Job Purpose
This role plays a key part in the delivery of Operation Smile UK’s retention programme, generating income and retaining existing cash and regular giving donors. The Giving Engagement Officer (Retention) will support the Giving Engagement Manager to implement multi-channel (mail, telemarketing, web and email) donor retention campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, creative accuracy, and effective stakeholder coordination.
You will be responsible for managing campaign schedules, supporting the creative and data processes, and ensuring delivery partners are aligned. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery & Coordination
· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.
· Manage timelines to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to plan.
· Compile campaign costs and track expenditure against budgets, flagging issues as they arise.
Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management
- Develop campaign briefs for creative, data output, print and fulfilment for review by internal teams and suppliers.
- Manage the creative sign-off process: collate feedback from stakeholders and ensure briefing accuracy to suppliers.
- Proof all campaign materials to maintain brand integrity and accuracy.
Digital & Email Communications
- Support the development of donor emails in line with agreed campaign structures.
- Coordinate the production and scheduling of email content in collaboration with the communications and data and tech team.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Compile campaign results for analysis and provide reports to inform future activity.
- Work closely with data teams to ensure appropriate segmentation and tracking.
Donor Stewardship
- Support the thank-you process, including personalising and developing donor thank-you cards as required.
- Contribute to improving supporter journeys and experiences through campaign touchpoints, especially for regular givers.

The main purpose of the Grant Giving Coordinator is to lead the efficient and
transparent administration of the charity’s grant-making programmes, ensuring
that financial support is delivered to partner organisations in line with the

The role is responsible for managing the full grant cycle—from application and
assessment to decision-making, monitoring, and reporting. The Grant Giving
Coordinator plays a key role in supporting applicants throughout the process,

complies with internal policies, governance requirements, and charitable
objectives.
By coordinating funding processes that are accessible, accountable, and
outcomes-focused, this role helps to ensure that the charity’s resources are used

Key Responsibilities
Grant Programme Management
Coordinate the end-to-end grant cycle, including application
management, eligibility checks, panel support, and award notifications.
Maintain and update grant guidelines, application forms, and supporting
materials.
Manage the grant database, ensuring accurate records of applications,
awards, reporting deadlines, and impact data.
Respond to enquiries from individuals, and organisations applying for
funding.
Assessment & Reporting
Assist in assessing applications against published criteria, and prepare
summaries and recommendations for grant panels or decision-makers.
Monitor grant reporting deadlines and ensure grantees submit required
information.
Support the evaluation of grant outcomes, including gathering feedback
and reporting on impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure the grant-making process aligns with the charity’s policies,
funding priorities, and charitable objectives.
Maintain confidentiality, data protection, and ethical standards
throughout all grant-giving activities.
Prepare reports for internal teams, funders, and the Board as required.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong, supportive relationships with grant applicants and
recipients.
Work with communications and fundraising teams to share impact

The Account and Support Manager will be responsible for working with the Upshot team to deliver high quality customer service to all clients. About You:
This role is for you if you are self-motivated and an experienced relationship fundraiser and driven to ensure that targets are hit and projects are delivered to the highest possible standards.
You will have demonstrable experience of managing 4 and 5-figure+ gifts from donors and be a sophisticated communicator with the confidence to build relationships with and inspire colleagues and donors.

In this role, you will build and manage a portfolio of mid-to-high net worth UK donors (typically giving between £1,000 and £10,000), cultivating deep relationships and delivering income growth. This role involves strategic planning, meaningful engagement, and securing donations that fund Toybox’s vital work with children in street situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 75-150 mid-to-high value donors and prospects
- Develop and deliver personalised cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans
- Build strong relationships through in-person meetings, calls, and written communications
- Solicit one-off and multi-year gifts, including upgrades and renewals
- Work with the wider fundraising and programme teams to create compelling funding proposals
- Use Donorfy to track supporter engagement, income, and insights
- Support the development of donor-facing materials, updates, and event invitations
- Conduct donor research to identify new prospects and deepen existing relationships
- Help design bespoke donor journeys, ensuring each supporter feels valued and informed
- Meet agreed income targets and contribute to longer-term fundraising strategy

We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Individual Giving and/or Philanthropic Fundraising
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships with UK-based high-value donors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, confident presence
- Results-driven with a track record of securing four and five-figure gifts
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Donorfy, Raiser’s Edge)
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across departments
- Passionate about making a positive social impact through charitable giving
- Knowledge of ethical fundraising standards and donor stewardship best practices
- Experience working with philanthropic advisors, family foundations, or legacy donors

The opportunity:
We are looking for a Co-Director to join the team and be responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the organisation. The successful candidate will work with the Founder and stakeholders to ensure that TBEN fulfils its mission, but also ensuring that it maintains financial sustainability and delivers impactful programs.

- Proven experience as an Economist or a field related to economics and related fields;

The Business Development Manager will lead the transformation of the Trust's Business Development Plan by creating and sustaining long-term unrestricted income and business opportunities.
Responsibility 1: Lead the development of sustainable income by:
- Developing strategic partnerships with investors, corporates, and investors.
- Exploring and delivering commercial opportunities in alignment with the Trust’s priorities.
- Contributing to the long-term sustainability of the Trust by increasing unrestricted income.
- Collaborating with the Trust’s Ecological, Environmental, and Fundraising teams to ensure strong customer relationships and maximising business opportunities and projects.
Responsibility 2: Provide commercial and business leads by:
- Scoping and securing new business opportunities whilst keeping the sales pipeline moving.
