Treasures Foundation provides housing and support for women recovering from addiction, trauma, and involvement with the criminal justice system. We are now seeking an experienced Waking Night Keyworker to oversee all aspects of our first stage housing during the night, based at our Newham, East London homes from 10pm to 8am. The main role is to support the residents in daily living activities of an evening and morning and be available for support throughout the night. Staff will also be expected to maintain professional development through online training and maintain the monitoring system ensuring it is up to date.
Key Responsibilities
The Waking Night Keyworker will report directly to the Specialist Support Manager and will play a critical role in maintaining the effective running of Treasures Foundation’s supported housing. The core responsibilities include:
Beneficiary support
· Support beneficiaries in the evening, communicating with them about their day or any difficulties that have arisen for them
·Take a holistic approach to support beneficiary needs, seeking and highlighting opportunities for change at the individual’s and project level
· Remain awake for the entirety of the shift, aside from a two hour break, ensuring you are available for beneficiaries to approach if needed
· Interact with the beneficiaries in the morning
· Verbal and written handover to staff in the morning
Reporting and Compliance
· Use on call if needed in an emergency
· Ensure our monitoring system Lamplight is up to date
· Complete online training
· Gather data for monitoring and evaluation

Partnerships Executive (Interim)
The Partnerships Executive plays a key role in developing CST’s commercial relationships. Their primary responsibility is to secure conference exhibition sales to meet budget targets and manage all aspects of the exhibitor experience from prospecting to on-the-day support, to post-event communications. Purpose of the job:
To assist in maximising the potential for union growth, development and success through managing and supporting the work of the department/unit, in line with PCS policy and our ethos as an organising union.
To create design solutions to PCS staff, members and reps, that align with the unions brand guidelines, standards and objectives.

Main duties and responsibilities
1.Design
- Conceive, develop and create compelling graphics for campaigns, reports, newsletters, social media, websites, videos and event materials
- Help maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across all union communications
- Work collaboratively with others to design and deliver inclusive and accessible content that meet the needs of all users
- Create infographics and data visualisations to simplify complex information
- Execute multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Prepare artwork, reports and other documents for print production and digital use
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
- Ensure all photography and illustration reflects PCSs Equal Opportunities Policy
- Work with colleagues across PCS to ensure timely planning of communications work ahead of key events, ballots, etc

We are looking for someone with a passion to improve healthcare for babies born premature or sick, through the leadership of Bliss’ major practice improvement programme, the Bliss Baby Charter.
The Baby Charter is a national accreditation programme being undertaken by most neonatal units in the UK. It aims to improve outcomes for babies born premature or sick by encouraging neonatal healthcare professionals to involve parents in the care of their baby. This is known as Family Integrated Care, or FICare.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

The Marketing and Communications Officer is an important role at the College as you will proactively support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and activities, helping to ensure that the RCPCH continues to lead the way in children’s health.
As Marketing and Communications Officer, you will create high-quality and compelling content in multiple formats, ensuring it is on-brand, whilst also taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of paid marketing campaigns across social media and other channels.
A key member of the marketing team and reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will proactively work with stakeholders to gather required content and assets to ensure College marketing priorities are carefully planned and scheduled. You will analyse reporting data to improve marketing performance, whilst frequently liaising with stakeholders to suggest enhancements and improvements and advising on how to optimise.
