Purpose of this role.
This role is central to driving our work forward. You will play a key part in ensuring the next generation gains essential oracy skills by managing and delivering the sales of the English-Speaking Union’s educational products. These include our signature ‘Discover Your Voice’ student oracy workshops and our Teacher Oracy CPD sessions for schools and other educational settings in England and Wales, with potential to expand to international schools.
You will lead the full sales process from start to finish. This includes generating leads, responding to enquiries, securing bookings and overseeing the delivery of workshops and training. You will be proactive, motivated and confident working with a high degree of initiative. Working closely with the Director of Education, you will help build an effective sales operation that ensures thousands of young people and teachers benefit from high-quality oracy opportunities.
About the role and responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can:

Own the lifecycle of sales of our education products, building positive relationships to ensure repeat business

Collaborate with the ESU Marketing Team and Director of Education to develop the messaging and assets needed to promote our offers

Respond to and follow-up on leads and warm conversations to move prospects through the sales pipeline

Implement plans designed to generate leads of sales to schools (secondary and primary), Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), and other partners

Manage the delivery of the workshops by being point of contact for Lead Teachers, appointing freelance Oracy Leaders to deliver the work and providing communication, support and resources as necessary

Build the ESU network, connecting with teachers and MAT contacts to generate sales. This includes proactive outreach to new schools and MATs for new business, as well as working with existing clients.

Use Salesforce to manage all programme delivery including tracking all account communication, reporting on sales pipelines including new business and renewals

Devise the sales strategies and execute the plans to generate leads and interest from international schools

Collect data for monitoring (student surveys; case studies; teacher surveys)

Work with our pool of delivery staff (Oracy Leaders). This would include clear communications before and after workshop delivery, booking staff onto workshops, liaising with finance and HR when necessary.

CXK delivers the Steps to Success programme across East Sussex, in partnership with East Sussex County Council.
Funded by the Careers Enterprise Company, this exciting project delivers a tested model across secondary schools, supporting young people in year 11 to achieve successful post 16 pathways.
The Team
The Project Coach will be based within CXK’s Youth Employability Service (YES) and will undertake regular careers-based interventions with young people, supporting them to understand their options and take steps toward achieving their goals around education, training and /or future employment. The coaches’ approach is focused, creative and persistent, building on young peoples’ confidence and motivation alongside their skills and personal growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Coach.
You will support a caseload of young people in Year 11, seeing them in their school setting or in the community if they are not attending school. Working across the East of the county, with schools and FE Colleges you will play a key role in ensuring that young people receive the tailored guidance and support they need to progress confidently into further education, training, or employment. You will build positive working relationships through co-located working, and accurate input into relevant databases.
You will maintain regular contact with the young people you support, building trust and ensuring that casework is delivered with care and consistency. Your role will involve assessing needs, action planning, reviewing progress, and adapting support as required. Also supporting parents/carers to be aware of their young person’s next steps and the opportunities available.
About You
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working with young people, especially SEND and Risk of NEET young people, who understands the post-16 education and training landscape and the importance of person-centred support. You will be a confident communicator and collaborator, able to manage your caseload and make a genuine impact on the lives of the young people you support.

What does this role do?

The Service Desk is embarking on an exciting time as we look to create lots of new processes, procedures and working practices. The Service Desk will become the Single Point of Contact for all IT related incidents and requests.
As Junior Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of a small and dedicated team triaging, logging, assigning, and resolving Incidents and Requests for our Charity staff and volunteers in both of our business and retail areas. Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to own the transition to a new, user-centred Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Bynder, at a pivotal moment in our modernisation journey.
Working with the Senior Product Manager for Brand Systems, you'll ensure Bynder evolves to meet user and organisational needs, acting as our central hub for visual brand assets. You'll support data migration, contribute to metadata and tagging strategies, and help improve our current processes to strengthen the Brand & Marketing team's vision and responsibilities.
You'll work closely with our communications teams, as well as colleagues across the organisation in frontline science, membership and fundraising roles. You'll also manage and support relationships with creative and strategic partners to make sure our systems deliver imagery that reflects the breadth of our conservation work and the diversity of the communities we represent for nature.

- Support the configuration and ongoing optimisation of Bynder to meet internal user needs across brand, marketing and communications teams, as well as the wider organisation and creative and commercial partners.

Purpose of the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving and growing fundraising team with a new, ambitious strategy for income generation that the whole charity, senior management and Trustees are right behind.
The role itself is new as Cerebra looks to invest in and significantly grow and develop a new mass participation events programme (which includes schools fundraising products). You’ll work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications who has a strong background in events and community fundraising.
You will lead the development of virtual/digital fundraising events, challenge/3rd party events, in-person owned events, DIY events and our relationships with schools. In time, you will build and foster relationships with other community organisations. You will be responsible for growing the team as the programme expands. Innovation and product development are key areas of work.
You will play key role in the Fundraising Marketing & Communications directorate and developing our fundraising, audience and supporter engagement strategy.
This is a challenging but well-supported role, where you can make a large, career-defining impact on Cerebra and the children and families that we serve.
Overall budgetary responsibility is approximately £295k of income for 2026, with considerable scope and ambition for improvement.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
1. New events programme

The Candidate
Relevant experience in a similar role with responsibility for planning and managing digital fundraising activities.

As a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Developer you’ll work closely with the Data Team (Data Engineer, Dynamics Specialist, Data Analyst, and Data Lead) to develop, maintain, and optimise our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys building scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM. You’ll take ownership of our 365 development practices, support application lifecycle management across multiple environments, and play a key role in integrating Dynamics with our broader data and application ecosystem.
You'll be part of a team which designs, builds and iterates technical solutions and services for our organisational and deaf community's needs. You will work on discoveries, prototypes and continuous improvements that span the charities cross matrix ways of working. Tou’ll also own the remit of supporting a team of data engineers, analysts, and a Dynamics 365 specialist to facilitate the CRM system that is critical to core business operations and success within the charity sector.
Essential skills
· Solid experience customising and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE through Power Platform solutions, including entities, forms, workflows and automation.
· Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate and Dataverse, with the ability to build scalable, user-focused applications.
· Skilled in creating Dynamics 365 plugins and extensions using .NET / C#, and comfortable working with the Dynamics SDK and APIs.
· Strong experience with using Azure Cloud resources such as Function Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault and other Azure components to support integrations, event-driven processes and secure solution design.
· Practical experience managing D365 application lifecycle management, source code repositories, pipelines and CI/CD processes, ensuring controlled solution deployments across environments.
· Experience connecting Dynamics with other platforms and systems using Logic Apps, SSIS, APIs, JSON and SQL.
· Proficient in required scripting languages such as FetchXML for customising forms and data interactions.
· Good understanding of SQL including writing and optimising queries and stored procedures.
· Exposure to Dynamics Customer Insights Journeys (CI-J) for marketing journeys, email campaigns, marketing lists and subscription centre.
· Strong attention to documentation, testing and version control practices.
· Firm experience of Software Development Lifecycle SDLC best practices.
· Experience within the NFP or Charity sector with exposure to CCDM (common charity data model).
Desirable skills
· Experience working within cross-functional teams that include data and analytics professionals.
· Understanding of Power BI or other data visualisation tools that integrate with Dynamics and Dataverse.
· Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600 or Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
· Awareness of accessibility and usability best practices when building business applications.
· Passion to understand business requirements and needs
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions are easily discussed in a plain English professional language manner.
