As a vital part of the safeguarding team, the Trainer and Facilitator will play a key role in developing and delivering safeguarding training across the Diocese. This includes ensuring that all those with safeguarding responsibilities are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and understanding necessary to recognise, respond to, and prevent abuse, and to create safe and caring church communities.
The role requires both strong organisational and interpersonal skills. The postholder will deliver training online and in person, adapting content and delivery methods to meet diverse learning needs and contexts. They will also monitor compliance and engagement with training across the Diocese, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for leadership and governance bodies.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
Training Delivery
To deliver training both in person and on-line, in Safeguarding leadership, and raising awareness of Domestic Abuse, including evaluating pre and post training session work
Safeguarding Training Coordination:
Coordination of the diocesan safeguarding learning and development programme, ensuring alignment with national frameworks and standards.
Training Administration and Record Management:
Organise around 80 training sessions annually, managing bookings, materials, publicity, and attendance records, and maintaining accurate safeguarding training data for individuals and parishes.
Reporting and Team Support:
Produce reports and statistics on training compliance and trends
We are looking for someone with:
· A qualification or demonstratable experience in training or education.
· Demonstratable experience in evaluating pre and post training session work.
· Demonstratable safeguarding experience.
· Good clear communication skills, in particular a friendly and sensitive training delivery manner, and confidence in in running Zoom and Teams for training.
· High level of ICT and database skills, in particular the ability to input data accurately and extract reports as required.
· Understanding and assurance of absolute confidentiality in relation to records held in safeguarding files and databases

This is a fantastic chance to join the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, working within the Active Journeys team as our new Project Officer.
As the Project Officer you will be required to play a dynamic role in delivering a variety of walking, wheeling, and cycling projects that make a real difference to people's lives.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering practical activities for young people in schools, supporting the implementation of School Streets to create safer and healthier environments, and working closely with the National Cycle Network and Infrastructure teams on community engagement for related schemes. You will engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships to ensure the successful delivery of projects, and will also be responsible for integrating Sustrans volunteers into your work to help maximise impact and community involvement.

About the role
We are excited to be recruiting a Programme Officer for The Scholars Programme to join the Programme Management Team and support us to deliver the goals set out in Join the Club, our ambitious strategy for 2021-2026.
The Programme Officer role is essential to the delivery of high-quality Scholars Programme placements. Each Programme Officer in the team manages a cluster of placements, working with teachers to arrange programme logistics and PhD tutors to deliver their courses in schools. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders and securing high data returns to help track pupil outcomes are key priorities for this role. We are now looking for an experience Domestic Abuse Officer to provide an effective, efficient, and supportive service to women who are victims of domestic abuse providing emotional, practical and welfare support. As our Domestic Abuse Officer, you will provide a high-quality pro-active service to victims of domestic abuse and other forms of VAWG in either 1:1 or group settings delivering a service to those at medium and low risk.
As a Domestic Abuse Officer, your responsibilities will be:
· To work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse.
· To ensure that women are enabled to access their rights and are informed about their options.
· To reach out to survivors of domestic abuse and raise awareness of domestic abuse and local services offered.
· To support and implement the aims and objectives of Young Ladies Club ensuring that all work is undertaken in accordance with Young Ladies Club policies and procedures.
· To facilitate or co-facilitate the support groups
· To facilitate the provision of culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions and counselling services.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Demonstrable qualifications and/or experience in the field of domestic violence accommodation and support.
· An excellent working knowledge of key issues faced by black and minoritised women who have experienced Domestic Abuse and VAWG. Able to apply this knowledge at a practical level.
· Experience of identifying and responding to the risks to and needs of survivors of domestic
violence
· Experience of working with vulnerable women at least some of which are women or girls affected by domestic abuse and other forms of gender-based violence.
· A sound working knowledge of the practical, emotional, social and economic issues facing black and minoritised women and girls affected by domestic, and intimate relationship abuse

This position sits in the Awards Management Unit (AMU), in CRRD. The role is part of the Global Business Development – Donor Engagement Team, which has the responsibility of being the internal donor focal point as well as managing the relationship with our key institutional donors. The Frameworks Officer will support the Frameworks & Global Awards Team/Donor Engagement Team in managing multi-country awards and supporting strategic donor engagement. The Web and Editorial Officer is part of the Digital Content and Products team. We are responsible for the strategic development and optimisation of our digital platforms to ensure our websites resonate with our audiences and uphold our brand values and identity.

At Ambitious about Autism, we're currently looking for a Youth Engagement Officer – Autistic and OK to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract.
The Youth Engagement Officer will play a central role in ensuring autistic young people are meaningfully involved in shaping and delivering the next phase of the Autistic and OK programme. You will support the co-design and development of new peer-led workshops for the schools toolkit and developing resources for a whole school approach, collaborating with colleagues in the Participation team and a diverse group of autistic young people.
You will coordinate the recruitment, induction and ongoing support of our autistic programme ambassadors ensuring that their contributions are valued, inclusive and impactful. The role will involve facilitating engagement sessions and workshops with autistic young people, enabling them to co-produce programme content and participate in media, advocacy and public engagement opportunities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Considerable experience in youth work, participation, community engagement, or a related field.
- Experience of working directly with young people, particularly neurodivergent young people, and facilitating their meaningful involvement in projects, workshops or campaigns, including both in-person and online formats.
- Proven experience of co-design or co-production with young people, with a strong understanding of inclusive and accessible facilitation practices.
- Understanding of autism and the barriers that autistic young people may face in education and participation settings.

About Sculpt UK
Sculpt is a UK-based charity with over 20 years’ experience, who support young people to shape their own future. Our vision is that we live in a society where young people can be fulfilled through their education, work and participation in wider society. The need for our work is clear given the increasing problems young people face and their lack of confidence and awareness regarding their journey into the world of work.
We run a range of bespoke programmes that work directly with young people in conjunction with partners - schools, careers hubs, employers, local government and further/higher education. Sculpt addresses interconnected areas that contribute towards our vision: Employability, Youth Voice and Leadership, and Community Action. We build the skills and experience of young people focusing on the transitions between school, education and work. What are we looking for?
Sculpt UK is hiring a bookings coordinator and youth programme officer who would deliver our direct intervention work with young people aged 12-16 with a focus on skills building around employment through our holistic work experience programmes. Approximately 75% of our under 16s work involves working with young people who have SEND or who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in employment, education or training). Training on working specifically with SEND students will be offered to the successful applicant.
The role will also manage our bookings with schools and individuals across projects. This job is a 70/30 split between Youth Programme Officer and Bookings Coordinator.
Responsibilities :
Youth Programme Officer:

Adhere to Sculpt UK’s safeguarding practices and procedures at all time

Deliver funded programmes focused on youth employability, leadership and youth voice in line with Sculpt UK’s delivery style and ethos

Work with other Youth Programme Officers to successfully to deliver projects and support in data collection required for reporting

Use their experience and knowledge of the issues affecting young people to tailor the workshops accordingly to age, need and interest

Facilitate workshops on topics such as communication, gender stereotypes, social media, finance & skills, teamwork

The Role
The Finance department provides the complete finance function which includes payroll to the whole organisation overseeing all the 165 services across England and the Isle of Man, addressing all issues and processing payments to meet the demands of staff and external agencies.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the income and credit control functions, whilst ensuring information is accurately processed in a timely manner and made available to users. You will be a confident communicator and comfortable working in a small team environment where priorities can change at short notice.
Main Responsibilities:
- To raise sales invoices and, capture and recognise all non-invoiced income in the relevant period.
- Carry out account reconciliations relating to Credit Control in the balance sheet and income accounts including analysis of aged debtors.
- To maintain debtors’ database, deal with queries and to undertake the reconciliation of debtors’ accounts.
- To be responsible for the accuracy of postings to the nominal ledger within given deadlines.
- To ensure payments of invoices and all other fees/income are received within the stated period.
- To maintain, and reconcile, the organisations bank accounts,
- Assisting with the preparation of quarterly and year-to-date returns and monitoring forms to funders, and the annual external audit.
- To organise workload to ensure monthly reporting deadlines are met.
- To maintain good communication between project managers and the management accounts team.
- To ensure that queries are prioritized and responded to within a reasonable timescale.
- Carry out ad-hoc projects and analysis as required.
- To maintain filing and other information storage systems to ensure that up to date information is readily available when required on management accounts.

Skills and Qualifications
- A qualification in accounting/finance or significant experience working in a finance/accounting role.
- Experience using computerised accounting systems. Knowledge of Sun will be an advantage.
- A good understanding of accounting concepts including their application.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to think creatively and decisively to solve problems.
- Demonstrable ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively, both internally within and across teams, and with external partners.
- A high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office, in particular use of Excel to manipulate data.
- Experience of generating management information reports
- Experience in preparing balance sheet reconciliations, including experience on month-end closure.
