About the Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day finance functions of the organisation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all financial activities.

You’ll be responsible for preparing and posting journals, reconciling accounts, producing draft management accounts, and managing monthly processes. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and Resources to strengthen financial systems and prepare for future growth — including line management of a new Finance Officer from April 2026.

This role is integral to the effective running of our organisation and offers the opportunity to develop leadership experience within a small but high-performing finance team.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day finance functions and month-end processes.
• Prepare and post journals, reconciliations, and monthly draft management accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely settlement of outstanding accounts.
• Monitor debtors and proactively resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with charity financial regulations and internal controls.
• Support the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes.
• Work collaboratively across all teams to ensure financial awareness and accountability.

About You

You’ll bring:

• AAT qualification (or equivalent), or qualified by experience.
• At least two years’ hands-on experience managing day-to-day finance functions within the charity, voluntary or not for profit sector.
• Experience producing draft management accounts, reconciliations, forecasts and budgets.
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• A proactive and organised approach.
• Experience of managing people and building collaborative relationships with stakeholders internally and externally. 
• Understanding of restricted funds and charity finance principles.
• Commitment to feminist values, equity, diversity, and inclusion with experience of putting these into practice.

We are looking for a Therapeutic Wellbeing Service Manager (North Services) and a Therapeutic Wellbeing Service Manager (South Services) to support the growth and delivery of our counselling and wellbeing programmes.  

Our services are a hybrid of online and in person delivery and therefore the North role will include travelling to locations within Manchester, Bradford, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas, including travelling to TLC wider meetings in Manchester.

The South role will include travelling to locations within London and the Severn & Wye areas, including travelling to TLC wider meetings in Manchester.

The Roles

The successful candidates will support the Senior Therapeutic Wellbeing Manager and hold specific identified managerial responsibilities within the services delivered by TLC’s Therapeutic Wellbeing department. 

You will work closely with the Senior Therapeutic Wellbeing Manager and Management Team  to co-ordinate the delivery, monitoring and staff support and leadership across the organisation.

The successful candidates will have operational responsibility for the Counselling and Wellbeing services within their geographical areas and have  specific managerial responsibilities within the wider range of services delivered by TLC.

You will support the Head of Therapeutic Wellbeing to design and deliver against the department’s strategic objectives. 

You will work closely with the Management Team and Clinical Supervisors to ensure services are delivered to a high standard in line with TLC’s values and the BACP Ethical Framework.

About the role and you

We are recruiting for a skilled and experienced manager to join the Helpline team. You will support the Head of Stop It Now, working alongside our Helpline Managers and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Manager in the day to day running of the helpline and provide support and advice to Helpline Advisors. You will have direct client contact via telephone, a secure message service and online chat. You will also support with the training of staff and promotion of the work of the helpline.

You will be able to evidence a successful track record of working with individuals and families impacted by child sexual abuse. The Post-Diagnosis Support Programme Manager is a key role at ReMind UK, working across ReMind UK's departments to plan and co-ordinate the delivery of our post-diagnosis interventions. The role works in partnership with local organisations and groups across Bath and North East Somerset, to drive an insight-driven, fully evaluated programme of events and courses at the ReMind UK centre and in local venues.  Working closely with ReMind UK's Head of Engagement, Project Co-Ordinator, Chief Executive Officer, and Volunteering and Engagement Coordinator, the post holder will lead on the annual planning, delivery and evaluation of interventions, project managing a small team of facilitators and volunteers and line managing the Project Co-ordinator.

Our Development Team

The Donmar has an exceptional ability to raise private funds, and the vital importance of fundraising is recognised across the organisation and embedded in the overall strategy. Each year we raise around half our income through fundraising from a varied number of sources, with corporate income representing around a third of the fundraised income. The Development team is led by the Director of Strategic Development and Fundraising, and comprises 11 people.

Purpose of the role

The Development Events Manager will be responsible for the planning, administration and delivery of all development events at the Donmar Warehouse, working alongside the Head of Trusts and Events and with support from the Events Administrator.

Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of leading, managing and delivering events and strong project management skills. They will have excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to proactively work on their own initiative as well as in a team, with very strong attention to detail. They will be used to working in a fast-paced environment and to leading multiple events simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL

• Demonstrable experience coordinating / managing multiple projects or programmes
• Experience of working with beneficiaries and / or volunteers

• Comfortable working independently, operating good judgement on when to seek guidance and support
• Strong IT and / or aptitude to learn software skills (see below)

Villiers Park's vision is a future where every young person has the opportunity to realise their full potential. Yet for too many, this is limited by economic, social and personal barriers not of their making. As a national social mobility charity, we exist to change that. 

We deliver targeted programmes in areas of socio-economic deprivation and inequality across the country. We have five hubs, in Hastings and Bexhill, Swindon, Tyneside, Norwich and Cambridgeshire, and reach over 2,500 young people every year.

We recently developed our 2025-30 strategy, which aims to deepen our impact and double our reach over the next five years. A new fundraising strategy and campaign, Beyond Barriers, will be launched to secure the funds to help us realise our goals and make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of more young people nationwide.

The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager is a newly created role in our Fundraising team. They will be responsible for managing the charity’s CRM (Salesforce) and working with colleagues across the team, and wider organisation, to ensure the smooth operational delivery of fundraising processes and activities.

The Fundraising Operations and Data Manager will provide data and donor insights to help identify trends and opportunities that contribute to shaping fundraising campaigns and enhance our stewardship. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the overall management of the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry. This includes processing donations, pipeline updates and managing data imports, exports and migrations to support fundraising activities.
• Create reports and dashboards to enable accurate and timely reporting.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure the smooth operation and optimal use of the CRM.
• Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Finance Manager to ensure that all donations are thanked in a timely manner and recorded correctly.
• Manage pledge payment tracking and reminders and follow-up processes for multi-year donations. Ensure that data management is carried out in accordance with GDPR and PECR, Villiers Park’s data protection and privacy notices, and the Fundraising Code of Practice. 
• Act as the point person for all prospect research activities, liaising with third party providers and ensuring adherence to data protection requirements and best practice at all times.
• Oversee the recognition framework and stewardship of current supporters, managing a sustainable and creative stewardship programme that engages supporters with our work.
• Create templates and systems that enhance cultivation and stewardship. 
• Generate mailing lists for fundraising and communications, which respond to a range of motivations to give and engagement with the charity. 
• Oversee and deliver operational efficiencies in our fundraising processes, for example, with payment providers and events.
• Any other duties as reasonably requested.
