About The Role
We are looking for an Operations Administration Assistant to provide efficient and proactive administrative and operational support to the Senior Management Team, and the wider operations and regional team as required. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of services by coordinating documentation, supporting data processes, and assisting with project implementation across the Trust’s care environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Team Support
- Managing calendar, travel bookings, and expense submissions.
- Prepare and format professional reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Assist in producing communication materials, including brochures and digital content.
2. Operational Coordination
- Monitor and report on incidents, accidents, and key compliance data across services.
- Collate and maintain the KPI data from care homes and villages.
- Manage the rollout and filing of operational documents and ensure version control.
- Support collection and sharing of service updates with internal stakeholders.
3. Project Support
- Assist in implementing strategic and business continuity plans.
- Coordinate with general managers and regional managers to track project milestones.
- Maintain project documentation and follow up on action items.
4. Administrative Services
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to Operations, HR, and property teams.
- Maintain operational records, databases, and inventory systems.
- Schedule meetings, support event planning, and manage operational logistics.
5. Compliance & Process Support
- Ensure documentation and communications comply with the Trust’s policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
6. Executives’ PA Support
- To provide support and cover to the Executives PA as required.
About You
The ideal person will be friendly and approachable and understand the importance of attention to detail. It is important you have the ability to prioritise tasks, have a flexible approach and good time management skills. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal are essential.

The Governance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the organisation to adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, reducing the risk of non-compliance, fines, or reputational damage. They ensure policies and procedures align with governance standards and industry regulations.
What you'll do:
* Risk Panel Coordination: Manage and facilitate the full end-to-end process, including scheduling, document collation, and stakeholder engagement.
* Financial Administration: Process invoices and raise purchase orders in line with company procedures.
* Insurance Claims Management: Investigate, administer, and liaise with insurers and colleagues regarding company insurance claims.
* Whistleblowing Case Handling: Receive, allocate, and review whistleblowing complaints, including manning the helpline on a rota basis.
* Land Registry Assistance: Support colleagues with Land Registry searches and the procurement of copy title registers and plans.
* Legal Liaison: Work closely with solicitors on property transactions involving LACS and its subsidiaries.
* Governance Documentation Management: Ensure key governance documents are maintained, reviewed regularly and kept up to date.
* Coordination of the Contract Management documentation - gathering and keeping record of contract documentation
* Key Regulatory Filing - supporting the Director of Governance to complete online and physical filling requirements for Companies House, RSH etc.
* Maintaining online filing system - keep the Diligent Board portal and SharePoint filing up to date in an organised structure.

We are currently looking for an HR People Partner – ER and Projects to join our team.
About the role
We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated team player to join our HR department. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this postholder will work closely with the two HR People Partners. The post holder will lead and manage all formal employee relations cases whether it be disciplinaries, grievances or complaints. They will also Project manage and deliver on HR projects including the development of new initiatives and HR policy updates.
Responsibilities
- To lead and manage employee relations activity across the charity by working closely with the key stakeholders.
- To provide guidance and advise senior managers in line with MSSC policies, employment legislation and ACAS Code of Practice regarding complex HR situations.
- To lead and take notes at all MSSC disciplinaries, grievances and formal complaints to support the process. These could include conduct, performance management/capability, absence management. grievances, bullying and harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing etc.
- Ensure appropriate documentation of cases including file notes, correspondence, accurate meeting minutes etc, ensuring their employee file is kept up to date and organised.
- To provide support to the HR People Partners on broader ER issues, if necessary, such as absence management/OH referrals, performance management/PIPs.
- To support and assist the Director of HR and the team on a range of HR projects and initiatives.
- To develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and guidance documents, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
- Manage the appraisal process including launch communications, monitoring completions and reviewing forms for any ER issues and logging training needs.
- Lead the annual staff survey launch and collation and analysis of data.
- To cover for the Director of HR and other team members as required.
Requirements
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Strong experience of leading employee relations cases and advising senior management
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
- Strong organisational skills – the ability to juggle a demanding workload and manage priorities and working under pressure and takes pride in producing high quality work
- Strong communication and influencing skills; clarity in writing style and verbal expression
- Excellent interpersonal skills – friendly, approachable and professional
- Experience of managing HR projects and leading through to effective delivery
- Strong attention to detail and the drive to get things right first time
