The Therapeutic Service Co-ordinator & Clinician is a vital member of the DreamArts Core Team. This role combines project co-ordination with direct therapeutic support through our EXPRESS PLUS service and our work with young carers.

EXPRESS PLUS is a free therapy service based in Westminster offering weekly one-to-one or parent-child creative therapeutic support to young people aged 7–18 (or up to 25 with additional needs). It is the only service of its kind in the borough and we provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, and suicidal ideation.

Sessions take place at three community venues and are delivered by qualified or qualifying therapists using a wide range of creative tools—arts and crafts, sand play, puppets, games—to help young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With an 80% retention rate after three sessions and two-thirds of clients from global majority backgrounds, the service has a demonstrable impact.

EXPRESS PLUS is proudly user-led. Young people are at the heart of every decision, and the service adapts to meet their needs—typically offering up to 18 weekly sessions, with flexibility depending on circumstances. We accept self-referrals from young people aged 14+, parents/carers, and statutory and voluntary services.

As part of this role, you will also deliver direct therapeutic support to young people with caring responsibilities. This includes offering weekly 1:1 sessions for three young carers and being part of a team facilitating monthly group therapy spaces.

It also offers opportunities to case-manage three-to-four therapists and bring a therapeutic lens across all aspects of DreamArts’ work. The People Services Administrator will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR and Volunteering queries. The Supporter Services Team Leader will be responsible for promoting and delivering excellent supporter care to existing, potential and previous supporters of Battersea, developing relationships and maximising income for Battersea.
They will be a point of escalation for the supporter services team and will support and develop a team of volunteers. The role will lead on key fundraising products, proactively sharing information with stakeholders.

Objectives

• Provide first line of support to Supporter Services Administrators to ensure donations are processed promptly and efficiently and update the Income Generation database with accurate donation and supporter information

The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.

You will be joining us at our busiest time, and will have day to day logistical and administration responsibilities with focus on supporting applicants through the selection stages of our programme, Approach Social Work.

You will work with the Selection team and share responsibilities between other Selection Coordinators to ensure the delivery of a highly effective and efficient recruitment process and to ensure the candidate experience is positive throughout. The Minster Centre is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee that provides training in psychotherapy and counselling and an affordable therapy service.

It was founded in 1978 as the first Integrative psychotherapy and counselling training in the UK and is a leading psychotherapy training institution. Now based in Queens Park, NW London, it runs training ranging from open access introductory courses to post-graduate degrees validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre caters for around 300 diploma and MA students each year. It is registered with the Office for Students.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service (MCPCS) also provides a safe, affordable and professional counselling service to people over the age of 18 who are experiencing a range of difficulties. We strive to offer a high-quality and affordable Psychotherapy and Counselling service to the community and to offer our trainees an experience underpinned by our values.

The Minster Centre Psychotherapy & Counselling Service Administrator will work with the Clinical Services Manager and one other Administrator to ensure the smooth running of the service and support in its continuing development.

Role purpose

Enquiries

• Dealing with phone and email enquiries including potential MCPCS clients, existing clients, trainee therapists and placement providers, etc.
• Emailing Assessment Application Forms, assessing suitability of enquirer for service – asking for additional help when required from the Clinical Services Manager.

Administration

• Providing strong administrative support to the Clinical Services Manager.
• Providing regular detailed data information to the Clinical Services Manager, including reports from Access Database and future Charitylog data systems about functionality of service.
• Inputting and updating student data spreadsheets and client spreadsheets relating to client session fees, providing reports and liaising with students, finance team and clients to ensure all session fees are up to date and reporting on any missed payments weekly.
• Administer MCPCS processes and procedures for instance by designing forms and records formats, ensuring they are available to students, supervisors and clients. Ensuring the service has paperwork available to operate effectively: Assessment packs; Allocation packs; student forms.

We are recruiting an energetic and enthusiastic officer to join our Activity Service to support the older people who attend our range of activities.

We are looking for a positive, dynamic individual; to join our busy and vibrant Activity Service, this is an exciting time to join the team as we develop and expand the service including the way we take bookings and deliver our activities. This role is the first point contact for people who contact our centre in person or over the phone, so we are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, who is warm and welcoming with good listening skills.

Administrator (Safeguarding Team)

We are looking for a responsible and competent administrator to provide high level and timely administrative support to the work of the Safeguarding Team of the Methodist Church.

To be considered for this role, you will be enthusiastic and hardworking, with good time management and organisation skills. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience in handling highly confidential and sensitive information

You will work flexibly as part of the Safeguarding admin team, providing support to the Safeguarding management team in all areas of safeguarding activity, including organising meetings, room bookings, supporting, tracking and monitoring DBS renewals, coordinating information relating to safeguarding training, including communications and our website information

The ability to engage with and use effectively various web-based software tools is desirable. Logistics and event management experience is also beneficial. The nature of this role requires resilience to be able to cope with safeguarding matters and a willingness to work with the values and ethos of the Methodist Church.

Salary - £22,500-£23,000 per annum

Hours of work: This is a full-time post (35 hours per week).

In this role you will work closely with the Head of Professional Standards to deliver the BDA’s specialised services in a professional and efficient manner, working collaboratively and proactively with all stakeholders to make a positive contribution to our ambitious and caring organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to queries and process assessment and membership requests promptly and professionally.
• Supporting the coordination and administration of assessments, accreditations, and memberships.
• Liaising with assessors, peer reviewers, and corporate clients, including upselling where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate records across CRM and SharePoint, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
• Assisting with invoicing, reporting, and other finance-related admin tasks.

About the role

 The Professional Engagement and Education Team works across the UK, delivering education and training courses, attending health and care conferences, supporting service improvement projects and developing resources to help provide health and care professionals with the skills, knowledge and information they need to improve outcomes for people with arthritis.

As the Professional Engagement Officer for England you will work alongside the Professional Engagement Manager to build relationships with health and care professionals, providing them with information, resources and support to deliver the best care possible for people with arthritis. 

You will support the recruitment and facilitation of a network of volunteers and involved people who will contribute to quality improvement and education projects, as well as helping to shape the work of the team. 

You will be part of an ambitious, creative and passionate team and will work collaboratively with other teams across the organisation.

About you
