporter Engagement Department.

As an Insight Analyst at Animals Asia, you'll be instrumental in analysing complex datasets, identifying actionable insights, and delivering strategic recommendations that contribute directly to their impactful mission. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues to build insightful dashboards (primarily using Tableau) and communicate key findings to stakeholders across the organisation. Your expertise in SQL and data visualisation will be crucial in driving Animals Asia's vital work.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in SQL for querying and manipulating data to extract meaningful information.
• Strong experience in working with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create clear and impactful reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with the Google suite, Google Sheets, Google Meets, etc.
• Proven ability to work effectively with colleagues of all technical abilities, translating complex data into understandable insights and reports.

Contract Details:

• Position: Permanent (Fully Remote)
• Salary: £40,000 per annum

We’re looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive Support Worker to join our dedicated Carers in Mind team at Richmond Borough Mind. The Trusts and Foundations Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued trusts, foundations and statutory supporters. Last year, the organisation raised £4.5million, with £1.7million secured from trusts and foundations and £1.8million from statutory funders. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our vibrant and friendly finance team.  You will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the transactional processing of all expenditure and payments, making sure that the correct authorisations have been provided. This role will be the key point of contact for non-finance staff across departments with regards to purchase order and invoice queries. 

The role is a full time and fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is based at our Bloomsbury campus with flexibility to work from home on a 40/60 basis (Minimum 40% working from the office). 

Do you have relevant experience in an Accounts Payable role with a strong understanding of financial ledgers and control accounts? Have you dealt with processing high volume of invoices and using an automated Purchase Order system? if the answer is yes, then we would like you to join our finance team.

Our ideal candidate will have an ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment. They will need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong IT skills, especially Excel and Microsoft Office. The role holder will need to have the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude to self-development, willingness to learn in role and be able to identify own training needs.

Can you help us to support new dads and dads-to-be?

We are recruiting a Dad Matters Coordinator to help us reach more families in Brent. This is a great opportunity for someone with parenting experience to support new dads at a critical time in their parenting journey.

The Dad Matters Coordinator will support dads with attachment and bonding, mental health and access to services. You will have the ability to work with professionals and healthcare services to ensure dads are engaged, supported and heard within clinical pathways. Additionally, you will help develop and run group sessions with dads and will be at the forefront of growing our volunteering opportunities.

No formal experience of healthcare, mental health services or children's services is required - you will just need the compassion and skills to enable dads to have those difficult conversations, and talk about how they’re really feeling.

We are looking for someone proactive who is keen to make a difference. Someone with good people-skills, who can build on our existing relationships in the borough. The work requires a regular presence in Brent for visibility, field-based community engagement and training.

They will nurture these relationships to ensure meaningful, long-term support for our work with young people facing homelessness.

This will include organising volunteering days that inspire action, delivering lunch and learn sessions that deepen understanding of our cause, and finding creative ways for partners to make a real difference. This role will also drive new business, proactively building relationships with companies who share our values and want to help young people fulfil their potential.

In addition, they will lead on New Horizon’s events programme, developing and delivering inspiring events that connect corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and other supporters to the heart of our mission.
