About the role
As Premises Supervisor, you will be part of the Estates and Maintenance team, supporting the day to day upkeep, safety and compliance of our education and residential buildings. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, working with minimal supervision and taking pride in maintaining high standards across the college.
You will also support statutory compliance checks, liaise with contractors, and help ensure our buildings remain safe and fit for purpose for young people, staff and visitors.
About you
You will be an experienced maintenance operative or handyman with a practical, solutions focused approach. You will be organised, reliable and able to manage your workload effectively, whilst working collaboratively with colleagues across the college.
You will understand the importance of health and safety, safeguarding and compliance in a specialist education and residential environment and be committed to working in line with our values.

Working as part of the Partnership Team, the Philanthropy Manager position will secure critical income from new and existing major donors through compelling, donor-centred approaches and excellent stewardship.

Philanthropy Development
- Ensure achievement of annual income target for philanthropy

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be key part of our Wellbeing and Communities directorate, offering vital support and strategic direction to our Learning and Wellbeing team to achieve our vision and meet funder requirements and coordinating the development of a new partnership aimed at improving health and wellbeing for people across North and West Bristol. You will lead a team that combines wellbeing and health and employment support, as well as offering support and synergy to other teams in the directorate. About the role

Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.
Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.
