As Head of Membership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CFG’s charity and corporate membership recruitment and retention strategy. You will have a ‘digital first’ mindset, and can ensure data, systems and processes are developed to meet organisational goals.
We are seeking someone who is a membership expert, has proven business development skills, is comfortable with attaining large financial and commercial targets, is hands-on, and is able to analyse data and draw insights from macro and microenvironments, in order to build a strong engagement and retention strategy. You are able to strike a superb balance between commercial acumen and member service provision, so that our offerings are tailored, sustainable and effective.
A natural leader, you will guide the charity membership and corporate member teams and share expertise and knowledge with colleagues across the organisation. You will be a people person, a strong networker comfortable addressing members at events, and have the ability to influence, negotiate and be at ease liaising with senior executives and Board of Trustees.

The Woodland Trust is looking for a Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) Manager to lead the development and delivery of BNG projects across the Woodland Trust estate, including identifying and managing on-site opportunities and habitat banks.
The Role:
- Build and manage relationships with local authorities, partners, and internal teams to unlock BNG opportunities aligned with our Create and Restore goals.
- Coordinate BNG activities and governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, robust delivery frameworks, and effective reporting across the organisation.

Role summary and purpose
This role is responsible for managing and developing the charity’s portfolio of Trusts and Foundations, securing significant gifts and growing the long-term potential of this portfolio. Glitch is looking for an Advocacy and Communications Manager to help support the charity's work — ensuring technology does not further or replicate discrimination towards Black women and gender-expansive people. This position offers the opportunity to lead on UK tech policy developing and promoting our Black feminist approach to key UK legislation through advocacy and communications to relevant audiences and stakeholders.
Specifically, you will lead on our tech-facilitated gender-based violence issue area, working on the Online Safety Act and engaging with relevant government ministers and parliamentarians, as well as our online violence against women coalition partners, and the Online Safety Act Network. Support the Advocacy Director in the delivery of the Mitigation strand of advocacy work.

Concern Worldwide (Northern Ireland) is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Shop Manager on a part time, 12 month fixed term basis for our Boutique charity shop on the Lisburn Road in Belfast.
About the role:
To support the Shop Manager with all aspects of managing the shop, including recruiting and leading the volunteer team in order to maximise the income generated for Concern’s work.

About you:

CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT

Appointment will be subject to a six-month probationary period
Salary: £23,107 - £25,674 full time (pro rata based on 28 hours - £18,485.6 - £20,539.2 per annum).

The Scientific Communications and Content Assistant will support us to deliver our scientific communications strategy by helping to draft, design and publish engaging content for our print and digital platforms. This includes assisting with the creation of visual and written content that effectively convey complex scientific information to our diverse audiences.
