Key responsibilities:

Retain and grow existing centre relationships 

• Manage a portfolio of existing centres, ensuring regular and meaningful engagement aligned to their needs, delivery patterns, and growth potential. 
• Deliver against annual centre income targets by supporting centres to continue and expand programme delivery.

Introduction

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the charity uniting people to stop cystic fibrosis (CF). We fund vital research, improve care, speak out and race towards effective treatments for all. We won’t stop until everyone with cystic fibrosis can live without limits.  CF is a genetic condition which causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system.  It affects more than 11,000 people in the UK.

In recent years, improvements in the treatments for CF have transformed the symptoms and quality of life experienced by many, but not all of the community.  The enormous leap forward that has been made is both wonderful and challenging and brings new support needs.

With better health, more people with CF now want to plan careers, but need to balance this with management of their condition.  Others still need support with barriers to work or help to navigate their rights at work when they need to focus on their health.  This led us to create Work Forwards, a dedicated programme of career, work and employment support for the CF community.

Project Brief

We are now looking to work with a freelance digital creative producer/editor to deliver some of the project’s key resources.

Working closely with Cystic Fibrosis Trust throughout, the freelancer will provide creative input to identify the most engaging way to execute these resources within the available budget, and will carry out the design and delivery, giving us a set of impactful resources to support people with CF in work and employment.

These resources represent the culmination of work done over the course of the Work Forwards programme so far, and need to be delivered in mid-August 2025 ahead of a major report to our funder, the National Lottery Community Fund, in September 2025.

Key Deliverables

· 6 x 30-90 second videos to explain CF related employment rights to young people affected by CF (scripts and voice-overs are already arranged)

· An engaging, informative resource to help employers understand cystic fibrosis (information content already available, but we would like the freelancer to offer creative input into how this is presented).

Resources must be high quality, accessible and delivered in line with our brand guidelines.

Indicative Budget

There is budget available to deliver this project and this is in the region of £2,500 - £6,000. This must cover all costs to complete this work, including consultant fees, and any materials and resources needed to undertake the project and deliver these resources.

It is accepted that it may be the responsibility of some other providers (including ourselves) to collect and provide some of the information and content required.

Given the available budget, we do not expect this role to involve filming, but we are looking for the freelancer to bring their creative ideas on how we can amplify the project and make the content accessible and engaging.

The successful person will:

· Be a proactive and creative digital storyteller with a strong track record in video editing and producing content for social media

· Have experience in managing the creation of multimedia content / motion design

· Be able to follow brand guidelines and work collaboratively with our brand team

Your proposal to undertake this work should include:

The Team Administrator for the British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM), is a varied and vital role in which you will provide administrative support for the Association’s activities, such as supporting the working and steering groups, minute taking, managing the application process, adding events to our website and sending email newsletters.  

As Team Administrator for the BAPM, you will manage the administration for the BAPM endorsement process and run the administration for the student essay competition and the BAPM Awards.

Reporting to the BAPM Chief Executive, you will work as part of a team of five staff members, therefore flexibility of duties and roles will be required. As a crucial member of a small team, it is essential for you to develop and maintain an understanding of perinatal issues in order to appreciate the wider impact of BAPM’s work. Ideally the role is for 35 hours per week but 28 hours per week can be offered for the right candidate.

Educated to a good standard, you should have substantial experience of providing administrative support to a busy team and be capable of prioritising competing demands and delivering to deadlines. With experience of organising online meetings and taking notes, ideally you will have a background in using online forms to collect and present data and be adept at managing a shared email inbox, running webinars and updating websites using a content management system.

An excellent team player with outstanding organisational, communication and customer service skills, you should be self-motivated and have the ability to act in a professional manner and manage sensitive and confidential information.

The ability to undertake occasional travel for BAPM meetings and conferences would be desirable.

The role is home-based with the option of London desk space working if preferred.

About The Role

We are looking for an Operations Administration Assistant to provide efficient and proactive administrative and operational support to the Senior Management Team, and the wider operations and regional team as required. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth delivery of services by coordinating documentation, supporting data processes, and assisting with project implementation across the Trust’s care environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive & Team Support

- Managing calendar, travel bookings, and expense submissions.

- Prepare and format professional reports, presentations, and briefings.

- Assist in producing communication materials, including brochures and digital content.

2. Operational Coordination

- Monitor and report on incidents, accidents, and key compliance data across services.

- Collate and maintain the KPI data from care homes and villages.

- Manage the rollout and filing of operational documents and ensure version control.

- Support collection and sharing of service updates with internal stakeholders.

3. Project Support

- Assist in implementing strategic and business continuity plans.

- Coordinate with general managers and regional managers to track project milestones.

- Maintain project documentation and follow up on action items.

4. Administrative Services

- Provide cross-functional administrative support to Operations, HR, and property teams.

- Maintain operational records, databases, and inventory systems.

- Schedule meetings, support event planning, and manage operational logistics.

5. Compliance & Process Support

- Ensure documentation and communications comply with the Trust’s policies and regulatory standards.

- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

6. Executives’ PA Support

- To provide support and cover to the Executives PA as required. 

About You

The ideal person will be friendly and approachable and understand the importance of attention to detail. It is important you have the ability to prioritise tasks, have a flexible approach and good time management skills. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal are essential.

The Centre for Ageing Better is looking for a talented Deputy Director to lead on work, retirement and transitions. Overseeing a programme of research, policy development, influencing activity and a growing employer network you will be leading our work to ensure equitable access to decent work for those aged 50+.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the UK labour market policy and the implications and opportunities for those aged 50+. You will be skilled at developing strategy and leading a multi-disciplinary team to translate it into an impactful programme of work. You will be comfortable working externally to build relationships and make the case for change to policy makers, potential funders and in the media, and you will bring research expertise and experience of developing and delivering research projects using a variety of methods.

About the role

As Grants and Major Gifts Executive you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to secure funding from trusts, foundations, and major donors.

• Identify and research potential funding opportunities aligned with organisational priorities.

• Work closely with the Leadership Team to align funding needs with donor interests or relevant trusts and foundations. 

• Prepare and submit high-quality grant applications and tailored grant applications to prospective funders. 

• Develop and implement a communications strategy for active grant funders, keeping them informed, engaged, and connected to the impact of their support.

• Oversee the reporting requirements of all active grant funders, ensuring timely submission of high-quality reports that demonstrate accountability and impact.

• Collaborate with the internal service team to gather impact data and stories for donor communications and grant applications. 

• Manage relationships with donors of auction and raffle prizes for major fundraising events, ensuring thoughtful stewardship, timely recognition, and securing ongoing support for future campaigns. 

• Track and report on fundraising performance.

• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and funding outcomes on our CRM.
