The Willesden Area Director of Ministry is a senior member of the Willesden Area Team, responsible for providing visionary leadership and ensuring good management of key ministry initiatives. Specifically, the postholder oversees fostering vocations to lay and ordained ministries, directing ordinands, supervising post ordination training, overseeing clergy ministerial review, development, and training, facilitating lay training programmes, holding diocesan Clergy Well-being portfolio. As a senior member of the Willesden Area Team the Area Director of Ministry will also contribute to strategic planning and implementation of ministry objectives within the Area.

• Supports ordinands through training, collaborating with TEIs.

Key Responsibilities

The role will include a mixture of fast-paced and impactful response-mode funding, and working closely with applicants to shape large-scale strategic research initiatives.  Each role will be responsible for a different area of our research portfolio, as follows:

• Role 1: Delivering discovery and translational research funding, including a national large-scale programmatic research funding scheme.

We are seeking a dedicated Foundation Manager to oversee the operational and strategic management of the James Marshall Foundation.

The JMF has an endowment and as such, our focus is on the effective distribution of funds to support our objectives and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the charity.

We are seeking a Fundraising Manager to help us achieve our income goals, which will, in turn, enable the Trust to have an even greater impact within the Brentford heartlands. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Property and Asset Manager to lead the Council's property function. This role encompasses strategic planning, development, and management of the Council's non-housing property portfolios (operational, leisure & heritage, community and commercial assets). About you
