Job description

The BDA Membership, Marketing and Communications Team is seeking a Membership Data Officer. The successful candidate should have previous experience working at a membership association and managing backend membership processes. They will understand the member journey, and has a strong eye for detail. You will be an experienced CRM user, with knowledge of ThankQ CRM (an Access product) desirable, as well as confidence in training and empowering other staff to manage and report on data. 

The role will be required to provide regular data analysis and reporting to colleagues, leading on improving the collection, interrogation and quality of organisational data. The role will manage all member processes, including join and renewal, working closely with colleagues in other teams to ensure an effective end to end member journey. This role will also hold GDPR responsibilities and will work closely with other members of the team on member communications, marketing and digital development.
