Experience and Skills:
- Previous Advice Role: Experience in an advice role with an understanding of how to develop the support we offer.
- Team Leader/Senior Experience: Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a senior role is desirable but we are open to developing the right person.
- Phone-Based Experience: Preferably in a triage/advice role, but general customer service experience is also suitable.
- Empathy and Support: Demonstrated empathy with a strong desire to help and support customers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong administrative and reporting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continuous improvement and service enhancement.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Training and Development Officer, you will be working directly with teachers and other education staff supporting their journeys in taking curriculum learning and play outside and to utilise their school grounds. You will deliver LtL’s training and projects within diverse communities across a significant geographical area. This role is part of our exciting new climate change education initiative. · Experience of delivering projects with diverse communities
· Experience of training and advising educational staff in primary or secondary schools.
· Experience of delivering outdoor nature-based and curriculum linked learning activities

You'll be an experienced qualified High Intensity Therapist with BABCP accreditation who likes working as part of a supportive team to help clients who struggle with common mental health problems such as anxiety and/or depression.

The regional model in the devolved nations remains the same: there are 3 regions in Scotland, 2 in Wales and 1 region in Northern Ireland.
Last year we began gradually recruiting the consultancy services of regional clinical leads in each of the 7 regions in England, to help us deliver this new model.

Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service.
