We are recruiting for a temporary supporter care officer for a leading social welfare charity , looking for someone to cove workload for the next 6 to 8 weeks. You will be responsible for accurately capturing data across different channels and the processing of all donations received by post, phone, and BACS and supporting the team where needed.

The Role
To ensure all donations, enquiries, and supporter correspondence are promptly and accurately processed, recorded, and thanked in line with our policies and within agreed performance indicators.
Carry out the above processes from our Central Office in Ewell on regular basis (in-office work performed on a roto basis, requiring one office day approximately every 3 weeks, as well as 1-2 team days every 6 weeks).
Record and report on written and verbal supporter feedback so that learnings from complaints and positive comments can be implemented into future marketing campaigns.
Identify and implement opportunities to build supporter engagement through creative communications, maximising the effectiveness of our fundraising campaigns.
Maintain existing business-as-usual processes, identifying opportunities to maximise efficiencies where possible.
Work with the Legacy & In Memory Marketing Team to welcome and steward new supporter enquiries, as well as manage processes in relation to tribute funds, allocation of payments and administration of our will-writing service.
Work with the Community & Events Fundraising Team to ensure that income raised on Facebook is processed and thanked appropriately, and to ensure enquiries through the service desk are managed to completion.
Work with the Finance team to ensure delivery of various reconciliation processes.
The Candidate
Knowledge of principles of excellent customer service.
Experience of fundraising and/or working in the charity sector.
Knowledge of Gift Aid, fundraising regulation, and the Fundraising Preference Service.
Experience of working with a CRM database.
Experience of processing card payments.
Knowledge of Direct Debit processes.

About the Role
The Senior Impact & Evaluation Adviser will provide expert advice on impact, evaluation, and evidence strategies to impact and learning colleagues in UK country teams (who will lead on individual project design, implementation, data collection and analysis). They will support and provide capacity building for colleagues to embed high-quality design, impact measurement, and evaluation into major new initiatives; and lead UKI's approach to ethical research.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods in social change research. This includes experience in at least one of the following: participatory research (ideally with adults and children), place-based and/or systems change evaluation, and research that explores public attitudes. Ethical rigor is at the heart of what we do, and you will lead our approach to research ethics, ensuring all work meets the highest professional and ethical standards.
In this role, you will:
• Provide expert advice to impact, evaluation, and learning colleagues in country teams on impact frameworks, evidence strategies, evaluation methods, and data strategies – for both place-based work and advocacy strategies
• Ensure that expert advice on impact and evidence strategies balances the need for rigour and pragmatism; reflects the priorities of our impact strategies; and responds appropriately to funder priorities
• Support colleagues with the implementation of impact and evidence strategies, helping colleagues in country teams to overcome challenges with data collection and analysis where needed
• Support colleagues with commissioning external support for evidence and learning, for example, by drawing on external professional networks; and advising on specifications
• Support fundraising by advising senior colleagues on project design, impact measurement, and evaluation approaches for major new initiatives
• Lead work with a range of colleagues to identify and respond to professional development needs and opportunities around impact measurement and evaluation
• Explore opportunities for shared learning and practice improvement across impact, evaluation, and learning with SCUK colleagues and partners, such as by convening internal or external networks / communities of practice

We are looking for someone with the following experience, competencies, and skills:
• Significant experience of designing and implementing evaluation or research strategies to support social change in complex systems
• Extensive experience applying a range of qualitative and quantitative methods in evaluation, impact measurement, and evidence generation
• Experience in participatory research with adults and children, place-based and/or systems change evaluation, and ideally public attitudes research
• In-depth knowledge of research and evaluation ethics, including ethics review processes
• Proven ability to coach and advise others in an empowering way that builds the skills and expertise of colleagues
• Proven ability to communicate and build support for the purpose and execution of different impact, evaluation, and evidence approaches to non-specialists
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to understand the needs of others and offer pragmatic solutions
• Ability to work across multiple projects and teams at the same time; prioritise own time well to meet agreed objectives; and set clear boundaries for own workload

In this role, you'll be primarily externally focused, using your network and relationship building expertise to cultivate influential relationships at all levels across Financial Services Industry. What will I be doing?
Defining and implementing a strategy to secure new large-scale opportunities within the Financial Services sector, acting as the influential specialist to share and build sector specific knowledge across the whole team
Using your Financial Services sector knowledge and commercial acumen, being accountable for building and managing a pipeline of high-value, multi-year opportunities progressing these through the sales stages and tracking performance
Engaging and influencing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders across all levels to gather insights and identify new opportunities which contribute to the Business Development team strategy
Ensuring a strong understanding of CRUK's priorities and existing activities in your focus area
Being the CRUK specialist in your focus area and building your knowledge of it to a high standard which drives results
Using the wide portfolio of products and awareness of CRUK's strategic aims to develop and deliver bespoke, compelling engagement plans for identified prospects
Working with the Senior Managers on your area of focus and identify opportunities for prospects
Delivering against Business Development targets, reporting on progress and risks to the Senior Manager and working with them to identify and implement contingency plans
Working with the Delivery and Operations, Legal and Relationship Management teams to ensure all due diligence and legal processes are adhered to, including compliance criteria for CRUK.

Responsibilities

The post-holder will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our service, ensuring that individuals receive consistent, high-quality care that aligns with best practice guidelines and upholds professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
This post-holder will be responsible for fulfilling the following duties:
- Good medical care: Provide a clinical assessment, including relevant psychiatric and
physical investigation, of a wide range of substance misusers presenting to the service. - Review and Monitor: patients’ treatment progress (including results of urinalysis and other laboratory investigations).
- Documenting: To keep accurate appropriate and up-to-date medical and administrative documentation including computer records.
- Specialist Assessments: Provide specialist prescribing assessments to opiate, stimulant, tranquilizer, barbiturate and alcohol dependent clients.
- Working with others: Attend multidisciplinary meetings, promoting the nomination of named link workers and actively supporting the implementation of integrated care pathways.
- Represent Change Grow Live: Represent the service at a range of meetings with other
professionals and agencies in order to evaluate, monitor and develop treatment services for substance misusers and minimise barriers to treatment. - Maintaining good medical practice: participate in continuing professional development, annual appraisal and revalidation and to join appropriate supervision and PDP groups for the role.
About You:
- Medical Degree and completion of Basic Medical Training.
- Full GMC-UK Registration with License to Practice.
- Experience in delivering evidence based treatments in Substance Misuse
- Good knowledge of addiction psychiatry and legislation relating to Mental Health
- Demonstrable ability to work independently with minimal consultant supervision.
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting and with other agencies.
- Evidence of participation in Clinical Audit.
- Experience in working with substance misuse and mental health issues.

The Senior Grants Officer will support the Finance Manager in maintaining the smooth running of grants and bursaries giving process. Centre 33’s Wellbeing team offer a diverse support offer to (primarily) young people aged 13-25 and founded in the principles of low intensity CBT (Guided Self Help). The team design psychoeducational and wellbeing strategy- based resources for use both internally (social media campaigns and website) and externally (eg. schools). · To deliver regular 121 and group clinical supervision to both qualified and trainee CWPs, ensuring delivery of high-quality, young person centred, brief outcome focused evidence-based interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties. · To ensure supervision of trainees is aligned with teachings of AFC CWP Supervisor training. · To ensure all necessary elements required by AFC from Supervisors for trainee CWPs is completed and submitted within deadlines. · To ensure supervision is delivered within the context of Centre 33 ethos, values and approach. · To liaise regularly with Senior/Team Leads to communicate progress of trainees · To communicate any identified training/ development for supervisees. · To identify and appropriately share with senior any areas of concern relating to professional practice/conduct. · To contribute towards probationary reviews and annual appraisals. · Oversee the professional integrity of the work the CWP is doing. · Engage in annual 121 meetings with Clinical Lead to review supervisory practice. · Keep professional boundaries about confidentiality appropriately within Centre 33 and outside it, and assist the CWP do so too. · Be familiar with and act within the policies, guidelines and ethos of Centre 33 and the BACP/BACPP code of ethics & practice, and to support the CWP to do the same. · Be available to CWPs in crisis work, if required. · Ensure that all supervisory administration is undertaken as appropriate · Ensure their own supervision, professional development, accreditation or professional registration requirements are fulfilled with particular focus in remaining updated on themes effecting clients in the C33 age range. · Maintain excellent standards of communication and organisation around sessions. How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.
