High Trees is seeking a Youth Employment Support Service Coordinator for our Build Your Future programme. Build Your Future is a targeted youth employment project supporting young people aged 16–24 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). The project provides holistic, person-centred support combining outreach and engagement, pastoral support, employability skills development and progression into education, training or work.
The project is primarily delivered in-house by High Trees, working in partnership with other local delivery partners. Build Your Future focuses on young people facing multiple barriers, including care-experienced young people, migrants and refugees, young people with SEND, and those experiencing social or economic exclusion.
The Build Your Future Project Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring the effective day-to-day delivery of the project. Working closely with High Trees delivery teams and partner organisations, the postholder will coordinate outreach and engagement activity, support the provision of high-quality pastoral support for young people, and ensure strong project coordination, monitoring and reporting.
This role will suit someone who is highly organised, collaborative and passionate about supporting young people facing multiple barriers into education, training and employment.
The role requires a balance of coordination, communication and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with colleagues across Employment & Careers and Children, Young People & Families teams, as well as with delivery partners, to ensure Build Your Future is delivered to a high standard.
The post holder will also play an important role in monitoring and evaluation, maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements linked to external funding.

The Opportunity
The postholder will be responsible for supporting with the oversight of our Aspiring Professionals Programme and Programme Delivery team, with approximately 70% of the activity provision sitting within our Volunteering and Mentoring provision.
The SMF offers in-person and online support and opportunities, so this role will involve providing virtual and in-person support to students and working with employers across the UK.
1. Line Management
- Set and monitor goals for performance and development with direct reports
- Coach staff, providing timely feedback and guidance
- Evaluate performance on an ongoing basis, providing training and development opportunities where required
2. Project and Delivery Management
- Project manage key delivery projects including the recruitment and retention of volunteers and mentors, event provision, student services and other programme work areas
- Allocate staff to work areas across the Aspiring Professionals Programme, ensuring priority areas are being considered and work is allocated effectively
3. Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitor progress on ongoing key delivery areas, taking corrective action where necessary and supporting the team to adapt where necessary
- Oversee Salesforce data and other relevant platforms ensuring accuracy and timely updates
4. Stakeholder Management
- Steward relationships with critical stakeholders
- Support staff to communicate efficiently with stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for efficiency within process and work with the team to implement change

Role Description
The Programme Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of all student related events. This will include having a full understanding of the SEO-London law programmes; understanding the legal industry that the programme supports; how these fits into the SEO-London organisation and using this knowledge to liaise with students and client/partner firms to run, organise and market successful events. In turn this role will be responsible for using data to run reports to show the impact of each programme.
Reporting to the Head of Law Programme, you will make recommendations for possible changes and ideas to further support the student experience. The role will also ensure a seamless and professional level of customer care to all students of the Corporate Law Programme and City Solicitors Horizons scheme.
Accountabilities
DAY TO DAY DELIVERY OF EVENTS
- Responsible for the overall administration of all student events, with specific responsibility to ensure student communication is exceptional. Including event management, student and partner communication and coordination of all the relevant stakeholders, along with posting roles on opportunities pages, promoting events and managing the law commercial awareness newsletter content.
STUDENT MANAGEMENT & QUERY HANDLING
- Responsible for the relationship management of the students - including the ability to understand needs, resolve issues and anticipating and creating a strong relationship on behalf of SEO-London
- Responsible for managing student query escalations and to identify where there are opportunities to improve communication, marketing, or the type of events
- Responsible for managing the programme inbox (where applicable)
- Responsible for identifying creative and innovative ways to connect, educate and train students
- Provide oversight of cv support, screening, and recruitment preparation
- Responsible for attending campus events and representing SEO-London professionally with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Organise mentoring and buddying allocations
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Responsible for ensuring that all information relating to the events and student data is managed within the GDPR guidelines and is updated in Salesforce effectively for tracking purposes. Responsible for running reports to track and monitor events from the CRM.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for applicants with 1–2 years of experience in some of the areas listed below and a willingness to learn and develop additional skills:
Essential
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging online sessions
- Excellent business writing and organisational skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- A keen interest in, and some knowledge of, an aspiring solicitor’s early career journey (school and university stages)
- A collaborative team player with a “can-do” attitude, able to handle requests at short notice and work under pressure
- Ability to use Teams and Zoom, including creating and managing breakout rooms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred
- Project management experience
- Experience with database management and data analysis, including applicant tracking systems (such as Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Canva and digital communication platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp

About the Role
As Programme Coordinator for Money Heroes, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship primary programme, helping children develop financial capability.
You’ll work closely with the Programme Manager and Money Heroes team to:
- Coordinate teacher training events and programme delivery
- Support marketing, promotion, and social media campaigns
- Coordinate content development and website updates
- Help monitor and evaluate programme impact
- Provide high-level customer service to teachers, educators, and YE colleagues

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Programme Manager and Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Money Heroes programme, supporting planning, reporting, system set-up and clear communication.
- Deliver a high-quality experience for schools and partners, building positive working relationships with teachers, consultants, partner organisations and colleagues across Young Enterprise, including senior leaders.
- Support the delivery of the Money Heroes teacher training and mentoring offer, helping educators feel confident and well supported.
- Keep track of programme activities using databases and spreadsheets, including teacher and parent sign-ups and training or mentoring events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and Programme Manager to support the growth and visibility of the programme, including contributing to marketing communications and coordinating activity to maintain engagement.
A few practical things
- This is a hybrid role based in London or Oxford, with a minimum of 8 office days per month
- The contract runs until December 2027
