About the role
As Senior Supporter Retention Officer (Loyalty and Regular Giving), you will lead the development of supporter-led, multi-channel fundraising campaigns. You’ll design bespoke supporter journeys that build loyalty and develop regular giving campaigns, including upgrade, conversion and reactivation. The Role:
Develop annual delivery plans and lead delivery of individual giving fundraising products to achieve budget net income, working across products including: on and offline cash appeals; supporter newsletters; regular giving; gifts in celebration; and incentivised giving.
Project manage all elements required to deliver planned activities, including: producing plans, budgets and briefs; liaising with internal teams and external suppliers/agencies; writing and reviewing copy; and proofing artwork.
Plan and deliver the Hospice’s flagship in memory appeal, ‘Light up a Life’, including a cash appeal, local remembrance services, public dedication list instalments and a community radio show.
Monitor and evaluate income and expenditure, taking corrective action when necessary to reach targets.
The Candidate:
Experience of individual giving / direct marketing within the not-for-profit sector, or comparable experience within the commercial sector.
Experience of using a variety of on- and offline channels to deliver successful marketing campaigns to acquire and develop donors / customers, including direct mail, email and social channels.
Experience of managing income and expenditure budgets, including reforecasting, and setting and monitoring performance against KPIs.
Experience of audience segmentation and use of data analysis to inform marketing / fundraising activity.

What the job involves
We’re looking an Events and Community Coordinator to join our Events and Community Team. We’re a results-driven team focused on maximising opportunities, reaching ambitious goals, and delivering an outstanding experience for our supporters.
Our team raise funds through a range of activities including:
· our own events (e.g. March for Men)
· virtual products (e.g. The Month Series)
· third party events (e.g. London Marathon)

You’ll be our first point of contact for our fundraisers, providing admin and support through telephone, email, and social media channels. You’ll build and manage relationships with existing and new supporters. From registration to the end of their supporter journey you'll help motivate during challenges, offer fundraising advice and ensure thanks at the end of a first-class experience.
Whilst each Coordinator has a primary area of responsibility across different types of events, you’ll also work across teams to support where needed during busy periods of activity. This role sits within the Community Fundraising sub-team, supporting people organising their own fundraiser, from bake sales to head shaves and unique walking and cycling challenges. Day-to-day, you’ll manage our inbox and proactively reach out to new fundraisers to offer support and guidance, as well as delivering core processes like thanking, fulfilment and volunteer management in collaboration with other internal teams.
You’ll also work with our Communications teams. This supports the planning and delivery of our activity. You'll help engage with our digital adverts and identify compelling supporter stories. Harris Hill is seeking an Individual Giving Manager ASAP for 3-6 months, to replace a leaver and interim recruitment period.
This is a hybrid role, working 1-2dpw in the office, will pay £38-45kpa, and will consider 4 or 5dpw total. The role is also open to possible permanent application when they recruit.
The responsibilities for the interim will include:
Keep the wheels on the current programme
Form part of the panel of Senior IG Officer recruitment
Review and make recommendations for current programme
Complete with support of Head a feasibility study of utilising agencies - we currently do most things inhouse
Project manage the transition of our lottery product to a new supplier (it currently sits inhouse and within our current CRM, but is not going to be housed within our new CRM)
Develop and start to implement a Regular Giving programme - it is one of the highest performing income streams in the programme, but no stewardship or upgrade activity is happening.
Good to know
We are in the middle of CRM transition from DonorFlex to Beacon - don't need to have experience of either, just have good experience of using CRMs to best practise
The current programme is not very sophisticated - no AB testing, very little outsourcing, status of data has limited progress but current workarounds drain resource. So - amazing opportunity for an interim to come in and revolutionise the programme pretty easily

Our client provides retirement services to those who serve or work for the church. Both a regulated pension fund and registered charity, more than 44,000 people rely on them for their pensions. The board also supports 2,500 retired clergy with housing, including managing a national portfolio of 1,200 rented homes and Community Living options.
Supported by a multi-million pound grant from the wider church, they are setting up a new function responsible for engaging with clergy at all stages of life and ministry on their current and future plans, offering access to grants to kick-start saving, bespoke advice at key life stages and tailored products that will provide people more choice about their future. As part of this new function, they are now recruiting for a proactive, empathetic Regional Adviser to deliver personalised support to clergy based across the North East region, helping them with day-to-day financial wellbeing matters, and retirement planning.
Working across Dioceses operating across the North East, you will proactively lead local engagement with clergy through structured, personalised one-to-one conversations, events and outreach, helping to connect individuals with expert advice, guidance, products and services that support their current and future financial plans. As a key point of contact for individuals and dioceses in your region, you’ll champion the needs and experiences of clergy, helping to build confidence about what the future might hold, and connecting people to the right information, products, specialists or local support. To apply for this role you will have demonstrable experience of delivering welfare, casework or financial wellbeing support in a client-facing capacity. You will be a warm, and empathetic communicator with proven experience of building, nurturing and maintaining relationships across multiple organisations and will comfortable adapting approach to meet the specific needs to clients. You will also have experience of planning and delivering local events, workshops or learning sessions. Overall, you will be an organised, proactive self-starter, comfortable working autonomously, managing a varied workload and prioritising fieldwork alongside virtual delivery.

Please note, this is a remote role based in the North East region, with an expectation that you combine virtual delivery with regular local travel and partnership-building. While a lot of delivery can be virtual, applicants should have access to reliable transport and be able to travel when required. A full UK driving licence is essential.

We’re looking for a Senior Innovation and Development Lead to help shape the future of how we grow income and engage customers at the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
This isn’t about theory, it’s about turning bold ideas into real, sustainable income streams. The main focus of this role is developing fundraising and engagement products from new proposition to reimagining traditional engagement models, you’ll take concepts from insight → test → launch → scale.

About you
As our ideal candidate, you’ll bring senior‑level experience in innovation, fundraising or product development, with a clear ability to turn insight into action. You’re commercially minded and creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to move at pace while staying focused on what delivers real value.
You’ll have proven experience leading propositions end‑to‑end from early problem discovery and insight through testing, piloting, scaling and evaluation, all delivered in‑house. You’ve built and refined MVPs and pilots through evidence‑based experimentation, and you’re confident making calls on when to scale, pivot or stop initiatives.
With advance data and insight skills, you can translate complex qualitative and quantitative insight into clear options and recommendations for senior stakeholders. You bring experience building strong business and investment cases, including budgeting and forecasting, as well as taking successful propositions into BAU. Used to working in complex, cross functional environments, you can influence without direct authority and manage interdependencies and governance with clarity.
Working arrangements
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
