Your work will play a key role in creating the context for positive change to improve the lives of vulnerable children, young people and families. You will need experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders to influence policy change, and to be able to demonstrate strong oral and written skills.

You may come from a background in large-scale event operations, network-based service models, or high-growth commercial environments where building for scale was central to your role. Core responsibilities within your role will be to:

- Manage any printed marketing materials such as leaflets, pull up banners, booklets to ensure they are on brand and produced in an environmentally friendly way.
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of managing email campaigns for a variety of audiences, including drafting content, Email Service Provider (ESP) management (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud), A/B testing and performance analysis.
- A good understanding of email data (open rate, click through rate, click through open rate etc.) and how to analyse it in order to inform on-going activity.
- Experience of using a range of analytics tools to help monitor, optimise and evaluate campaign performance including Google Analytics, CRMs and ESPs.
- Experience of using Customer Relationship Management systems (ideally Salesforce) to segment audiences, create campaigns, target audiences and report on activity.
- Experience of managing marketing and communications campaigns across owned, paid and earned channels.
- Management of campaigns and implementing tracking, undertaking evaluation based on performance of KPIs.
- Experience of copywriting and producing content for a range of channels and audiences.

We are looking for a Funding Officer to join the enthusiastic, friendly Liverpool City Region team in the North West Region, primarily focussed on North Liverpool.
This opportunity is a fixed term contract starting September 2025 for 14 months (November 2026)
You will play a major role in ensuring our funding supports a wide variety of communities and places across North Liverpool, Liverpool City Region and the North West region.
As a member of the funding team you will assess applications for funding and manage grants from our Reaching Communities and Partnerships programmes. You will use your local knowledge and experience, and the experience of our grant holders and local stakeholders, to ensure we are making the best decisions on the grants we make. By working closely with people and communities from a defined geographical area, you will understand what matters to them and where our funding can make the biggest difference.
In your role you will work within the Fund’s policies and procedures and the necessary legislation, in line with our vision and principles. You will gain an understanding of our vision, our commitment to equity and inclusion and our funding programmes.
The role is varied and will require you to:
- Be responsible for your own caseload: visiting projects, liaising with grant recipients, identify and manage risks and supporting organisations to delivery their projects and measure their impact.
- Understand and respond to the different needs of our applicants and grant holders by providing advice and feedback and be willing to have challenging but constructive conversations.
- Represent the Fund within your local area, at funding fairs and external meetings and create opportunities for people to come together.

The successful candidate will support our partnerships with companies such as Dyson, The Perfume Shop, Cadbury, and Slimming World while building excellent relationships with supporters from within those organisations. This role will also support our new business team with their approaches to prospective companies.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a secondment period. This role will be known internally as Partnership Development Executive – FTC.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Team administrative support
· Provide general administrative support for all members of the team.
· Manage invites and room bookings for Corporate Team meetings.
· Ensure accurate recording keeping through the use of our CRM system.
· Be the main internal point of contact for the Corporate Team.
· Respond to incoming team enquires promptly and professionally.
· Ensure accurate financial records are kept, by reconciling gifts across multiple donation platforms.
· Fundraising stock management and distribution.

· Update the team intranet and website pages.

· Work closely with the Central Fundraising Team to ensure a consistent stewardship journey across all audiences.
· Manage online giving pages and our CRM system to make sure corporate supporters are identified and recorded correctly, and their income potential is maximised.
· Monitor the CRM system to make sure that all information about our corporate fundraisers is recorded correctly.
· Filter enquiries from our corporate supporters whilst the Partnership Development Officers are on annual leave to ensure a timely and helpful response.
· Help support event delivery by sourcing volunteers, merchandise, and gifts in kind for events.
· Keep the Partnership Development Officers and Team Managers up to date on feedback from supporters.
· Communicate key fundraising products and communications designed for our Corporate supporters with the Regional team.
· Develop new fundraising idea packs to engage our Corporate supporters and seek appropriate sign off.
Working with others
· Work with our merchandising team for the development and production of event materials as required.
· Liaise with our distribution centre to organise mass mailings of materials needed for pitches and large partnership launches and events.
· Represent the Corporate Partnerships team on working groups for internal projects to ensure the team’s needs are met.
