The Training Team is part of Business Development and delivers high quality, evidence based mental health training to organisations across Leeds and Yorkshire. Our training helps workplaces build awareness, confidence and practical skills to support mental health and wellbeing for their employees.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, engaging and experienced Mental Health & Wellbeing Trainer to join our growing Business Development team who can deliver, develop and continuously improve high-quality learning experiences. You will deliver a wide range of training to corporate clients, using interactive, inclusive and evidence-based approaches. Alongside delivery, you will play a key role in developing innovative training products and ensuring our offer remains relevant, engaging and impactful for modern workplaces. You will also support the wider success of the training service, including contributing to income generation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement through feedback and evaluation. Working with a range of corporate clients, you will understand their needs and help shape training solutions that deliver both impact and value.

Essential Skills and Experience:

The Role:
Develop annual delivery plans and lead delivery of individual giving fundraising products to achieve budget net income, working across products including: on and offline cash appeals; supporter newsletters; regular giving; gifts in celebration; and incentivised giving.
Project manage all elements required to deliver planned activities, including: producing plans, budgets and briefs; liaising with internal teams and external suppliers/agencies; writing and reviewing copy; and proofing artwork.
Plan and deliver the Hospice’s flagship in memory appeal, ‘Light up a Life’, including a cash appeal, local remembrance services, public dedication list instalments and a community radio show.
Monitor and evaluate income and expenditure, taking corrective action when necessary to reach targets.
The Candidate:
Experience of individual giving / direct marketing within the not-for-profit sector, or comparable experience within the commercial sector.
Experience of using a variety of on- and offline channels to deliver successful marketing campaigns to acquire and develop donors / customers, including direct mail, email and social channels.
Experience of managing income and expenditure budgets, including reforecasting, and setting and monitoring performance against KPIs.

What the job involves
We’re looking an Events and Community Coordinator to join our Events and Community Team. We’re a results-driven team focused on maximising opportunities, reaching ambitious goals, and delivering an outstanding experience for our supporters.
Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:
· our own events (e.g. March for Men)
· virtual products (e.g. The Month Series)
· third party events (e.g. London Marathon)
· Golf Days
· helping community fundraisers who organise their own activity
You’ll be our first point of contact for our fundraisers, providing admin and support through telephone, email, and social media channels. You’ll build and manage relationships with existing and new supporters. From registration to the end of their supporter journey you'll help motivate during challenges, offer fundraising advice and ensure thanks at the end of a first-class experience.
Whilst each Coordinator has a primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also work across teams to support where needed during busy periods of activity. This role sits within the Community Fundraising sub-team, supporting people organising their own fundraiser, from bake sales to head shaves and unique walking and cycling challenges. Day-to-day, you’ll manage our inbox and proactively reach out to new fundraisers to offer support and guidance, as well as delivering core processes like thanking, fulfilment and volunteer management in collaboration with other internal teams.
You’ll also work with our Communications teams. This supports the planning and delivery of our activity. You'll help engage with our digital adverts and identify compelling supporter stories. This helps to raise the profile of our fundraising activity, as well as prostate cancer and Prostate Cancer UK.

The Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) is seeking a Head of Membership to lead and develop the RCSLT’s membership function, ensuring cohesive delivery across membership operations, member support and member journeys.

The RCSLT is the professional body for speech and language therapists across the UK. The RCSLT has over 24,000 members and employs around 65 staff predominately based in a London office. The RCSLT also has offices in Belfast, Edinburgh, and Cardiff.

The role
The Membership Team delivers an indispensable, personalised and insight‑driven experience. Our vision is for every therapist to feel supported, connected and valued through exceptional service. We empower members at all stages of their careers by linking them to the right resources and communities and supporting them through key transitions. We own and lead the Member Value Proposition (MVP) to ensure members feel they receive strong value for money, protecting the organisation’s core income stream.
Reporting to Director of Membership and Communications, the post holder has delegated authority for operational membership decision‑making, acting as the organisational steward of the Member Value Proposition and representing member needs across the organisation. The post holder is to lead and develop the RCSLT’s membership function, ensuring cohesive delivery across membership operations, member support and member journeys.
The role is also responsible for implementing a clear, insight‑informed membership plan that supports retention, value for money and the effective delivery of the organisation’s core membership fee income stream, ensuring high‑quality experiences and strong cross‑organisational alignment.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Head of Membership who can lead and evolve our membership and engagement function. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of membership lifecycle management, value proposition development and insight-led decision-making, with the ability to translate data into clear priorities and improved member experiences. They will have proven experience leading teams and managing people in a fast-paced, changing environment and working cross-functionally to achieve organisational goals. Confidence in using and championing CRM systems as a core organisational asset is essential, alongside a solid understanding of data protection and GDPR.
The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and influencer, able to present recommendations to senior leadership and build strong stakeholder relationships. They will be skilled in driving digital adoption, supporting teams through change and embedding continuous improvement approaches. A calm, structured and solutions-focused mindset is key, as is a commitment to a member-centred approach and high-quality service delivery, including oversight of complaints processes.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Regional Fundraising this is an exciting role leading our ambitious vision for this area of our team. Worth currently over £2m annually we are looking to grow our income from third party and owned products and events.
You will provide strategic leadership to the Mass Participation team (2 direct reports and accountability for a further 6) as well as playing an active leadership role across the Regional Fundraising Team and Mass Engagement department, contributing to the wider directorate goals and objectives.
You will be an innovative thinker with the ability to review our existing programme, the wider market environment and identify opportunities for supporter acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will oversee a customer-centric approach where supporters receive an outstanding experience and feel proud of their continued contribution.
Key responsibilities will include:

· New fundraising product development
· Strategic leadership of a geographically dispersed team, embedding a culture of high performance
· Setting meaningful income and expenditure budgets and being able to accurately re-forecast putting action plans in place to mitigate shortfalls.
