The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.
In July of this year the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator. This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.
Reporting to the Drive Director we are looking for a Drive Deputy Director to contribute to the leadership and management of the team in addition to building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as individuals, corporate partners, public sector organisations, and charitable trusts. About the opportunity
As a Purchase to Pay Officer within our Finance & Assurance directorate, you'll own the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process that keeps our charity running. From procuring goods and services through to payment, you'll ensure smooth, controlled, and efficient operations while being the highly visible 'front door' of Accounts Payable for colleagues across the Society.
You'll oversee the complete P2P journey. Monitoring purchase requisitions, goods receipting, invoice processing, and payment runs, while proactively resolving issues and managing risks. You're an experienced finance professional with deep understanding of purchase-to-pay processes in large, complex organisations. We’re looking for an experienced and creative fundraiser to lead our individual giving and supporter engagement programmes, grow our supporter base, and champion innovation in public engagement and income generation. You’ll be rallying resources which will ultimately help us grow our impact for wild orangutans and the people living alongside them.
The Role
As Head of Individual Giving & Supporter Engagement, you’ll lead the strategic development and delivery of SOS’s public fundraising portfolio – inspiring individuals around the world to take action and give generously for the future of Sumatra’s rainforests and wildlife.
You’ll be responsible for individual giving, digital acquisition and retention, legacies, appeals and campaigns, and supporter events. You’ll be given the freedom to innovate, identifying and developing new income streams and engagement products and approaches that help us reach and inspire new audiences.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong acquisition experience, who can help us grow and diversify our supporter base.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll work closely with communications, partnerships, and programmes colleagues to build an engaged community of supporters and advocates for SOS.

Leadership & Strategy

Lead the development and delivery of SOS’s public fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s mission and income targets.

Digital Fundraising

About You

Essential:

About The Role
We are recruiting for a Head of Audience Strategy to join on a permanent contract. This is a home-based role working full-time, 35 hours per week, with occasional travel required for team and stakeholder meetings and events.
The last few years have seen unprecedented growth in the public profile of dementia, driven in part by the growing size, impact and ambition of Alzheimer’s Society – the UK’s leading dementia charity. We now need to ensure that everyone who needs dementia support today can access it, while improving our ability to attract, engage and retain the donors, volunteers and campaigners who so generously give money, time and voice to deliver enduring change. Crucial to this is strategic audience development: driving growth by being clearer about who we need to engage, why, and how.
As Head of Audience Strategy, you will develop a comprehensive strategy that delivers a step-change in the maturity and effectiveness of audience insight at Alzheimer’s Society. Built on a range of high-quality insight, data analysis and modelling, the strategy will reflect the evolving relationship to dementia and our Society among the public and other key external stakeholders.
You will work to identify the priority groups we need to engage to drive sustainable growth across all areas of engagement. You and your team will support teams to develop acquisition and engagement strategies which feel truly audience-led, orchestrating warm supporter communications and journeys which ensure we’re growing the right audiences to meet our objectives.
A priority will be ensuring that teams have the right tools to understand, segment and target their priority audiences. You will also be responsible for supporting teams to generate high-quality evaluations of activity in relation to audience goals – using these to capture new insights that improve our overall understanding and demonstrate the value of your team. At all times, you’ll act as an articulate champion of the power of audience strategy. You will lead senior conversations across the Society about what we know and wish to achieve with our audiences and constantly seek opportunities for your team to support others to enhance their impact and deepen their engagement.

About you
Joining us, you’ll have experience in developing and implementing audience or engagement strategies, and extensive experience of diverse qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis. You will also be able to demonstrate proven ability to synthesise these insights and apply them to all levels of the marketing funnel, across cold and warm audiences.
Crucially, you’ll be able to build positive relationships, influence key stakeholders and use your communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. You’ll be able to take a holistic view across the areas you manage and use this insight to contribute to organisational strategy through an audience development lens.
You don’t need to have a background in the charity sector, and you may or may not have a connection to dementia, you might be an accomplished Audience Insight professional looking for progression or be an established senior leader in this area already. What you’ll focus on:
- Developing and implementing a Society-wide audience strategy that demonstrably helps to drive growth by clearly laying out the key groups that Alzheimer’s Society needs to engage (including how and why) to progress different areas of our activity.
- Supporting senior stakeholders to create sub-strategies that help directorates and departments working on specific activities, campaigns, content and channels to clarify their target audiences for engagement (acquisition and retention) to drive growth and impact.

About the Role
The Senior Research and Development Manager will play an important role in managing NCB’s research and evidence work, supporting our impact and growth and working across teams in a matrix environment. The post holder will be joining the research team at an exciting time, with significant growth in recent years, particularly in the area of evidence synthesis methodologies.
This role requires a strong background in managing and delivering evidence synthesis research projects, including systematic reviews, meta-analysis, qualitative synthesis, and mixed-methods approaches. It involves overseeing key research contracts, providing hands-on project management, ensuring methodological rigour, and delivering high-quality outputs.
The research team at NCB works on several influential projects using a range of research methods and spanning areas including youth justice, social care, early childhood development and education.

About The Role
This role will lead the Trusts & Foundations team at Home-Start UK and drive the development and delivery of a fundraising strategy that builds on a recent period of significant growth. With projected income of £1.5 million in 2025/26, the successful candidate will focus on generating sustainable, high-return income through charitable trusts and foundations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing a robust process for researching and identifying suitable funders.
- Submitting high-quality funding applications.
- Providing excellent stewardship to existing grant funders.
- Building a strong pipeline to secure long-term income from trusts and foundations.
In addition, the role will support the organisation in cultivating key philanthropic relationships - particularly with high-net-worth individuals who may give via their trusts or foundations—leveraging the skills, experience, and resources of the Trusts & Foundations team.
Ultimately, this work will enable Home-Start UK to support more families with young children through challenging times.
